I highly recommend this shop! They worked on my JK, I was having a couple of issues with it, but after I took it to Olympic 4x4 my jeep drives like new again, very reasonable prices.

EXPECT CANDOR AND GOOD INTENT at Aarons offroad Colin the mgr is a strait shooter ;only wants to help however he can. Shane and all these guys are of the NoN-pretentious sort Top notch service . You ll leave with a stout rig and potentially a couple new friends. They ve got me in when I was in a jam and the work was outside my wheelhouse , not to mention all my annoying project questions theyve helped me with.

Guys did a great job on my truck. Rides smoother than ever! Id much rather do business with a local company than a nationwide chain. I docked a star because I was billed about 60% more than what I was quoted over the phone. Was a little bit of a sticker shock, but overall happy with the work done.

Olympic 4x4 was a one of a kind place for all your 4x4 needs! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Lots of new and used parts! Update.......Olympic 4x4's property was sold and had to close... very sad!!! I have no experience with the new owner or even the new location. I have heard that the used parts and vehicles are not available and it's now new parts and service for 4x4 's. I look forward to visiting the new location and seeing what it's all about! Will definitely miss the original Olympic 4x4, nothing can replace what it had to offer.....there wasn't a thing you couldn't find for your Toyota or Jeep! Very sad day when they closed the doors.

I am a local shop owner and people to know this place is a place you can trust. They know what there doing. I've been a happy customer for twenty plus years. The same great service today I received when I wore a younger man's clothes. Not all of the techs are ugly but they ALL know jeeps! Safe place to spend your loot. Blessings on Olympic 4x4

I have a Bronco & I prefer quality. That's what you get when you go to Aaron's. You pay more for the quality of parts and the knowledge of all those that work there. They're a great group of people and the only ones I trust to do a job correctly the 1st time.

So lucky to find these guys when I started building up my JK Wrangler. Had some ideas coming in and Dana helped guide me in the right direction the whole way. Even with covid going on and having a busy shop, they got the work done in a very reasonable time. Everytime I called someone answered, everytime I came by service was quick and efficient. They also communicated very well through the whole process. After my initial visit, I needed to come back for a few other repairs and they got me in quickly once again. Dana even picked me up at a local car rental shop when I was stranded and couldn't get there to pick up my Jeep! Amazing service and quality work every time. Thank you to Dana and the shop team, you have a customer for life!

After going to several shops including a Toyota dealership it has become very clear that Aaron's Olympic 4x4 completely fried the TSS sensor and / or control module. They were the original shop that installed the Hefty Fab front bumper and ever since getting the truck back, it's been nothing but headaches.. cruise control doesn't work whatsoever, the dash just constantly flashes SERVICE NEEDED SEE DEALER. We even gave them the benefit of the doubt, took time out of our weekend, dropped her truck off with them for a "second look" and absolutely nothing was fixed, all they have given us is excuses on how it's not their fault and it "just needs to be reprogrammed" This is after they originally tried telling her she "bought the wrong bumper" which is absolutely incorrect and false.I strongly suggest people avoid bringing their vehicle to their shop if it has literally anything to do with wiring, especially if the TSS is involved as they have now wasted God knows how much of our time sending us to various other shops to get the issue fixed when they themselves caused this and have refused to even accept responsibility for the work they were paid for it's unfortunately past the time frame when she could just do a chargeback on her card to get reimbursed and is now stuck with a broken truck that will have to go back, again.. to a dealership and pay whatever it's going to cost to have the sensor and or control module replaced and calibrated.

They are not cheap but do quality work. I had a bumper and winch installed for my Tacoma. They were true on the estimate and had some extras in the install. Also The trucks' skid plate didn't fit and they had to take it off but supported me after the job was done in getting one in without charge. After my truck was in a collision and the bumper was damaged they communicated with me on alternatives. I highly recommend this shop for any installs you need to do for off-roading.

I had some work done a few months back to my 2015 JKU and I am very very happy with the recommendations for upgrades that George gave me and even more recently they did some upgrade to my steering and brakes. I am totally stoked again with their recommendations. The guys over there are awesome (George,Jess and Shane) they know there stuff. If you want your rig to tackle the out doors go see those guys. Mahalos for great good customer service and help .

This is my go to place for any Jeep repairs I can t do myself. They do great work for a good price. And if something doesn t work 100% initially they stand by their work and don t give up until it s perfect. The used parts department is very cool as well, they have the biggest yard of Jeeps I have ever seen

Sadly this place is overpriced. Go online through the actual manufacturer. If I would have done that I would of saved almost $40 for an item I purchased. I will not be back here. This store has no common courtesy whatsoever. When I walked in to pick up my item it took them 5 min. to come and help me (I was standing up front) no greeting whatsoever either. 4 men were at the counter. Not even a smile to acknowledge I was there either. They had something on hold for me so they finally grabbed it.... I said I needed to take pictures of it to send to my husband so he knew what he was receiving. The older man at the counter then gave me a very rude look and said "ooooook????" I then sat there for another 7 minutes and they completely ignored me while I sat there and waited to make my purchase. The man that was rude and said ok even asked me if I was ready to make the purchase and I said yes and still waited another 4 minutes while he sat on the computer diddle daddling . Very very rude customer service. I will absolutely make the drive to Lynnwoods 4x4 store. They are VERY knowledgeable and curtious of their customers. Also the product I spent over $200 for turned out to be complete junk. If you want a good experience go elsewhere!!!UPDATE- The product we bought is garbage. We bought tail lights for our jeep. The right side is already out. Something is faulty with the actual lights.

