I woke up to a flat tire and went first thing to get it taken care of. When I walked in, I was acknowledged by name and smiles from Lisa and Jared. They took good care of me and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. While I was waiting for my tire to be fixed I noticed the other interactions they had with customers and it was just the same as mine. Thank you friends for taking good care of me, these people are the absolute best!

These guys are the best! It was 20 minutes before closing and I got a flat. They sent someone out to help put a spare on for me. I drove down & they put all new tires on for me. I appreciate the time and effort they put in to help me. Thank you guys for staying past closing to get my car to a safe & secure condition for my family!

Went in for a quick tire change with a busted cv boot. They came back after the tire swap stating my car needed several services and estimate charges for over $1100. But the cv boot was not listed. The worst of it is we watched the tire swap out and the vehicle was not lifted more than 10 Inches off the ground, the guy did not even look under my car. How do you explain this quote Les Schwab? How can you quote for services not needed or even inspected? Shame on you....

I was on my way to pick up new glasses and noticed my tire was flat. Luckily I live 2 mins from this location. I realized the vision clinic was closing in an hour, so I walked the mile there since I didn't know if my tire would be fixed in time. They called to let me know it was fixed right when I picked up my glasses, then I walked all the way back. The technician told me that they found a nail in my tire and were able to patch it up. He told me there would be no charge, even though the tire didn't come from Les Schwab I had just dropped $200 on the glasses, so it really made my day. Thank you for the great, friendly service!

This is my favorite store the people are the best, they have fixed our tires 4 times within a month for free . They are always kind and friendly!! Highly recommend going here for tires and service!!

This was my first visit to this location and I was totally impressed!!!I was super stressed because I had gotten a nail in my tire the night before, there were no locations open that late at night and I called this morning to see if they had time.I made it in by 8:20am and the representative Jared was super friendly and assured me they'd get everything taken care of as soon as possible.Guys I was out in under 30 minutes with other people already being assisted before me!The place was clean, they had coffee and popcorn available it was such a nice gesture.I can't say thank you enough and I'll definitely be back!!!Thank you Jared and team for a great experience!

Les Schwab always provides great service. May not be the cheapest but take care of you from start to finish.

Labor Day weekend and we are about to leave and notice we have a screw in our tire. We live closest to Monroe but they re shop is insane all the time. They said it d be at least a 2-2.5 hour wait and suggested we take the tire off. Called around to other tire centers. Mostly got miserable sounding staff who sounded like they were just tired and didn t care if we came in or not. One guy said we could schedule an appt in a couple weeks. Checked my map one more time before heading to Monroe and Snohomish Les Schwab popped up. Jared answered after the first ring and sounded chipper and said bring it on in and we will get you taken care of! And that is exactly what they did. Their parking lot was trailer friendly and had a nice area to pull around. We waiting maybe 30-45 minutes max. They repaired it no charge and the guy Brice that helped us was super friendly. They did not look or sound miserable. Definitely a business that I d like to continue to support. Thanks for getting us safely on the road for our family camping trip!

I had nothing but a great experience with them! I originally went to the Monroe location after my brother in law(ex les schwab employee at that location) told me somethings wrong with my left rear tire, most likely wheel bearing. I brought it into the Monroe location and they said there was nothing wrong with it so I asked them to recheck because its very loud while driving, they said there was nothing wrong with it. Everyone that rode in my car said there s something wrong with it. I finally took it to the snohomish location, had them check it out. Front office lady was super nice. They gave me a quote, wheel bearing was definitely bad. I brought it back to get it fixed and they got it in and out super fast. Jared was super helpful up front. Highly recommend this location!

Great experience today. The service at this location is always above par! From the sweet front desk gal to the manager greeting everyone-it is just a small town "homey" feel.

Amazing service! Walked in around 11:45am to have a tire patched and walked out around 12:30! They noticed my front tread was low and drew up some options if I wanted to replace them. I politely declined and she was happy to send me on my way. The atmosphere was warm and energetic, I'll definitely be back when I am ready to get new tires (:

I pulled up next to Les Schwabs service doors with a wheel cap that was falling off (due to a missing bolt). Case stopped what he was working on and immediately came to help get the wheel cap put back on.The manager Jared has always been extremely helpful and cut a new bolt to fit the wheel and get me back on the road.Thanks for the fixing the problem!

