Gere does great work. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. They're very thorough, and committed to seeing you get the value you expect for what you spend on keeping your car on the road. I had some issues after some work they did, we weren't sure if it was part of the same issue, or something undiagnosed. They helped track down the issue and told me what I needed to know to make an informed decision about next steps.

Our car broke down on I-90 and we had it towed to Gere auto repair. They were able to diagnose and look at our car the next day. They were very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend them for your car repairs.

We were on the road heading back to Colorado from the Northwest when we noticed one of our headlight bulbs was out. I tried to fix it myself, but with the Subaru Outback Wagon it was very difficult to access. Everyone I dealt with at Gere were super friendly and helpful. They worked me in quickly and had us back on the road in no time.

I recommend Gere Auto Repair to everyone. I have not owned a new car for 30 years and have in the past done a lot of my repairs myself. Now I am over 70 years old, I need someone else to do most of those repairs and keep me on the road and safe. Gere Auto repair has never let me down. My son's truck broke down on the pass last week. He was able to get to Gere as it was the closest repair shop he could find. Unfortunately they were unable to work on it. They were gracious enough to allow us to leave it there from Sat-Thu until my husband and I could come and get it. The guys were the incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. They helped us push the F350 crew cab around to get it ready to load on the trailer. I highly recommend Gere Auto Repair to anyone. Great group of guys! My car broke down on my way to work. I decided to call their shop based upon other reviews I had read.They got me squeezed into their busy schedule.Josh was very up front with the estimate and extremely knowledgeable in the communication of the issues. I called once to get an update, another guy named Mike picked up, after our conversation all I could tell is that each member of this crew has the same work ethics when it comes to customer service. Prices are reasonable and they never tried to push unnecessary services at me.I will return for more work and highly recommend their service.

By far the nicest and most professional auto repair shop I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Ran into some protracted hassles with a blown engine and were treated very kindly all the way through the process. Cannot recommend these gentlemen highly enough, only pity being we live too far away for them to be our regular mechanics short of moving to Snoqualmie, which we can't do quite yet!Service: Engine repair

Josh from Gere was incredibly knowledgeable and honest about my car's issue. Everything he said was fair and honest. Not to mention he's one of the nicest people I've met at a repair shop. I came in 2 hours late to my scheduled arrival and he was still willing to take the car in and get me a spot in line. Highly recommended to anyone in the Snoqualmie area. I won't be going anywhere else for auto repair.

Corky, Mike and Josh have handled several of my car issues and I always recommend them to friends and family in the area. My husband and I both bring our Subarus here, and I wouldn't have them fixed anywhere else now! They're honest and knowledgeable and they don't overcharge. And I'm grateful for them patiently explaining everything that they're seeing in my car - and their work is carefully thorough and caught several mistakes by previous mechanics!

Had a great experience here. Just moved here from Colorado and needed to find a new mechanic. I did a lot of research and decided on Gere Auto Repair. I came here for an oil change and full 180 point inspection, it only took them 2 hours and they gave me a loaner car. The price was reasonable and they were very honest about what work needs to be done and what could wait. When I mentioned that I could change my spark plugs myself as I do know how to do some mechanical things on my vehicle and wanted to save some money, they were understanding and non judgemental rather than being turned off by my desire to save money. Will always come here. Great customer service all around

I brought the used car I bought my son in for a service and and inspection to make sure it was safe. There were a few issues, and one, the water pump, would have been covered by the warranty we got for the car. Because of a mistake from the dealership entering the wrong mileage on the paperwork the warranty company wasn t going to pay. After I was told I would have to go through an appeal process I decided to just pay for it so it would be done. Cale and Mike and I believe the owner at Gere went above and beyond for us and they worked with the dealership and the warranty company for several days and got it all worked out. They were also so good at explaining everything needed and what was priority and what could wait. My family will be bringing all of our vehicles to them in the future!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This repair shop has some amazing customer service! I broke down at the start of a road trip so I called them based on google reviews. I was not disappointed. They were willing to take me in that day despite being full. Unfortunately my vehicle was too big for their bay, however, Mike was amazing at talking me through what might be wrong and suggested a different auto repair place (which was equally helpful and efficient) and a tow service. He even offered to send a mechanic to me to see if I needed a tow vs driving in limp mode to Issaquah. He went above and beyond! I felt nothing but compassion and helpfulness during an incredibly stressful time!

