We took our car here and couldn't be happier with the service! This will definitely be our go to shop.Location: this shop is tiny and located in the same plaza as the Shell gas station. It's the attached garages to the Shell building.Customer Service: really easy to make an appointment and the front desk was really nice. They also have a shop dog that roams around that is incredibly friendly!Car service: they were able to replace our alternator and assess all the issues we had with the car. They were honest, thorough and reasonable price. The shop is great at documentation and also calling to get confirm before starting work. I appreciate this level of detail and care.

After trying 6 or 7 other mechanics we have found a home at Will' Auto and Truck Repair. They are knowledgeable, friendly, fair and honest. Best place I have ever found to take my car for repairs.

Thorough, friendly, honest and fair. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle here again. Will and team got my vehicle in for a transmission service and PTU flush that the dealer would not do. For my next contact with them I received a quote and it was very reasonable but my schedule didn't work with theirs. Even still they were just as respectful and helpful. Highly recommended.

I had Will s replace the alternator on my mothers 2009 Nissan Murano. Will, his team, and his family were all spectacular. Will was recommended to me by a neighbor and I am so happy I took the advice. Excellent ServiceThey found that the inspection holes needed to make the adjustment to the back brakes had never been knocked out. NO ONE HAD EVER ADJUSTED MY BACK BRAKES! They made the adjustment. Later, I was pulling into a parking spot and hit the brakes. The truck stopped so fast that I thought I had hit something! That was a major safety issue. Dealerships and regular repair shops had ignored this problem. This is an example excellent work. I've found Will's garage a great place to bring my truck.Service: Brakes

I am a birth doula in the community and when I went to start my car and it didn't work, naturally I freaked out. Will and his team was able to get me in in a very timely manner and get my vehicle all ready to go with a new starter. Prices are reasonable front desk lady was absolutely accommodating and lovely, as was the sweet little dog that was there. I called him my chocolate bunny. At any rate I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's good to have a good mechanic place around.

Highly recommend Will's Auto for any repair. Dan at Napa referred us to Will's. My husband and I have brought my Ford Escape and his Ford Explorer into Will's about 4 times now for repair work. Always excellent service and a much better price than the local dealerships. Will hires great people. Will is really knowledgeable and honest. There is a friendly office doggo.

Will and his team have done a great job taking care of me and my family. They have been straightforward with what needs done and don't over sell services you don't need. If you're looking for a great mechanic it's hard to do better than Will.

Will's shop was highly recommended by the good folks at Dynamic Diesel. I've had some major work done by Will's team that my auto dealer mechanics were misdiagnosing. These guys are fantastic as I'm willing to drive 25 min even for an oil change.

Big shout out to the guys at Wills auto and truck in snohomish. They got my truck into the shop and worked things out with my warranty and everything. Being a landscaper my truck is a necessity.They fit me in and had the whole thing done in a week. Got the old transmission out,a new one in,and I got a brand new free radiator out of the deal.Thank you Will.Service: Transmission

Will is very fair on his pricing and knowledgeable about numerous cars and trucks. I have taken 3 different vehicles to him and would not hesitate to take more. Really easy to work with.

Wills is the only shop I'll allow work on our vehicles, they've always been up front and honest, I've never been up charged, and always calls and verify before doing unforseen work. Just yesterday I brought my truck to him after les schwab managed to mess it up and he had me in and out in 30 minutes
