Ben was greatly helpful and simple to do business with. No traditional salesman tactics just an upfront interaction and a stand up guy. He lets you go over all the details with checking out the car at your own speed. Picked up a great car at a great price with all licensing done within an hour. Drove from over an hour away and did not regret my visit.

I don't even know where to start. I bought an MR2 a couple months ago from this dealership. Everything seemed fine but slowly after a week of driving it, it became evident that there was a lot of mechanical issues. 1st: The tire that came with the vehicle were dated as being manufactured in the year 2000. I drove the vehicle from this dealership to Pasco, WA. That's a 3.5+ hour drive. This is extremely dangerous and I have no idea how this dealership missed this. The only reason I did, was because when I went to look at the vehicle, it was already 8pm and it was dark (mistake #1). Mistake#2 was buying the car when the temperature outside wasn't high. I checked the AC and it seemed to work, but as I started to drive the vehicle, I noticed that it was just blowing the outside air into the cab. I further inspected the car and found that the car, was missing multiple A/C lines, a condenser, and after hours of research it turned out, that most of the missing items were discontinued. I spent multiple days and well over $2,000 fixing EVERYTHING that was wrong with this vehicle. It was obvious that the tires needed to be replaced, as there were not only close to bald, but unsafe to drive in. I went to remove the tires and whoever their mechanic was, overtighten the lug nuts and a wheel stud ended up breaking off. I spent about 2 hours driving to the store and replacing multiple wheel studs. Mistake #3: Taking the dealerships word that the ebrake just needed to be adjusted. When I was picked up at the airport the sales person told me the ebrake wasn't working and just needed to be adjusted. Well I did just that, and I found out (the hard way) that the ebrake cables were actually seized and they needed to be replaced. This dealership literally sold me a manual vehicle without a working e-brake. After hours of research, I found out that in order to replace the brake lines, the entire fuel tank needed to be removed (this is why the dealership lied about the ebrake needing to be adjusted). I spent the next couple days doing just that. A week later I was driving down the highway and the entire front hood started flying up near the windshield. The hood almost hit the windshield of the car and could have caused an accident, if I didn't stop on time. I pulled over to the side of the road and found that instead of installing the hood latch with bolts, they (this scamming dealership) decided to use house screws. They used SCREWS to hold down a hood release latch. The entire hood lock was dangling by the cable and I ended up having to buy rope at a local store to be able to drive this car back home. After the multiple days and hours and money I spent, I decided to review the documents that I signed to buy the vehicle. In those documents, I found out that they lied about how much I paid in order to save money on taxes. This is called tax evasion and when I get time, the proper authorities will be contacted. I signed an as is document to purchase the vehicle, but that still won't stop legal action given the unsafe condition the vehicle came in and the false advertisement that was done in order to sell the vehicle. Luckily, I document everything and all the money I spent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Had a great experience recently with BC motors! I was in the market for a vehicle for my wife and Benny was able to get us the exact one we wanted. Communication is great and I really got the feeling that they had my best interest at heart.

I just bought a car from the owner privately, super friendly, super cooperative, and just made sure that we knew what we were buying. Driven the car a total of 3 hours now and it has been nothing but amazing! Recommend going to them for GOOD used vehicles. You get your moneys worth. And here are a couple photos.

My experience was definitely 5 star, Ben was great to work with, I could tell that he truly cared about getting me into a car that I would be excited to own and drive, my vehicle had a rebuilt title due to a minor fender bender, Ben saved me thousands by rescuing this car at an auction, then he utilized his incredible mechanical skills to bring it back to Excellelent shape, I'm beyond happy

Ben is my angel! Being a single mother, moving out to Washington on my own and learning how to navigate life, Ben has been there to help me out with EVERY car problem that I have ever had! He s so knowledgeable. He s amazing and more importantly he s kind and caring. He has worked with me for the last 4 years with every issue I ve had. I would never have been able to afford to fix any of my cars if I brought it anywhere else. I can t imagine my life without Ben. He s been a life saver! Having car problems is already stressful and I seem to always have a lot of them but he s always there, ready and willing to help me out!!

I found BC motors on Facebook while looking for a car for my son. I didn't know at first that it was a dealership until I went to look at the car in person. As someone who shies away from dealing with car dealerships due to poor experiences in the past, I was pleasantly surprised at the low stress, no pressure transaction. On top of this, communication was quick and friendly. There was no haggling or drama and the price on the car I wanted was excellent. I highly recommend BC Motors!

Really great people, great customer service. I was referred to Benny by my brother who bought his car from him. So two greatful customers. It's hard to know who to trust when buying a car, I've definitely had some bad experiences in the past. Being unfamiliar with cars generally can make buying something reliable stressful. I'm grateful to have bought from people I can trust.

What can t these guys do! This company came at a perfect time in my life. My car had been in an accident, and they helped put the vehicle back to what it was before. I had another shop scam me so having to find a reliable company was important to me, and they proved they were more, and then some. Great company, and great servicing.

I purchased a used 2013 Mazda3 from BC Motors. It was the easiest used car purchase process I've ever had. They also replaced a faulty sensor for me!
