I have an auto repair shop up in Bellingham and my Robinair A/C machine broke down in the middle of summer. They arranged for someone to pick it up the next day and it was fixed within a week and delivered back to my shop. It works better than ever and their pricing was very reasonable. Both people I talked to on the phone were friendly and helpful.

NOT A SAFE COMPANY!!! They came out to "fix" two of our racks. We called them back in & said they still had problems.. they threw their hands in the air and didn't care and told us to call someone else because they couldn't figure it out.. Their guy was here for THREE MINUTES TOTAL all on shop surveillance.. Instead they told us that our 15 yr techs were using it wrong, yet none of our other 7 racks have this issue... an employee named kirby was extremely rude. WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN- Extremely UN-professional & clearly incompetent. Please don't use them, please call someone else for your safety rack concerns & installations.
