This place is a huge breath of fresh air. The day prior to my stop in, I purchased a used car. I needed a second, neutral set of eyes on it to look for potential issues.They found a pretty big one and helped me get on the road quickly. Props to the owner and mechanics, happy to have found a genuinely honest place to get repairs done. 10/10 recommended.

I had a very good experience with Jori and his crew at Shoreline Auto clinic. I had them work on one of my cars, and when it was done I dropped the other one off they got them both in and out quickly for reasonable costs. I would definitely go back!

Top notch service from Jori and the team!They are able to work on a variety of cars and do a variety of requests from maintenance to replacements. Communication is always clear and friendly. Can't really beat their rates combined with their customer service!

I would drive 100 miles to have my vehicle serviced by Jori and his team. Every time I call him, he's very knowledgeable and patient with any questions I have. He also saved me a ton of money with a pre purchase vehicle inspection. Quality customer service is extremely rare these days and for that alone, I would drive over the mountains and through the woods to get to Shoreline Auto Clinic. Save yourself a headache and let this team take care of you.

I can't say enough good things about this auto shop. Having your car need work sucks but this shop is honest and does quality work. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

Jori and crew were very down to earth, friendly and informative. They helped with the coolant issue of my Tiguan and just charged me for 30 mins instead of the full price 1 hour diagnosis. Honesty and quick and efficient service seems to be their modus operandi. I like them and highly suggest you give them a try. They are not flashy nor a big outfit like the service garage of car dealerships but they are just as good and oftentimes better.

Replaced my valve gaskets that were leaking, did an oil change, replaced spark plugs and a couple of hoses under the price he originally quoted. Jori the manager is helpful and kind, explains the problem and showed me where it was leaking. He also bagged all replaced pieces to show me, that was impressive. They also got my car in when it was convenient for me, that s a first.I will definitely be using this business in the future. Jori and crew squeezed me in on short notice to diagnose my overheating old Toyota Pickup. Replaced radiator, which had a gaping hole in it, the next day, for very reasonable cost. Unfortunately, overheating persists, and Jori suspected a blown head gasket, offering to do further diagnostics. Still trying to decide whether to repair or sell, but confident in returning to his shop if I decide to keep the pickup. Very decent people here - I recommend them.

Came here with low mileage issue and got it resolved quickly, other mechanics charged me huge amount of money and still they didn t fix the mileage issue, Jori was able to identify the root cause and did the job at affordable pricing. Jori has been very helpful honest. It was worth driving till shoreline and getting car fixed.

My car has been a pain for the last few months. I ve taken my vehicle multiple times to get work done on it but Jori gets the job done fast and efficiently so I can make it back on the road in no time making my life alot easier even with how busy they constantly are. 100% Trustworthy people here and they never overcharge and do quality work. Jori is one of the very few mechanic cares about your car just like his own car in the Greater Seattle area. He took care of my Porsche Macan S 2016 and gave much more help than all of my previous Porsche dealerships & Porsche independent shops.He s honest to us costumers and passionate about automobile. I feel lucky that Seattle has such a real deal auto shop, and I wish someday he could have even more shops open in Seattle!

Jori and his team helped my old Lexus efficiently and honestly. I really appreciated that they fit me in quickly and have decent hours. They do not charge if there is a misdiagnosis, and they are very easy to communicate with. Thanks Jori and team!

Jori was very helpful in trying to diagnose an electrical/starting program with my 2003 Honda Civic. But unfortunately, the repairs are something that needs dealership attention. Jori didn't want to charge me for the diagnostic time, which is a HUGE PLUS in the world of auto repair shops! I will definitely be bringing him work in the future because his customer service is top notch and it should not go unrecognized.Service: Electrical repair

Yori and the crew have been very personable, communicative, honest, and efficient the several times I have brought my car and truck and my friends truck in for work ranging from a simple oil change and brake job on my Infiniti I35 to a water pump replacement on my old Ford Diesel truck to installing a rebuilt engine in a '92 Ford Ranger. Highly recommended.

This place was great! Easy, honest and efficient. Jori went through all the repairs with me, physically showing me what was wrong with the car. I felt taken care of without getting ripped off. If you're new in town, this is the place you should go to know you're getting honest, complete service.

I decided to try out our new auto shop Shoreline Auto Clinic in Ridgecrest neighborhood and I AM so glad I did. They have exceptional customer service Jori is great! I had oil changes for both of my vehicles and they also did an inspection and were very honest in diagnosing issues. I highly recommend them and will be taking my vehicles to them for service as needed I would definitely recommend giving them a try Service: Oil change

I was incredibly impressed with this new shop's services. Really one of the best I've been to. Jori, who runs the shop, was so friendly, transparent, and helpful. I really appreciated his communication; they are honest about the work they need to do and don't push you on anything. Overall great customer service and transparent regarding the scope of work. Shoreline auto clinic is extremely knowledgeable on many different types of vehicles from domestic to foreign. Jori is the manager, and I have used his services in the past. He is very professional and capable of diagnosing and fixing your automotive problem. I took my wife's Audi to the Shoreline auto clinic for service and diagnostic issues, and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue the same day. It is great to find a dependable locally owned auto shop in Shoreline. I would highly recommend their services.

Fast work, fair pricing, and a knowledgeable owner that is very friendly.I took my Astro van in that had a squeaky noise from the front end. Another auto repair shop quoted me $3,000 to replace all my brake line tubing and front brakes. Told me the van was unsafe to drive and tried to pressure me into doing the repair on the spot.I then took my van to SAC for a second opinion as they are right down the street from my house, and quickly realized the other shop was talking out their backside. Noise issue was a failed wheel bearing. Brake lines were fine, and brake pads could be replaced but wasn't critical. Ended up getting the wheel bearing fixed and brake pads replaced for a fraction of the quote from the first auto shop. We've since taken our Audi there for some work, and once again great experience. Happy to have visited SAC as this will be our auto shop moving forward. A+ experience.

I have had an ongoing problem with my 2006 Subaru Impreza s exhaust for the past year. I would take it to shops around Seattle and they would give me a list of things they needed to fix, bill me for a lot of work, and then the problem would come back up with my exhaust. With Shoreline Auto clinic, all of my problems were figured out! The manager, Jori, was just about the most honest guy you could work with. This shop seems to be very dedicated to providing good work, as well as offering a very honest service. If you re looking for a local auto mechanic that you can trust and rely on, this is the one!Service: Exhaust

I went in to check on what I thought was a leaky radiator fluid tank (my fluid level seemed lower than I remembered it, and slightly below the MIN line). After a pressure test, a top-up, and a new hose clamp, they sent me home without charging me a dime because they couldn't find a bigger leak. They explained that the pressure in the tank may have changed since I last looked, resulting in the difference.Admittedly, I don't have much data on their technical skill with just this interaction, but based on my experience (and after observing how they treated other customers) I can say that they are honest and actually care about doing the right thing (e.g. helping find a replacement part for cheap). Given how hard it is to find these two qualities these days, I will definitely return to them the next time I need something checked out.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I made an appointment with these guys for a Wednesday but I called and asked if I could drop off the vehicle monday. I dropped it off and recieved a phone call later that night saying he had already diagnosed the problem and could have it fixed by tuesday! The entire staff was friendly and honest. Very good mechanic. It's hard to find honest mechanics these days but if I could give them more stars I would. 100 stars to you Jori, and the business you run.Services: Electrical repair, Battery