Outstanding professionals. First visit was exceptional. During the cold snap our driver window mechanism broke and it opened during our drive to Idaho. Stopped at Gere Auto. They were kind and helpful. Fixed the window and we finished our trip to Idaho. THANKS AGAIN!!!!

I was stuck on the side of the road heading eastbound on I-90 just before the West Summit. Three of four of my wheel studs had fallen/broken off; my car was not movable. Now, even though this is not a typical service provided by this shop, the employee who answered the phone, Cale, took the time to listen to the problem and then way went above and beyond to check and see if any of the technicians would be able to come help me after they completed the shop work already assigned to them. Cale then called me back to let me know that someone could come help me but it might be a little while while they finish up their work. Talk about some OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I did not end up using this shop for my repair because I found someone who could come right now and it is quite scary sitting on the shoulder of the pass with semi trucks racing by you at 55 mph. This shop definitely deserves some Five Star Recognition. Cale and Michael (the owner/manager whom I had also spoken with to give Cale praise for doing absolutely amazing) both spoke with sincere sympathy or empathy effortlessly, definitely went above and beyond, and show genuine concern snd gratitude! I highly recommend this shop to anybody with automotive needs!

My dashboard for my Scion XB was lit up like a Christmas tree with all the warning lights that were on. I took the car to Gere Auto Repair today and they did a great repair and oil change for a reasonable price. I felt like a million bucks driving home with a car that didn't have the check engine light on! Everyone at the office was courteous and professional. They took their time to explain my options for repairs and gave recommendations for future maintenance schedules. I drove all the way from Woodinville today and Gere Auto Repair did not disappoint! I highly recommend them.

I had this Mazda that didn't like me, but thanks to the guys at Gere I was able to keep it running through multiple issues without losing my shirt. I appreciate their good communication, thorough searches for parts, and good explanation of work done. Keep it up! And thanks so much!

I don't let anyone else touch me car but these guys. Incredibly professional, and do great work. They will be 100% honest with you, and won't try to convince you to pay for a job you don't need done yet. I live in Bellevue, it's a 40 minute drive for me. I have no problem making that drive for these guys.

I came to their shop with no easy task! I came to them about a full engine swap, they did everything with great care! For the amount of work and time the put in the price was more than fair! They're all honest guys, would recommend to anyone who needs car help!

I recently visited this location and was referred by a friend. Out of all the mechanics I've dealt with Corky and his team are the best! They were so helpful towards me. I am very thankful for the service and awesome customer service you all have provided me, not to mention Cale who always answered my calls no matter how dumb of a question I had. This is a wonderful place to have your vehicle serviced. The folks that work there are both knowledgeable and honest. It is quite nice that they don't try and upsell you on things you do not need. I was very impressed with my interaction with them today. The next time I need my vehicle worked on this will be the place I go.

My earlier critique was premature. On second inspection I thought I saw evidence of rodent type damage at an area other than the ignition wires. I removed the wires and sent them to Corky. He concurred with my assessment. I apologized. They put on what are essentially Genuine Toyota Parts sold in the aftermarket which is no doubt why they were so expensive. Since they were damaged (through no fault of the shop) I changed them back to blue NGKs made in Japan. I also put out rat bait around my car in the garage. That damage was not done by any field mouse! I am happy now except for a recalcitrant header pipe that eats exhaust donuts like, well doughnuts. I will eventually bring it to heel and balance will be restored to the force.

Let me start off with I hate Mechanics. If I have a buddy that can fix it I always go to the buddy so I dont get charged thousands for a 2 hour fix. I find Gere Auto to be very fair priced. I have taken my car here a few times and never felt like I was taken advantage of. Job was done right at a fair price.

Great friendly knowledgeable service. They knew my situation, I was going to sell my truck. Mike suggested I not spend more money (I would have) and just disclose the problems to the buyer.You can't get anymore honest than that! These guys will ALWAYS be my go to mechanics!

These guys are the best in the business! Professional, ethical, and experienced. What a great group of guys. You cannot go wrong taking your car to them. I've been using them for a decade.
