Arrived quickly, was pleasant and professional, explaining his task as he worked. The dispatcher was clear in explaining the minimum cost would be for two hours; I think the job was completed within one hour. Definitely an unexpected cost from my budget s point of view, but the responsibility for the mishap was mine alone. I would not hesitate recommending Dick s Towing to others in the future.

Clutch went out at 4 am on I-5, called Dick s towing in Marysville. They sent me a truck right away, only waited 20 minutes which is a tow truck record. Jerry has a very good customer service, but I was waiting longer when they were just a few steps from where they were located. I don t know who should answer for that - the lady that took my call or the drivers who were having fun smoking while I was worried sick waiting for help. I am just glad my flat tire was changed with my spare tire. I am satisfied and grateful for Jerry.

AMAZING! We were stuck 4 miles out of Carnation and our roadside assistance couldn t locate a tow for us at 6:30pm and told us we had to find our own or reschedule for the next morning. Your agent was very fast time wise but also fast to help me out. He charged my car quickly was pleasant and I was on my way.There was another company my insurance assigned me to originally which left me waiting more than two and a half hours Before I was informed that they dropped the service call.Thank you for being so efficient and fast. It means a lot to a person stranded helpless and with limited language communication skill.My sister helped me out with the calls and texting.

Today I hit a very deep pothole on 405 and blew a tire. As soon as I pulled over, I knew exactly which company I wanted to call and give my business to. Dick s was the only company that had helped me in the past when I needed a large truck towed (all other companies turned me down, but Dick s said yes, no problem) and I had already made up my mind that I would use them in the future if anything else came up. Dennis showed up and took care of me, and he was great to chat with. I will always recommend Dick s Towing!

I called triple A around 10 am waited couple hours without getting any kind of response had to call again to hear them say that the driver is in my area. He was in my area but not where I was parked behind my broken down car on the shoulder of a on ramp 526 east highway. I get a text from driver saying he is at my vehicle and that I need to come there to show him my id or membership card I respond saying that he is not at the right spot and if he could call me . That didn t happen so I had to dial up triple A for the 3 rd time to hear them say that he is helping another broke down car so she said she had to reach dispatcher and see if they could get me the same driver since he was the closest to me. I even went on google maps found out the nearest address being Dunn lumber and described in detail where I was long story wrapped up my car still sits there in the shoulder in a highly homeless drug using area of casino road triple A advised me that the tow truck people will be meeting me in the morning have no specific time no number or name of a driver all the years having them I have been happy as a clan till today happened how hard is it to just communicate a time you ll be arriving so I could meet the driver there to show my credentials silly way of doing the process they had my address where I wanted it towed bring it there and I can give you my info before you drop the wheels on the ground

The man who picked up me and my Buick was so patient, took his time to make sure my car was hooked up right and drove very carefully as we headed to the mechanic on extremely icey roads. I didn't get his name but he was very kind!

Arrived quickly, very knowledgeable in ever aspect of towing, he knew the laws, he knew how to position the vehicle, he took picture of the vehical before putting it up for the tow to protect himself as well as the company.
