I brought my tired Grand Cherokee in to address some noises, leaks and concerns. Justin gave me a call that day to discuss his findings and our options moving forward. His honesty, patience and kindness were so refreshing. Our family decided that it was just time to retire the ol' girl instead of getting her repaired but the interaction alone made a customer for life of us. Thank you guys for being so wonderful! We'll be back for sure.

Moved to Snohomish a year ago, and was referred to them by a friend (who only takes his cars there), but also loved their signage while passing them on I-9. Scheduled a visit for an oil change as well as to check on some leaks I noticed on the driveway.Got a call from Justin the day they worked on it, with a detailed list of things that were wrong and things that needed to be fixed (some were supposedly fixed by another shop 2 years ago, but apparently they didn't use OME parts). Hilltop Auto also found some additional things wrong as they dug deeper, and even with the added on costs, I appreciate their thoroughness and honesty.Pricing was fair, and service was great.Will definetly be using them going forward!!

Justin at Hilltop Automotive was fantastic to work with. From helping arranging a tow truck to deliver my vehicle to the shop, to diagnosing the issue, and providing top notch, friendly communication along the way, I can't say enough positive things about this shop. In a business in which I abhor having to take my vehicles to any shop, fearing being ripped off and taken advantage of, I would trust Hilltop Automotive with any of my vehicles from here on out (hoping I don't need to, of course).Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Can't say enough fantastic things about Hilltop Automotive! Genuine, friendly customer service. Very willing to go the extra mile to explain an issue and what that issue needs to be fixed properly. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough and the job gets done right so you leave with confidence knowing it has been completed well. I have taken three different vehicles here over the course of the last 11 months and the third one was just for an evaluation of issues (many issues!) and they did not even charge for the evaluation! I now live across the state over 6 hours away and I still find it worthwhile to schedule with hilltop anytime I'm visiting the area.Hands down the most honest, helpful, and caring mechanic you can ever find. Hilltop was an amazing experience for me! My car broke down driving home in late June and I was able to get to Hilltop and park. Right away the team was helpful and took a look at things. The guys were respectful and great with communicating with me on the progress of my car. I appreciated the honesty and real understanding I got from Justin in helping me make the right decisions about my car. I will definitely be taking any car issues back to them again!

My sister said this was a great place so when I had to get my car towed at 10pm we chose here. They were amazing. I hope I never have to get another car towed that far from home but if I do these are the guys to fix it!

I've been bringing my cars to Hilltop for years now. They are friendly and communicative and carefully explain the problem before fixing it. I've found a place that we can trust to be handled exceptionally. We have been bringing our cars to Hilltop for many years now. They are friendly, honest, and have always done top-notch work! Service is completed in a timely manner, and we have never been disappointed! So, if you want a fair deal and excellent service, we would definitely recommend Hilltop Automotive!

My car runs better now than when it was new!I had a new clutch kit put in, new brakes, alignment, fly-wheel resurfaced, and a few other things done. Yes they were booked out a couple weeks, and yes, it was worth the wait. This team knows what they are doing!Thank you Hilltop!

I brought my car here earlier this year for a diagnosis, Justin and his team were very friendly and honest! They told me what was wrong with my car, but also which things were actually important to be fixed and which things could wait. They didn t charge me for the diagnosis, even though I wasn t sure if I d move forward with the repairs. When I did decide to have some repairs done, they kept me in the loop if they encountered any issues and how much longer it would take them, and when a certain part they ordered didn t come in on time they didn t even charge me for it because they felt bad it was going to take a little longer. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for future repairs!!

We have gone to Hilltop Automotive for years and they always go above and beyond our expectations. It's rare that you trust your mechanic and feel you get a fair price. That is exactly what you can expect of Justin and the entire Hilltop team. Highly recommended.

Over the years, I've now brought 2 cars to Hilltop for repairs and maintenance. They're very conscientious and conservative in their approach to what's needed and what can wait. I trust Justin and his recommendations and knowledge of cars and couldn't think of going anywhere else. Appointments recommended though.

