Our vehicle was involved in a rollover accident on Snoqualmie pass and I was able to drive it off the road and to the Chevron right across from the lifts on the pass. We talked to the guy who works there on several different occasions, told him we had to make arrangements for AAA to pick up our car that weekend. The employee showed me where to park the car and assured me that it would be fine til that weekend but then had it towed the day before we agreed that it would be picked up. I don't know how this happened but now I won't be able to pay to get it out of impound as I don't have the money! I just don't understand how this could happen when I was personally there twice and called several other times just to be sure. Sad really..

Dunno why less than 5 stars for this place? Of course, during winter this place is packed. But it's the best place to relieved yourself, get some snacks, and coffee.This place or around it, is your best rest stop in Snoqualmie Pass.Just do not expect a way high convenience compared to other big ski resort areas.

During Ski Season The location seems crammed with all the snow piled high. There is a spot for an EV vehicle. Keep in mind that there are not public restrooms, and you have to go to the rest area down the street to use the bathroom.

Good roadside stop. Great place to send a hiker resupply box. Lots of selection inside. They have stove gas and many hiker staples.

The employee refused to give toilet paper to customers, there was a long line to the bathroom. It s filthy in there and a huge hygienic issue. Also only 1 gas pump working that s the least of the problems. Just pure filth inside.

The open time of 6am is really a general time. Sometimes the staff don t arrive until just after 6. I have been here four mornings this week and they been late twice. And if you plan to just get a coffee refill you better have cash, or they complain that just a refill isn t enough to use the debit machine.

Have had a wonderful experience here today. Decent place to try and park, they have a wonderful selection of beverages, grocery items and they have a hot bar. Very nice , clean and friendly people. Very beautiful scenery and place for relaxation and vacation here.

Can you rate a place solely on the quality of its tank coffee? I've had black coffee from so many gas stations and truck stops and whoever is brewing it here is beating all of them.

This is the best gas station Chevron I have ever been to (trust me Ive been to many) The location is beautiful, the service is amazing, the food is immaculate, and the bathrooms are very comfortable. there is nothing bad about this Chevron! When I m here it makes feel like a little boy again, wanting mommy s milky (if you know what I mean). I cannot describe how amazing this place is. Dont even get me started on the staff, they have the stinkiest feet out of any gas station staff ive ever seen! oh god I want to lick their feet so bad every time I go there it reminds me of when I was young and papa would make me lick his stinky feet. Every time he got home from the coal mines I would get so exited because I knew he would make we taste his delicious feet. He always told me if you keep doing this maybe one day you ll be good for something I Never knew what he meant by that but his words still stuck with me. I miss papa, he died in a shooting a few years back, he never really liked those black folk much, guess that was what ended him. Anyway, back to the gas station. I would give this gas station an 11/10 if I could. Truly the most magical place in the world.

Literally the most disgusting gas station I've ever seen. $6.50 for gas and you can't even clean. It's beyond gross there. You should be shut down. There's trash literally everywhere you look. Used needles on the ground. A full report has been made to your corporate bosses Chevron. I'd suggest looking for new work because that place is getting shut down

Negative 10 star. Literally needed air in our tire in the middle of a mountain. The air pump hose is cut. I ask the cashier if they have another air pump. His response, "only coin, only coin, only coin". Um ok. I told him "but the machine is covered in duct tape and the hose is cut". He said "only coin only coin". I said yeah I understand that but does the machine work? He told me to leave. I pursued the situation because I have a flat tire and I asked him if he could show me how to use the machine and he said no.

Would not take my call... needed a radiator cap and he hung up on me twice. Could have been life or death and his answering would have meant death for us.

This place was the filthiest and most disgusting stop we have ever made. After purchasing a tank of $6.00 per gallon gas. The trash receptacles were overflowing, rest rooms were full of trash and toilet paper, and no toilet paper on the rolls. The whole place stunk so bad, you had to hold your breath. I don t know how Chevron can have their good name on the sign. No windshield cleaner either, and the tanks designed for that were also full of trash. The health department needs to shut it down.

Unquestionably the worst gas in station experience I've ever had. Pump was slow, line inside piled up as attendant disappeared for upwards of 20 minutes without an explanation. Bathroom lock was broken, toilet paper role was on floor, sink clogged. Place legitimately should be shut down.

Bathrooms are horrifying. Graffiti on everything, broken fixtures, doors are broken, and does not appear to have been cleaned in a very long time. If you can hold out for another 10 miles, go anywhere else.They're overcharging for gas by a significant amount.

Possibly the dirtiest business I ve ever set foot in. It s disgusting from the outside and don t get me started on the bathrooms. I can t believe the Health inspector hasn t closed this place down. Zero pride of ownership, pathetic really.

Not the absolute worst gas station I've ever been to, hence the fact that it gets more than one star. Inventory is poorly organized with little to no attention to detail. Overall fairly unsanitary. The guy behind the counter was friendly though, so that's a plus. I hiked extra miles on the PCT to get here before closing, which is supposed to be at 11pm. I got here at a few minutes after 10, and the lights were off and no one was inside.

They have plenty of parking, they have gas, they have food and auto supplies. They take cash and cards. They have public restroom. It's not perfect but it's there for you if you really really need it. Inside they have whole bunch of snacks and other stuff so whole place feels a bit messy and not organized. But hey, do you really choose which gas station to visit based on google reviews?

My dad and I stopped here on our way back from the Seattle area after his truck broke down. The bathrooms were well-kept, but their snack prices is at least twice expensive, compared to grocery stores, like Safeway, Fred Meyer, etc. Definitely not recommended to get snacks, but recommended for fountain drinks, though.

This is primarily a hiker re-supply during mid and late summer.Do NOT send your re-supply package here. Hikers are given free access to everyone's re-supply boxes and it is common for packages to go missing (stolen). The store is not well maintained and prices are a little steep.However, the staff I have encountered is very friendly and they were more than happy to let me take as much ice as I wanted. I needed it for a strained leg muscle.Not awful, but not great either.

This is the worst place in Washington to stop. Gouging gas prices, awful bathrooms with water on floor, no soap in dispensers and a hand dryer to melt your hands, expensive prices, not cold refrigerators (seriously, not) and an awful slouch working the register.Go to the next exit for more options that are clean and $. 40 per gallon cheaper gas.

Only one unisex bathroom huge lines plusevery item in the store is super overpriced and the Gas station is dirty and in disrepair = primium prices for inferior an product... Location is wonderful rip down this garbage and put up a decent store with modern bathrooms and coffee machines

Price gouging customers in the middle of a pandemic.. this isn't just poor business ethics, these are bad people. $4.59 for a gallon of regular there today.. should be ashamed of yourselves

Gas pumps are very slow. It took 5 minutes to pump 1 gallon of gas. The cashier that was on duty was very rude and was yelling at customers to get out because she wanted to close an hour early.

Store selection is pretty good, but prices are too high. Gas is about 50 cents more than the closest town. Bathrooms were kind of dirty.
