I paid a higher price than dealership for an oil change back in Dec 2021, and today I found this trash oil filter was used. To be fair, the service and scheduling were both fast. But I won t recommend this place.

Very strange experience. I tried to make an appointment 3x on their website. No one contacted me. I called them. No one greeted me, and there was just silence on their end and strange noises in the background. I asked who I'd reached, as usually businesses answer their calls with, "Hello, you've reached Maddy's Auto. How can I help you?" And he wouldn't tell me who I'd reached, but wanted to know who I was. It was very unprofessional and strange.

What I like most about Brian's Maddy's Automotive Service was the cut and dry approach. Not only was he kind enough to have seen my rig, in such short notice, but took the time to advise me of other shops that could provide services with other matters.He fixed the issue that was needed, had/has an underlying humor one could appreciate and the professionalism that would explain the reviews: expressing the admiration of his knowledge, time and profession.Thank you Brain!

Brian was great. When I called, he said to come right over and he'd take a look at my vehicle. He was able to diagnose the issue and come up with a solution, ordered the parts and had it fixed the next day. I'll definitely be going back.

Brian (the owner, who I was initially calling "Maddy," OOPS! Who's Maddy then? Haha) is a very kind, straightforward guy. He doesn't jerk you around and try to sell you things you don't need. He worked on diagnosing a code p0341 on my 2003 Honda Civic, and he also noted some other issues that I'd been wondering about, which I'm going to look into and see if I can do myself. If I'm unable to do them myself, I have no problem taking the car to him for the repairs. He quoted me a price, which was very fair, and he has definitely inspired trust in my few discussions with him.

First visit ( aprox 6.2016 ) Not friendly, and poor communication, good fast work at a fair price. not much more to say.Second visit 9.2018 more friendly and extra helpful and accommodating. Same fair pricing and good fast work. Recommended by a friend and his family who have used this shop for 20 plus years.

Maddy's Automotive is my preferred mechanic when I need something done on my car. The quality of work is excellent as is the knowledge of all types of vehicles and significantly more affordable than any dealership

He's honest and affordable.He told me that some service can be postpone until i really need it. It shows that he cares and not trying to make profits from me.Highly recommended.May not be as chatty as you expected but he does a great job.Highly recommended.

This family owned auto business is by far the best , as soon as I picked up the phone and spoke with Brian the owner he had assured me he can fix the starter on my Lexus with quality Lexus parts so knowledgeable , professional and most important honest with a great price , will definately have maddy s tuning do all the services on our family cars will recommend doing business here to anyone
