The employee that helped me honestly hooked me up so much. He didn't charge me the fees for the disposal of tire , balancing, mounting, valve stem, & few other things. Which adds up when it's applied to all 4 tires! Super fast too. Overall awesome service (: 5 stars for sure.

Terrible customer service. Will never use auto department again. Would suggest using anyone else. Attempted to speak to the department manager and still was not treated as a customer who just spent over $600 for tires/service. I was informed the lack of clarity of the appointment time was my fault not the website terminology which states the appt time for drop off is between two times not specifically on the hour. There was one specific older employee named Dewey who should be written up at the very least. He needs to go back to training on how to communicate professionally and appropriately with customers especially since I had my two toddlers with me. Overall not impressed with this place and would've spent more somewhere else for a better experience.

Just moved here from Alaska and went in to have my tires changed over from winter to summer. There were a few cars there so I decided to go in and see what I needed to do and the first associate I see is looking out the bay door window looking at the cars and he said where the f$&@ did all these cars come from. So I walked out to get checked in by the lady who I guess is supposed to check the cars in and she tells me it s gonna be a really really really long time for you to get your car done like she didn t even want to deal with me or the other people waiting. So I proceeded to go to my truck to get my phone (because my son was dropping off the car we were getting the tires swapped out on) and before I get back she s got her hands up in the air wanting to know who s next, then she says does anybody wanna be next or what! At that time I told her what I thought about her attitude and left. So I called Firestone automotive and they were professional and I could make an appointment unlike the hateful people the wal mart auto center employs.

My recent experience was horrible BUT the associate was Amazing Dave in the Auto Department, Showed patience, kindness, empathy, Great Customer Service and went above and beyond to help me. So I bought a tire online over 1week ago says 3day shipping.. I call 3days in row prior to going up there bc I wanna if a tire will fit my Mini or not, they have the tire Mike puts the tire aside Great!! Well when I get there Mike is gone and He was giving me the tire for $50 instead of $85 This needs to be verified so Dave does that, then we both realize It s the wrong tire I did the search on the website and this was the size I was given (my mistake) bt checked in house and the tire I ordered looks like it was there bt no name or order number was associated with, and all the mangers left and he wasn t trained in how to do this & I didn t have an appointment and he was going to change the tire out (if we had the right 1)I appreciate that man a lot even tho he was unable to help, I sincerely felt like I mattered enough for time and effort it goes a loooooong way in our society! Thank you Dave

I bought my last 4 tires here that lasted about 5 yrs. Bought replacement tires here, reasonably priced, about $540 for all 4 tires, including tax and labor. Make an appointment so you'll move up the line quicker if you're having tires done. Waiting room is clean with comfy seats.

Called automotive department, looking for a battery for 2017, RAM 1500. It took 3 tries for her to finally understand. Then she told me that her book only went up to 2010.I wouldn't trust them to do anything with my car.

I had called ahead to make sure the tire I needed was in stock, which I was assured it was. Showed up to have it mounted, and was over and done with it in under 1 hour. They text you when the service is complete, which is very handy.Service: TiresService: Tires

I'm going here since they open way back in 2001. But lately the wait times have become 2, 3, and 4 hours. Today they told me they weren't even going to be able to open on time they wouldn't be open till 10:00 a.m. so I think it's time to cut and run the last few times I was there they wouldn't vacuum my car either because there was a dime on the floor and that's a personal item so they can't vacuum. The store has gone downhill in The last 5 years.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean waiting area, and the area where they worked is very neat and organized. Honestly better than all other tire shops in town. The prices for services are highly competitive as well, great stuff. Will do business again.

They're unable to deal with any unforeseen issues. One of my studs was "maybe cross-threaded or rusted" so their solution was to say it's unsafe for them to work on and send me off with a messed up stud. Any tire place worth your time is able to deal with bad studs. I told them I had spares in case of this, but they wouldn't touch it. The one tech was very polite, but politeness doesn't make them any less useless. I swapped my own studs and got tires elsewhere. Don't waste your time here.

I love going to Spanaway Walmart for my servicing and tire rotation needs. I ve always had great communication and tasks assigned are always completed correctly and in a timely manner. The longest I ve waited was 1.5 hours, which was acceptable due to the line ahead of me. After all it s Walmart. There s always something to look at there.I highly recommend paying for the lifetime tire rotation service. I had another Walmart in California rotate tires for me while road tripping. I just showed my receipt. Pretty awesome deal. Of course, I will usually get my tires rotated at this Walmart.

You get what you pay for. I got all new tires on Monday and by Saturday I'm missing lug nuts. That seems safe doesn't it.

If ur business hours say 7-7 then stick to it cause how is the customer suppose to know y all closing at 5 due to staffing issues when it was 3 of u guys there big inconvenience to drive here based off you guys saying you are open smh

Very unprofessional, I had to literally walk into the car area to ask for help. I brought it a tire with a hole in it. 3hrs later never got a call. I went in and my tire was filled with air. They told me they couldn't fix it. A phone call would have been nice so I could've taken it elsewhere sooner. Highlights UNPROFESSIONAL and UNKEMPT. Go somewhere else!

Was told closed when showing up. Apparently walmart closed their auto service facilities. Been that way for past several months from what I hear. Tried calling another walmart several times during business hours and no answer. Would have been nice to have it listed closed on google.

I went there to go get a tire repair did I ordered online to walmart.com. they don't necessarily sell tires in stores that they sell online, so when the tire was unrepairable, when I purchased the tires I also purchased road hazard insurance. I had to buy a new tire, which was no longer on sale, have the repair done and then be reimbursed the price of the tire. It all worked out okay, however it was kind of inconvenient.

Need to replace phones or have employees clean ears before work in auto section I was yelling telling the guy what I was looking for and he just kept saying huh huh ok ok I got it and this was after I got hung up on talking in a normal tone the first time

Got new tires on the car. Seems decently priced and the work was done quickly. All of the employees were very nice.

Service dept is where all the intelligent employees work. I bought tires for my car and everything went well and was reasonably priced.

Ok really pissed off you buy a full set of tires .. get a flat in a month .. and they won't fix it for free .. but if you buy from les Schwab they will fix at no cost .. how does that work .. if that us the case I would go there to buy.. again Wal-Mart sucks !! Go to SnS tires or les schwab they will fix for free ...

Longest wait for oil change in your life. Specifically said annual oil change and they still put the wrong one in. Had to wait another hour just for them to change it. Would not recommend here for oil changes.

Five stars for service; however, the old guy who works here is very rude and has no Customer Service skills. He usually does the oil changes and tire rotations.

I get the early bird oil change there. Avoid the crowds and go early. I'm a regular now. They know my car when I pull up, lol

They are closed until further notice because of staffing issues. As of September, 2021. Otherwise they get 5 stars for previous work.

I stopped going to this Walmart even tho its 5 mins away. It has becomes such a dangerous place even the parking lot feels unsafe. I really feel for the employees.
