Management or lead does not like gay people. Got over priced due to being gay. As I was walking out over heard a store employee say I don't like gays. This was 3 yrs ago. Noticed I never commented until now.

Went to this shop a few weeks back. Brought my daughter with me. Needed new headlights. A staff member, I think Zachary, offered to help me install them. He was extremely helpful, and very kind and patient.

I needed a new battery in my remote control car alarm. The technician opened it up inserted it for me and came out to my car and helped me reconnect the car alarm. He then noticed I was in need of new car mats and helped me find something that would work. I have actually been looking for car mats for some time. He disposed of my old ones made sure I was good to go and thank me for my business. It was a pleasure doing business here. It was nice to go into a business and get service without someone begging me for a tip. They seem to be actually interested in their customers, a real rarity today. I'm glad this business is in Snohomish they are an asset to our community.

Thank you so much to the team at O Reillys and especially Nick for helping me with my headlight. Super friendly team.

The staff here are friendly and they can help you with any basic or researchable issues. Don't expect them to be able to solve terribly complex issues but that being said - their hiring process must be quality because the people are good. The prices are very steep when you compare them to online outlets BUT a lot of times you don't want to wait days so it is what it is.

I walked into a dead store on a Sunday evening. I had a return. I walked to the pay station. I couldn't see anyone other than one original person that I walked in with and a staff member. He was busy. The manager was sitting in a parts row on his cellphone look ing at something swiping right and left. 4 mins went by. They were busy watching screen time. So I had to let him know I was there waiting to return a item. He just jumped off his chair like I never saw him or anything. He never even said oh I'm sorry. No. Just didn't make eye contact with me. Take some pride yo..It really does make sense. Respect is nice to. So I will be not using that place anymore. Last resort now. Thanks

Rude employee. First she was chatting up the man in front of me, asking all kinds of questions about where he worked. He was clearly uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. When it qas my turn, I asked if they price matched and was told yes. I let the lady know the oil I was buying was only $7.99 at Fred Meyer instead of their $9.99 then she said, "can you prove it to me?" I said I had the receipt in the car but there was a long line behind me so I didn't want to hold anyone up. She told me that if they "went on word of mouth they'd be out of business." Which I get, but there is a much better way of phrasing that without essentially calling me a liar. In total, it would have only cost them $4 total to price match my two quarts of oil. Instead, I was treated rudely and will not be back unless I absolutely have to. It wasn't worth the $4 for me to have to talk to that lady again, so I just left instead of bringing my receipt back into the store.

Associates are always very helpful and mostly knowledgeable (but it helps to know your vehicle's details). A few of the enployees are either not bright enough to cover their noses while masked, or just don't care to wear them correctly.

Only a coupe of workers know what they are doing weather in looking up parts or any auto mechanic questions or knowledge. I have had to return parts numerous times cause wrong one was given to me, which takes out of my time and take my gas to drive back and forth. Customer service wise as efficient and waiting time isn't bad they are friendly as well.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon needing two different light bulbs for my headlights. Jay went above and beyond to help me. He took out the old bulbs, researched and found the correct replacements, and then installed both new bulbs--in the rain! He was very kind, and I am incredibly grateful.

Yesterday, we had the most pleasant customer experience of our lives. Our car's engine oil warning light came on while we were driving near Snohomish (far from home) and we were in a bit of a panic as all the autoshops were already closed. We decided to buy the oil ourselves at O'Reillys, but we did not expect to be helped as much as we did. Zack helped us figure out what oil we needed and without us prompting him, offered to help us add oil to our car. He never made us feel dumb, explained what we needed to do clearly and did so with a smile on his fac.e. When we thanked him, he said it was no problem and that he believed 'people should just be nice to people'. Well, Zack was so nice to us and we really appreciate it!

My mother's car was working perfectly fine just had a check engine light she has them test it after after they yanked out the tester it won't start now. Then the manager asked her if she had it in park and ridiculed her instead of helping her when she went back in to complain it doesn't start anymore. Very un-professional from both the manager side and employees side.

Snohomish store not very helpful or knowledgeable. I asked a simple question about o hose & was told they are not mechanics. Lake stevens store is much better if you need advice or have a question

Really needs more people working the counter. The line was super long. Needed help there was no one. The guy was like it over there, still wasn't sure what to buy had to call someone and ask. Being there I would have thought they would help me.

I went in there the other day to have my battery checked, he slammed my hood from a fully opened position. I usually drop it shut from about 3 inches high, thats all it needs to latch, not 3 feet. He seemed pretty happy about it.

The manager is always unfriendly. The lady there is helpful, He will NOT help you locate a part and seems that we always get the wrong part when he orders, I will drive out of my way to auto zone now, Nothing is worse then having your car apart waiting for the part to come in and he ordered the wrong one:(

The employees here are the absolute worst and utterly unprofessional. Been in here many times ordering really hard to find parts(I have to find my part numbers my self then give them to the clerk as to cause no confusion since they "dont do heavy truck parts"). Every time ive been in here the clerks were cussing, acting unprofessional and not helping people in line. Ive been a long time customer in both the commercial and non commercial side and never seen a more unproffesional team. I ordered a veey hard to find part a week ago and was told it was 5 days out and they would call me when it showed up, awesome I can wait for that. A week later i never received a call so i called them. They told me no one ordered it because it was a special order part and i didnt pay for it upfront(they didnt ask me to, nor did they the other 10-15 times i special ordered parts). They told me the could next day air it but it was gonna take over 5 days even with the next day air shipping. Orielly as a whole has lost my bussiness for ever. They need more knowledge in there and not lazy, uneducated, people who can't act correctly around customers.

Well the guy in the front desk start act like he don t know it s not there and no one every called me to tell anything and made me drive 20 miles there to find that out. They offered me the part to be there later on the day garbage service.

Went in for a thermostat and gasket. They only had the gasket. You go here because they are one of only two auto parts stores for miles around.... The main thing was all the customers were wearing masks but all the employees need lessons on how to wear masks.

Typical parts chain. Full of wanna be mechanics who don't know basic things like how to use their own belt size guage. I walk in and say I want a 32inch l4 v belt. They ask the typical question..... " What car is it for?" I say.. " it isn't for a car" (it's for a 1939 Ford tractor with a hydraulic modification). The response I get is... " Well I need to put the car in the computer so I know what belt to get" I say... "I just told you what belt to get". It's just more hassle than it's worth.

Very poor customer serviceThe counter kid wanted to argue with me about what transmission I had in my truck. He just kept saying that the computer says it's this, I told him several times the computer is wrong.Needless to say I left the store without making any other purchases because of this and I will from now on shop at Autozone or Napa auto parts for my auto/truck parts.

Staff nearly always willing to help educate, explain or offer advice if wanted but by no means pushy.
