I just needed to have my audio system checked out, because I have 8speakers & a subwoofer, (but only 2 of the speakers where working.. So I was referred by the Acura dealership, my guy there told me (Auto Trim Design) does most of the audio stuff that Acura cannot do, & I'm very glad they sent me to the "GREAT GUYS OVER AT AUTO TRIM DESIGN" THEY FIXED/REPLACED ALL MY SPEAKERS & NOW MY ACURA TURBO IS SOUNDING AS GOOD AS IT DRIVES!! VERY HAPPY WITH HOW FAST & NICE THE STAFF WAS & I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! (These photos are my new Corvette) will be bringing it in next to get a banging system put in!!! I couldn't find any pics of my acura...

I ve used auto trim by design several times now for heated seats, upholstery repair/replace and a roof rack. This is by far been the best company I ve worked with for my car upgrades. Both Neil and Mark have been fantastic to work with and stand behind their work. I ll definitely be recommending them to anyone I know.

I cherish my Acura TL 2007. It s a great car but because I lived in the heat of Texas my headliner started to fall and I wasn t about to drive a Hooptie! Desperate, I was referred to Mark at Auto Trim Design by Mark at Auto Nation Acura. Mark at Aito Trim was Super helpful and gave me Huge great tips. I also mentioned my headlights were hazing and he had a fantastic product to help me with that. He stands behind his work. I no longer have the Hooptie and my TL is looking great! Thank you, Mark!

Mark at Auto Trim Design installed a moonroof, tinted windows and splash guards on my Suburu Legacy. I'm thrilled with the results. My favorite is the Moonroof. Highly recommend this business.

Neil and the owner Mark were very helpful. Both wanted us to get exactly what we wanted with the greatest of ease. Currently waiting on Mark to get back to me so new seat covers will be ordered. They appear to be able to meet our wants and needs. Expect all to go well. Ed Gray.We have received our new seat covers and both of us are exceedingly well pleased. Installed in a day and a half. These guys are awesome. Quality workmanship at a fair price. They installed a clear bra on our car many years ago, had them remove and detail the same car before we sold it recently. Looked great. Also a great alternative to the high priced car stereo shops. Neil replaced my two front kick plate speakers for less than half what Aspen quoted. Highly recommended

Got an after market stereo, backup cam and power ran for a dash camera on a 2012 Ford Focus here. Prices are reasonable and staff members Mark / Neil were nice to work with. I even got a front dash mat for the reflection on my windshield. Would recommend their services.

This is the worst person in the industry to do your auto trim work. I purchased a katzkin interior leather kit for my vehicle and this was the installer they sent me to. He was completely unprofessional, he put me off multiple times, he then complained when my install day finally arrived, that I had snow on my vehicle. He told me my one day install was now going to take 3 days due to the snow. Do not use this shop, go anywhere else but here. I wouldn't trust the guy with my vehicle after all the stunts he pulled with me. Completely unprofessionalService: Body & Trim

Installation of Katzkin leather seat replacement covers throughout Ram 1500 looks exceptional! Did a great job and finished ahead of schedule. Great communication before, during, and after. Also did a stellar job on window tints! Will definitely use Auto Trim Design again in the future and would recommend them for anyone looking for professional results, courteous service, and timely results!

Mark was so helpful and worked me in quickly when I needed my sunroof replaced. The wrong sunroof was sent to him (by a separate company that screwed up on their end), and he had already called the other company and made sure another sunroof was on its way before I came to pick up my car. He had also patched the sunroof with materials he had to make sure it was as secure as possible before sending me home. The day the correct sunroof came in, he worked me in during his lunch to make sure I could get my sunroof repaired as soon as possible. I m so grateful for his customer service and willingness to take extra time out of his day to help me! Thanks Mark for going above and beyond!

