I took my BMW E60 M5 to Broad Stroke for everything from rod bearings, vanos pump, actuators and a lot more. The techs are top notch and extremely knowledgeable. Diagnosing issues was spot on as was their outstanding work. Customer service here is also first rate. Every tech was extremely friendly and helpful. My experience at the front desk was also phenomenal. Anastasiya spent considerable time in ensuring my experience was nothing but stellar from start to finish. Last August I purchased a "vintage" 1980 BMW 528i in remarkably good shape but with some quirky problems....like no functioning turn signals! The crew at Broad Stroke went above and beyond to diagnose and solve what was a crazy rat's nest of wiring under the dash. (Some previous amateur stereo component installation...) Needless to say I would have NEVER been able to sort this out on my own! I highly recommend Broad Stroke, I'm not taking my car anywhere else!!

Very friendly and professional. I just picked up a 328i that I knew needed work, just not sure how much. Their tech thoroughly went through the car listing everything that could, or needs to be fixed. Even providing pictures and a quote for everything that needs work. I will continue to bring my car to Broadstroke for any maintenance or repairs my car needs. Highly recommend!

I have been using Broadstroke to service my mini for over 8 years the service is always friendly and professional every time i need it serviced.They clearly explain what needs to be fixed and send a report at the end of the visit with an overview of all the systems that have been checked together withrecommendations for the future.They have always had a loaner car available and make me feel welcome each time I go.I would recommend them whenever you need to have your mini serviced definitely a 5 star experience.

I have owned BMWs my entire adult life and been bringing them to Broad Stroke since about 2015. Their level of knowledge, fair pricing, and honest opinions have kept me a loyal customer. There have been a couple big jobs the last 18 months (on a 24 year old car) like the timing chain guides and a valley pan gasket and their work has been second to none.Even though I moved about 70 miles away, I still bring them my BMWs for service!

Took our 2009 BMW here, when other shops wouldn t because it s too old and has too many miles for them, and they did amazing. We were at a loss for what was wrong (car wouldn t run) & usually we fix all of our car issues, but they found exactly what was wrong and fixed it in less than a week. Customer service was great & I don t feel like I was scammed. They re very upfront and honest about what you re getting charged for which is a fear for a lot of people needing car work, I m sure. Definitely recommend for those who drive BMWs!

Parker and his crew are the best in the biz as far as I'm concerned! They are super detailed and very timely. I am always happy when I leave there and know I spent the right amount of money to keep my high end car running like it was designed from the factory. I thought it would be a difficult day, going to a new service provider. I wanted a great place for my BMW service and it was so much better than expected. It is the friendliest, as well as a highly professional shop that I have been to. Excellent place for your service.

I ve driven BMW s all my life and this is the first time the warranty on any of them has expired, so this was the first time I ve used anyone other than the BWM dealer for servicing. I was very, very pleased with the thoroughness of the Broad Stroke team. They were very so communicative. In addition to regular servicing, they provided me with a list of suggestions, classifying them by priority to help me understand what needed to be done immediately vs what will be needed further down the line. I will definitely continue to utilize them! So glad I found them.

Staff is friendly, but do not ever take your vehicle here unless you want to unnecessarily spend several thousand dollars with little to no results. I brought my MINI Convertible in for a top diagnosis and was almost charged over $900 for diagnostics after being assured several times, it wouldn t go over $479. Afterwards, lied to me and told me that a convertible top module requires expensive programming, which it does not since i replaced it myself and it works perfectly. And after all of that, wanted to charge me close to $200 just to put my top up manually since apparently $700 was not enough for a task that literally takes 10 minutes. And after all of that, i went home to attempt to put my top up myself after being forced to drive home at night in 30� weather with my top down to find that my hydraulic pumps valve had been over tightened and stripped so i was unable to put it up myself. Do not waste your money. Go somewhere else.

Brandon/Brenan hung up on me in the middle of a conversation where I was about to spend close to 4 thousand dollars with BroadStroke on my car.I've had BroadStroke service my car once before but Brendan or whatever his name is just made sure that I will never return. Customer service matters.

Though I paid for diagnostics only and it was rather expensive, I am also dealing with a complex issue with this Mini Cooper. The team at Broad Stroke were VERY professional, thorough in their findings and ensured that by the time we left , we had complete knowledge of issues found and available options moving forward. As it turns-out, the repair exceeds the value of the car, therefore we are holding off for now. This shop specializes in BMW and Mini. The shop was incredibly clean, the communication exceeded my expectations and the people were VERY friendly! Great job!Service: Electrical

Anastasia was great. I got a pre-purchase inspection. Everything was timely. They included a digital report of the inspection. She's proactive too and contacted a paint company for me and got quotes on my behalf. Also walked me through a service schedule and some features of my car.

Tried to run excessive tests that didn't need to be done, the problems were visible and clearly obvious. Talked to family that s been in the car business for 30+ years and they said that they didn t understand why they were so confused about my car. Appointment for my car was first thing in the morning and I didn t get a call until a hour before close. Didn't feel like my service was important. Was disappointed because I heard good things about this shop.

Went in for oil change, Expensive to go through the requirements of owning a BMW. Multiple care items taken care of. Had a loaner vehicle, due to more than a days worth of work. I live up in Mount Vernon, and easier to get to, distance wise, than dealership in Seattle area.

I took my BMW here for the first time for an oil change. After the service I received a text and email with a very detailed list of my car and what areas were okay and what services were suggested, and what services were more urgent. From making the appointment to checking out, to picking up my car. The whole customer service experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend. Good prices as well. We enjoyed our experience with Broad Stroke. We used to take our BMW to the dealer but now it is out of warranty, the dealership overcharges and recommended items to be replaced that do not need to be replaced. Broad Stroke was honest with what needed repair and why and charged a fair price. They even brought my car to the front door after I paid which was really nice. Absolutely the best customer service as well as thorough & detailed in all of the work they did on my son's BMW. We have been to many other places to have our vehicles serviced/repaired over the years, and Broad Stroke beats them all in competence and customer service...they definitely have our confidence to come back any time we need our BMW serviced. Also a nice additional plus, they gave us additional discounts and perks (hockey tickets, complimentary candy and drinks in the waiting area...) as well as a 3 year/36,000 mile guarantee on the work/parts they put in. I found Broad Stroke online, as I was looking for a repair place that specialized in BMWs. I got an appointment right away, and was extremely pleased with the regular communication and the service that I received. As it turned out, I had to have more work done than I anticipated, but everything turned out just great! I m super happy that I found this place and that I found all the folks who work there who obviously know what they re doing! My lovely little Bavarian Flower is feeling much better now! I haven't used this place yet, BUT they come highly recommended! I just moved to the area, and I will bringing my Mini here as soon as I need service...much, much closer and convenient than Mini Cooper of Seattle... better hourly labor rate too!
