I wish I could give 10 stars!!! All the employees at this location were so nice and helpful. I had called in the morning to ask about a battery because my car was stalling. They had the type of battery I wanted and needed. I was told they were, " kinda busy in the a.m." I planned to go later in the afternoon thinking it would be less busy, and it was. The employee on the phone told me they would get me taken care of regardless. Then I asked if there was a coupon available and I was told I could have $20 off...I thought great, that's 15% off. Well I get to Jiffy Lube I only ave to wait 5 minutes. The guys open my hood and see right away I have corrosion on my battery terminals. They think I just may need those replaced. In the meantime I ask if they can test my battery. They do and it still has 85% life left. There first assessment was correct then they took the time to clean the corrosion off the terminal at no charge, so that it would at least help me from stalling out till I can get to a mechanic who can replace the terminals. I had my 3.5 year old daughter in the car with me and she kept saying, "hello" to everyone and they were so friendly and kind. They even recommended a mechanic I could go to when I asked because I wouldn't know where to begin looking to get terminals fixed. Great Job Jiffy Lube! You've definitely earned my future business and recommendation.

Update:12/ 2023. Time for oil change. The did a great job. I always feel in good hands as the team gets my car in and out quickly. Thanks guys!Jiffy Lube staff was thorough, expedient without rushing, friendly, and informative.I got topped off today, and look forward to seeing them again when it's time for the oil change.

Came in for standard oil change today and a employee desided to try his skills on filling my truck with oil without using a funnel. He failed miserably and instead of cleaning up the oil on my motor and batterys, I watched him dilute the oil with looked like widsheild wiper fluid. This in unacceptable and I will never be back after today.

Jason and the Saturday afternoon crew went beyond their scope of work by informing me of an error in another companies work on a gasket. He pulled the engine cover off, inspected it, and recommended it get fixed right away. Thanks for your care & concern it goes a long ways This has always been a good shop. Always knowledgeable and trust worthy.

After a number of visits to the Silverdale Jiffy Lube, I can't think of one negative thing to say about them. In addition to being patient with this grandmother, they are happy to give recommendations about various products along with cost comparisons. In my last two visits they cheerfully took care of some issues that weren't their problem--in other words they go the extra mile. Add to the preceeding, they are kind and enjoy helping. They have earned my loyalty--they'll earn your too!!

Jiffy in Silverdale was going to install my new battery. Turns out my old battery was so loaded with corrosion that they had to do a lot of extra work to get it out. They never complained nor charge me any labor for the extra time it took. They kept me informed the whole time. I will definitely bring my vehicles back and also tell all my friends how friendly and professional they were.

Silverdale Ridge top Jiffy Lube provided excellent and fast service today. Thanks to Jeremy David and staff for quality service. I am back to Jiffy Lube! You can't beat this crew anywhere! Oil change etc. But replaced the left signal light; Vavolene could not even touch! Great Job Guys! Keep up the good work!

After jiffy lube oil change car was driven for a week and sat for 2 weeks now out of oil...my time is very expensive, it will cost me quite a bit of to correct their error..update-visited jiffy lube after going and getting the car from my daughter (its her car and I mistakenly took it to Jiffy silverdale) and silverdale confirmed loose oil filter from their tech. Total time was 9 hours from getting the car to giving it back. Did JIFFY LUBE offer any free oil changes or compensation? No....will I go back? No. Out of pocket time and gas from seattle and ferry....over $1,000.

I've always taken my cars to the dealer, where it takes a month to get in and 1-1/2 hours to perform the task. My oil was getting low, so I popped into my local Jiffylube and was AMAZED! I drove right in, stayed in my car, the employees were friendly, efficient and seemed to be really enjoy their jobs. 10 minutes later they were done, AND it was cheaper than the dealer. I will be using Jiffylube from now on.

Would give 10 out of 10 stars if I could! David and Jeremy were super helpful and efficient at getting what I came in for done. Had a problem with getting my oil filter off, scared of having to spend another 40 dollars on oil, they swapped out my oil filter that I brought on hand and even topped off the oil. Great service and communication. Really appreciate the help they gave

I had an AMAZING experience at Jiffy Lube. I called and had great customer service from Diego, INCREDIBLE support from Ellyssa, and awesome help from Mason. The whole team gave me great advice and service. Unfortunately, I fit the stereotype of being the dumb girl who doesn't know much about cars, but this team gave me genuine advice, support, and service. I usually shop around town looking for the best deals, but I'll be returning and recommending Jiffy Lube with this manager & team for the future!Service: Oil change

David, Hunter, and Seth were able to quickly diagnose and fix why my heater was not working and why my thermostat was reading cold. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn t go anywhere but to this team for all my vehicle needs. Every time I come here they have been so helpful, they go above and beyond, they fix anything and it s easy. They don t make me feel like they are selling me things I don t need. I know I sound like a commercial, but with winter hitting and my car being icy on my morning drive to Tacoma, having this fixed is such a blessing!!Services: Transmission, Electrical, Air conditioning, Oil change

From start to finish, the staff at Jiffy Lube in Silverdale was courteous, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I came in with a bad oil leak, and the staff took the time to check and recheck the cause of the leak, and even invited me down into the auto bay to view the leak with my own eyes. They treated me with professionalism, and did not talk down to me as someone who doesn't understand car repair, even going as far as to help problem solve with me in the event that I had to take my car elsewhere for repair, which thankfully I didn't need to. Jason Potter put me at ease, personally searching out the part needed for repair, and Mason was especially helpful with getting oil off of my rear window due to the leak. I was so impressed with the overall service and will 100% return to Jiffy Lube for future service needs. Thank you!

David and the crew are incredibly kind and result oriented. My family and I driving home and our engine started overheating. We pulled up at Jiffy lube, they took care of us by adding coolant and we were on our way in no time. I also get my oil changes here and it s quick and efficient! Such an amazing team!

The team was great! The customer service agent showed us how mice had begun nesting in our cabin air filter. They did not try to pressure us to get services not needed, but did show us what was.