I paid almost $2500 to have new leather seat covers, a new headliner and new carpet installed in my truck. To summarize the total job, I would say it was "fair work." Here are the details. The seat covers were OK 6 out of 10 rating. But there was some kind of residue left on the frame after installation and the color was more yellow than expected. The headliner was not smooth. It had dents in it as well as some black marks on the surface. The carpet was amateurishly installed. It is not flat and has pooches and wrinkles in several areas of the installation. The seat belts were not reinstalled correctly. I worked for over an hour to correct the work that they did incorrectly on the belts and to complete the installation of the belts. Overall, it was shoddy work for the amount paid. Poor attention to detail. I cannot recommend the work. I was very disappointed as the employees were quite personable and I really wanted to be able to like the work. Oh, they also blew the fuse on the radio when they disconnected the electric seat and I had to return to the shop after I discovered that the radio was not working. They did replace the fuse and the radio now works. The shop simply needs to pay more attention to detail and make sure that their hands are clean when working with light colored fabrics.

Shop did a great job. Scheduling department in California not so much. They said it would take one day. Took two. Had to get a motel. No change of clothes. Left my meds at home. Didn't think I would need them.

I inherited an old pickup from my brother when he passed. The pickup had been used hard and put away filthy for years and years. I took it to Auto trim design. They put in new carpet, new leather seat covers, new headliner, new running boards and cleaned out the air conditioning system vents....oh my gosh this thing is gorgeous(smells good too). Thanks to Auto trim design I now look forward to stepping into my truck every time I have to go somewhere.

Just raised this from a 2 star to a 4 star review. I had a defect with the headlight I had installed 6 months ago and they replaced it without asking for money. Mike, the owner, is not a trained customer service representative or does he seem knowledgeable about questions that I needed answering. He didn't even pretend to care. Just said, the guy will be here in 20 minutes (which was exactly when my appointment started). The guy, Neil, is actually nice and seems interested in my car getting the care it needs. He is capable of smiling when he talks to you, unlike the boss. The work he did was great and he fixed an extra thing for me. Thanks Neil!This company is apparently the recommended window tinting/clear bra company for Autonation Honda down the street. I bought my car from them 3 years ago and Auto Trim Design did the window tinting then. I believe the clear bra too. I'm impressed with the quality of the work. I can see no defects in the tint at all after 3 years, and I'm told there is a lifetime guarantee if it ever starts to deteriorate. The installer did leave his razor blade in the back seat which I thought was strange. Good thing I don't have kids.I'm going to bring this to Autonation's attention next time I'm there. I don't think this is a good business to associate your company with, considering Autonation's high standard of quality customer service.Photos of my car were taken yesterday.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Auto Trim Design for years and this is the only company I trust. Great service and exceptional work! Nobody in Spokane does a better job than Auto Trim. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I have used auto trim design twice now. Once for running boards and most recently for DVD headrests, clear bra application and window tinting. They are far and away the best after market auto place. I live on the North side and I have used snows auto a couple times. We had a lot of problems and they left greasy finger prints on my interior roof. Don't get me wrong they had great customer service but I wasn't happy. At Auto trim design, especially Mark, they are honest, straight forward and they have quality products and do amazing work. My car looked great when I got it back and prices are comparible to al the other guys. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for some xtra bling for their car.

They didn't get done in one shot but they have taken great care and time I would use them again but I'll post an update when they get done with my viper alarm and auto start. well customer service sucked to the point i wanted to vomit over priced and over rated! enter at your own rick!

This is the most poorly managed business I have ever been referred to. The owner Mark very disrespectful and cannot provide customer service without a power trip. The shop itself is filthy and for the services they provide more flexibility and understanding needs to be a priority if they want to continue operating. I am happy to say I am taking my lucrative business elsewhere and advising others in my situation to do the same.

Used them to tint my windows, and it ended up costing me almost double the estimated expense. As well as having to wait an additional 3 hours on when it should have been done because they hadn't started when I came back.. All for the tint to start peeling off my window a week later.
