Ordered a part from the store in Silver Lake. Had to pick it up at this store in Shoreline. Got there, and the photo shows what they tried to sell me. Drove all that way and they did not have another one. Said I had to go to Marysville to get one. I drove from North Everett to Shoreline then to Marysville for one part. Very frustrating.

Just came in, needed oil for my 2015 Subaru. Andrew was super helpful-he knew what type of oil I needed as soon as I told him what I drive! He was super friendly and informative! The store is super clean and everyone was wearing masks. 10/10 great customer service and experience!

Leaving on a road trip, battery finally died, was a red78 AGM, bought last one in 2016, has a 3yr warranty, but lasted till 2022. Expecting the same with the same new battery. They tested the old one to confirm bad battery, got me the replacement and out the door fast. Professional and quick, be back again when needed.

Looking for a K&N air filter. Called Ballinger store they have none but the 180th &Aurora store has them Called 180 guy says Let me put eyes on it We got 1 . I said I ll come and get it now. Drive there and they do not have on the and everyone in the store says they never took the call. I will never shop at O Reilly parts again, not the first from this company.

I don't know if they even read these reviews, but I want to thank the employees of this store for helping me out today! My car battery had lost it's juice over the past couple of months and I came in to buy a new one after having to jump the current one just to get to the store. Then, while one of the employees was helping me measure my battery to make sure I was getting the right one, I managed to lock my keys in my car! Another employee let me borrow his phone to call my insurance company to use my roadside assistance benefits. They let me wait in the lobby for about an hour as it was cold outside and toward the end of my time in the store, that same employee offered me a snack! I almost cried at that point. They were so nice to me! Got the car unlocked and the battery purchased and went on my way. Luckily, I didn't have anywhere important to me be at the time. But, they made what was a pretty stressful situation less stressful and I can't thank them enough.

I always come to this location for my auto part needs and always had a pleasant experience. I went it to get my inverter exchanged since it was not working for me and he demanded that I bring my personal belongings to check the product. Clearly the cashier with a long hair wouldn t wanna be working their. So rude and zero customer service.

It's exactly as you would expect any O'Reilly's to be, mediocre. I was a little disappointed at the obvious chauvinism of the cashier though.The absolute disbelief and pessimism in his voice kind of ticked me off. I politely told him I didn't need help and didn't need to know from him how to install my own radiator, but he insisted on rambling even after I clearly walked away.Other than that the prices were somewhat fair. But if you don't want to deal with people, get a better price, and don't mind the shipping time,I would definitely go online instead.

They recommended I go see a mechanic that works off to the side in their parking lot. I really regret being so naive and trusting. I was desperate to get my car working right again and got manipulated into buying lots of stuff from Oreillys that I didn t need so that I could get charged for more time at a hourly rate that is waaay more than what I would ve paid at a regular mechanic.

This is my favorite Automotive store in Seattle! They have a lot of stuff! The prices are ok. Alex an employee that works a lot of evenings is always extremely helpful and always helps me get what I need the fastest way possible. He just about the only employee to never have sold me the wrong part and that says a lot cuz he's sold me the most. Keep up the great work Alex we all appreciate you.

This location is a distribution center for other O'Reilly's stores in the area, so they have a very complete inventory. They keep a good selection of parts, from a fair variety of manufacturers. The staff has been consistently courteous, competent, and helpful.

Very helpful staff. Smaller store but has most everything you'd need. I first went for jumper cables. They had about 5 types. The lowest end ones were about $10. Then I had to go back for a battery and they had 3 different choices for my car. One had gel in it and the staff said was less likely to freeze. They would've installed it for me but I had a husband at home who could do it since the store was slammed from the snow storms.

Great service went here to clear my check engine light and replace a small part in my car. They let me borrow a fairly high end Bosch scanner tool for OBD2 and I was able to clear the code. They also let me replace the part in the parking lot so I could get on my way. Great service and the people are friendly. Will shop again.

Great service as always. The sales person will spend time to find what you need or will direct you to a store where it's available. You can order a part from their warehouse. They get deliveries 3 times a week so the wait time is no more than 1 day. I have been their long time customer. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. The prices were good. The store was well maintained and well stocked. I will definitely shop at this location again. They even offered to put my new wipers on for me, which I appreciated.

Great service, very helpful. They explained why I needed the part I ordered, as I was used to regular spark plug wires, not the fancy ones in newer cars, luckily, they are on a lifetime warranty, considering how expensive they are.

I was missing one bolt for a repair I was doing to a friend's car and the size I wanted wasn't in stock. The guys behind the counter pulled out a little junk box and I was able to get the bolt I needed out of there for free! Tonight gentleman, you are heros. Cheers.

Came in for a radiator, the associate was willing to price match it, came from another auto parts store for less than half a cost not including the fact I'm a comment account. Manager comes in and acts like Best Buy and does everything possible to try to weasel out on every single technicality. Best Buy and comcast could learn something from this manager. I'll take my commercial account elsewhere!

I love this store. Zack printed out a diagram to help me replace the cracked Serpentine belt. That's one less item the shady mechanic wont be charging me expensive labor on my car repairs. Thank you O'Reilly and Zack.

This particular location is THE worst place to shop. Their customer service is horrible. I had tried one time to buy a part and was ignored by every employee. After waiting over 15 minutes for help and being passed up more than twice the manager finally helped me. If you want a good O'Reilly to go to head to Ballinger Way, much much better.

Special shout out to Dave and David who always go the extra mile! This has been my favorite store for years, and about time I left a review. I can't tell you how many binds they've (this store) gotten me out of in that time, but it's a lot!If I'm out of town and stop in an autozone or something, I always forget how much those employees just seem to hate their job. Totally the opposite here, plus the most knowledge staff in the U.S! (Prove me wrong haha)Do yourselves a favor and go here first!

they were great Tiffany and Alexander were top-notch they didn't have what I was looking for it which was a very specific specialty item but they ordered it and it should be there this morning