Hilltop Automotive is the most accommodating, friendly and trustworthy shop around. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else, Justin and the team really know what they are doing and always put the customer first. If you are unsure, give them a call or stop by and I'm sure you will be convinced!!

I took my Honda Pilot to Hilltop Automotive for radiator check due to slow cooling leak. They did some test and found the engine is in good shape and there was a pin hole leak in the radiator. These guys did a throurough test and fixed the issue the same day. Very good explanation of what was needed. I was very satisfy with their work that I took my Honda back for more routine maintenance work. I will bring my Audi and Honda to these guys from now on. Very hard to find quality service like Hilltop Automotive. They are honest and fair. Justin and the staff are very professional and friendly also.

Joe and his crew were very kind and informative. I visited here with my Subaru and overall recieved honest work for a fair price. They are a very busy shop, which for me is a good sign. Despite that, they were able diagnose my car and get back to me within several hours of dropping it off. I will be taking my cars here from now on.

Without a doubt Best service in the north end!I usually do not write reviews, but I have had a few other "well known" places try to rip me off by diagnose my vehicles, claiming I needed expensive work done (I'm controlling myself by not naming them), then took it to Joe at Hilltop. He said their diagnoses sounded "suspicious" and sure enough, it was something completely different and less expensive!Now there is only one place I take our vehicles, even if it means waiting to get in.Hilltop automotive..."honest", dependable, high quality work. It reflects the character of the owner, ...and word does get around!

Justin and Hilltop did a great job and gave me confidence that my car (new to me) was in great shape. Quick service and Justin was great to work with and very communicative. Would highly recommend Hilltop for anyone looking for an honest mechanic!

I recently took a vehicle in for service to QHA, and they did spend some time and thought they had fixed it. Shortly thereafter the problem reemerged, and I returned to the shop where the new owner found the problem, and reimbursed me for what I had previously spent. I had known and done business with the previous owner for a long time, and I am delighted that he has turned the helm over to an honest and good mechanic! A few weeks later I took my son s car in for some major engine repair, and the same results, a great job at a fair price. I will be returning with any automotive issues I face, and recommending them to anyone in need.

Joe and his crew are amazing. They work on all of my trucks and my precious BMW, which is totally the best car ever and they take great care of me. They are qualified to the top of the scale and know their stuff. They are reasonable and always fair. I never have to worry that they're doing something, I don't need and they do NOT up-sell. I would recommend them for anyone!!!

A friend recommended Hilltop Automotive to us about 5 years ago. Since then, we've had about 10 interactions with them on 3 different cars. Joe, Mike and the rest of the crew have always been truthful and fair to us. They stand behind their work; a part they had installed on our van failed maybe 6-8 months later, and they replaced it with no charge to us at all. We're lucky to live so close to them, but even if we moved, we would make the drive to Hilltop. I honestly can't imagine taking our cars anywhere else.

If you want some honest work done on your car, this is where to go. It may be a drive, but it is worth it. They will not steer you wrong. They will be honest and up front about what your car needs. They will help you to the best of their ability. There isn't any other place I will take my car. I'm very grateful and thankful for Justin and his team over at Hilltop Automotive. Sincerely, Andy.

Justin and his team always do a great job. They've worked on all 3 of our vehicle. They get it done on time and budget and keep you in the loop throughout the repair process. It's nice actually being able to trust a mechanic!

Hilltop has worked on several of my cars, all with great results. Doing the factory service on my 4 year old Subaru Forester saved me money and their warranty is amazing. Myself and my parents have taken our cars here for the last several years with 100% positive experiences.

Growing up I my dad was my mechanic and always fixed my car. Then I moved away to another state and went through a few different mechanics that I just didn t feel like they were being honest with me and always tried to do more than requested making me think something else was always wrong. Then I found Hilltop and Justin always works on my car and here is just something about him that reminds me of my dad. Very nice, honest and will always tell me what exactly I need to do now and what I can do a little later. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Justin!!!

Hilltop Automotive Repair is truly heads above the rest. I have used them for years and continue to go to them even though we have moved to Maple Valley. They are simply worth the drive. Quality work, fair competitive prices and excellent customer service.