Had the boys lift my F-150 and was blown away by their work. From when I first reached out for suggestions on kits, to the day of install, Dana was super helpful and communicative. The truck drives better than it did stock, and it's now on a 6" coilover lift wth 35s! Highly recommend these guys for all your off-road needs.

Customer service was good. They are very helpful and they have a military discount. They did overcharge me for a seat belt though. $40.00. I price checked pick and pull after the fact and they only wanted $10.

This place is a gift to everyone but especially jeep owners. Aaron is amazing and honest. It's very difficult to find an honest mechanic nowadays. Aaron's Olympic 4x4 is an exception. I will do every work on my jeep here and will avoid Four wheel parts by any means. I'm so happy they are back in business. I contacted Aaron through their Facebook page and got a response swiftly. I scheduled everything through Facebook and didn't have to even talk on the phone. So convenient. They installed a hood louver for me and found more issues with my rear shocks. Replaced them at a very reasonable price. I'm happy and will go back there anytime. Very honest people.

Long story short they either like you or they don't, and that will dictate your experience.Olympic 4x4 has an amazing selection of parts, vehicles, and all of the knowledge to go with them. There are a few great people who work here as well. However if you are not a regular or the owner Carl happens to be in a mood and not like your face buckle up for a ride to rip off city.He along with a few others will ignore you when you walk in and just let you stand there, talk down to you, and bait and switch prices/over the phone deals.Just know what you are walking in to.

Coming here, I was expecting a pleasant experience as the reviews on here shows. Unfortunately we were the odd guys out, we came to get our jeep upgraded from wheels, new axel, alignment, lift kit etc. As many of you would know NOT cheap. When we got the lift kit set up for our jeep and alignment done with a new axel. Taking home our jeep I nocited right away the alignment was not done correctly. We purchased the wheels a day after and were told they would come in anytime this week. As I waited 1 week, later 2 weeks with NO curiosity call. I called to speak with Matt who originally helped set up the order. Matt had spoke over the phone rushed and forgotten "I'm sorry we will look into that right now for you." I don't expect the customers to have to remind a body shop about a purchase and order I already paid for. I felt lied to and robbed. Matt calls back to let me know they don't have the fifth wheel actually it'll take till the end of January. He had told us it should take only a week and it's been two without any call or heads up. I asked to speak with a manager and "magically" the fifth spare tire came in the same week. Coming to shop I let Matt know the alignment was off from my first visit, when taking the car home me and my husband drove around a 25mph zone and it kept swerving to the right abruptly. I didn't like the way it was driving and wanted him to take a second look at their work. He let me know he will take a look and see what's going on, the service time will take two hours at most. Dropping off my jeep at 9:30am. Matt called me to come pick up the car because they are wrapping things up. I came back at 1pm and sat waiting til 3pm while they "wrap things up". Already annoyed and disturbed with the service wait I came to talk to Matt while he continues to help other customers. He starts talking over the customers to me stating "who helped you with the lift kit? They didn't ring you up correctly". Well obviously all of it was done here, two weeks ago. Being concerned at this point he tells me they didn't ring us out for another attachment that should go with it. Who's fault is this? The customers or the body shop employers who are orinally supposed to start and finish the job they are paid to complete with full satisfaction. So your telling me if I didn't come back to get my wheels upgraded with this shop I would have walked away paying for a lift for my jeep that would have failed on me because of miscommunication from the employers?!!!!!!! Now being almost 6hours into my day spending with this body shop. I'm being accused of not paying or finishing the proper lift kit that I'm not even aware of. While Matt talks to my husband over the phone he lets my husband know "we will put it in for free". Matt gets off the phone with my husband and asks for payment. I say for what? He said for the extra part for the lift. Did you just not tell my husband you will throw it in for free of no charge to us? "No, just the labor" well then Matt try to communicate with your customers and state exactly that!! I asked to speak to the manager, as the manager unpleasantly walks to the counter without asking what the situation is he yells "we will not give this part for free!!!!" I say were you here when he just told us he would throw it in for free? Or were you in the back without a clue what's going on up front and making assumptions that this is still my responsibility when in the beginning we made payment for all of what you had told us we needed to pay. But for some odd reason you guys just keep on adding things up or brining up parts that should have been done already and correctly the first time. I paid for the labor why would I need to get free labor if this is something that should have been done when paid to do so. He yells "well we already did a free alignment!" Excuse me? Free?! I paid for that alignment two weeks ago how did I get it for free?! "You probably just hit a curb!" A jeep hits a curb and messes an aligment?! Now your accusing me of your poor work?! Thanks again team for your GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

So long as their low prices and great service continue, I will always go there and I live 30 minutes away! I needed a coolant pipe for a 22RE and the one they showed me was not up to my expectations. Instead of turning me away, they took me in back and beat me with a lead pipe. Wait a minute, that was not that store, it was actually lakecityautocare, a place you should never go. Anyway, they took me in back and let me choose the one I wanted and it was primo. Olympic 4x4 was highly recommended to me and I am trying to tell everyone I know as well.

Staff is always friendly, and knowledgeable. Tricky parts can be located in a breeze, especially for custom configurarions - as seen in a lot of hobby vehicles. Great location in snohomish, good parking.

Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, friend was on his way to a funeral in Montana from Canada and his 4.0 liter threw a rod. We called Olynpic 4x4 and they had multiple engines in stock, prices were reasonable, motors were compression tested and come with a 100 day warranty, I installed the engine same day, the engine ran great and my friend was able to make it to the funeral in time.