I have had a few great experiences here. One to just get air in the tires, and another to replace the battery in the car. We will definitely come here when we need new tires.The staff was so kind and knowledgeable. They did not make me feel silly for not knowing what I was doing.I really appreciate the kindness that was offered and the knowledge that was shared. Will be back for any car needs they can take care of!

These guys are the best. They're always helpful and friendly. They replaced the batteries in two different vehicles for me last month. They had exactly what I needed with quick service both times. I've been buying tires and brakes from Les Schwab for decades. For tires, brakes and batteries I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Horrible customer service, Store Manager Nick wants to charge for parts that might or might not fit. Doesn't have enough experience to know one wheel hub size and never measured wheel hub to know what size it is after being there 3 hours. Car was dropped off for hub centric spacers and a flat repair. Customer is never right at this store. Be very aware going to les swab in snohomish.

I had a nail in my car tire and went to Les Swab so check if it's repairable or not.They patched the tire for free.I was so impressed.I know next time where to go if I need a new tire.Awesome service and guys who works there are doing an amazing job.

First time coming here and I will never come back. Do not bring your vehicle here unless you want to get fleeced. Went in because my year old brakes were rubbing, was told I needed new tie rods as well, was quoted $900 for new brakes and tie rods. 2 hours in I get a call saying brakes are fine but rack and pinion was damaged.Long story short. What should have cost $900 and 4 hours ended up costing $1600 and 9 hours. When I asked about a military discount they took off $40.That's how they take care of 9/11 veterans.#neverforget

I have never been talked into throwing away $100 before. Seemed like a quick fix, only to find out it would take 4x as much to actually fix the problem. Would have been nice to have a warning. Might have made this our local tire place, but I am dismayed by the experience.

I came in and got new tires for my truck. I was talking with nick and he was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with car being worked on, then before I knew it I was ready for the road again!

I feel like having a great experience at Les Schwab is a staple of life in the Pacific Northwest and this Snohomish location does not disappoint. Though having tire issues is never fun, it's truly relieving to know what to expect once you roll into the parking lot. This store is under new management and the service from start to finish was high touch, thorough and fast. I had a flat tire which did some additional damage to my wheel. My new tire had to be ordered and was delivered next day. Prices are always great AND when I arrived on day #2 to get my wheel put on, I was recognized with my mask on and they knew what I was here for. That was extra impressive. Next time I have an issue, I will go out of my way if I can, to come to this location.

Wish I could do less than one star due to the fact that they charged me $240 for a battery install, then charged me $10 for the battery when I told them I didn t want the battery since they claimed they couldn t do the work that the truck was at the shop for. So they refused to give it the alignment I wanted before taking my vehicle to chelan and towing my trailer over the pass, because they said parts were installed wrong. The weird part is that the les Schwab in chelan had no problem doing the alignment. In fact took them about 30 Mindoro do it. But my experience doesn t stop there. So as I start driving my truck and trailer to lake chelan my whole front right of my truck locks up on the hwy with my whole family in the vehicle. It happened because they didn t put one screw back in my new expensive aftermarket caliper. And the top bolt of the was half way of the hole. So the caliper fell off and locked my wheel up so it couldn t rotate. So it damaged the caliper and rotor and my inner rim. All this and forced me to buy a battery.I was fortunate enough that my trailer didn t flip or get in a serious accident. Was very close to head on collision due to the wheel locking up on hwy 2. But never going back to les Schwab in Snohomish again. I have had other bad experiences there where they broke parts and wouldn t replace it after they said they would.

Jared and Nick are awesome. The shop is extremely busy but both offer great customer service. I ve specifically came back to this shop numerous times because of my trust in them and the customer service can t be beat.

They are always so helpful and friendly in this shop, but they could do better about respecting customer's time. I waited for over an hour to find out my tire had been checked right away, but no one reached out to let me know it was not salvageable. They were quick to get me a new tire and on my way, but my time was unnecessarily wasted.
