I thought long and hard before posting this since they did correct the main issue, but it still frustrates me to this day. The only reason this place isn t getting one star is because they corrected their main mistake. I took my car in to get my rear bumper replaced after someone hit me in a parking lot March 2023. They were incredibly terrible at communication while they had my car, not updating me when they said they would. When I finally got the call that my car was ready, I had turned in my rental car and then went and picked it up. This was our only car at the time. When I showed up, the bumper they put on my car and the lower bumper did not fit correctly to my car or to each other. The only reason they corrected this was because I had found it. However, this could have left me without a car for a week. The new bumper they put on also had a deep scratch in it (pictured) and no one saw that either. In the process of them fixing the bumper, I found out they had used after market parts on a car that just turned 2. This should not be acceptable. On top of it all, I had to replace the covers to my taillights inside my trunk because they broke them in the process of installing my bumper and put them back in there like nothing happened. At that point I was over dealing with this shop and paid for it out of my own pocket. I also got my car back with a new scratch that exposed the metal right at the joint for my trunk looks like the scratched it trying to take the taillight covers off with a crowbar or something will NOT be taking any of our cars here again. I suggest you do the same.

What a banger job they did on my 2007 civic. The car had serious paint issues all over the body and the guys got it done at 1/4th the price quoted by other shops. Special shot out to Tyler who really understood what I needed and was very transparent with the pricing and deliverables. The car got fully painted in 4 days without any hassles and the delivery was smooth. Had a pretty bad experience with Maaco based out of Woodenville where they quoted me $4800 for the job. If you ve need get your car painted specially when budget is a concern, get you car at the Shoreline Maaco and you will be taken care of, rest assured. They did a good prep on the car, painted it nicely and cherry on top, they cleaned the car inside which was a surprise. See the before and after photos.

I had repairs made on my car back in early Mar 2023. I have waited a while to make this review because I didn t want to accept the fact that the work was not done well. I was recommended to with Maaco by a local shop and after going here I would not recommend it to anyone.Work took 2 weeks, I need my front left panel, left light and front bumper replaced. When I went to pick up my car I found screws through both of my lights. One was brand new and the other was in working order and didn t need to be touched. I have no idea why screws would ever need to be placed like this. I waited another week for both lights to be replaced and the new front bumper that they had scuffed to be fixed as well. In addition to this there were a few extra spots on my vehicle that I noticed new scuffs.They fixed all the spots mentioned and when I picked up I was told they could figure out how to attach the black plastic in my wheel back to the metal panel and so it was zip tied together. Since then I have had continual issues with this plastic running on my tires while turning and the panel has a bounce that I can hear when driving due to not being attached correctly at the door.I am making this post today because I now have to add another tie on the side near the door to keep my tires from ripping the panel off. In the pictures you can see the bend that has been made to the plastic just from steering.One star for matching the color well enough and fixing the shotty work that I was able to find before leaving the lot.

The team performed exceptionally well from the initial inquiry to the final pick up of the car. Our Subaru Outback had suffered damage and a tire issue, but we were able to swiftly secure an appointment and receive a fair quote promptly. Communication was excellent throughout the process, with no unexpected surprises. They provided a comprehensive service, including a full paint job and bumper repairs, and even went the extra mile to thoroughly clean the interior, which was heavily soiled with mud. Thanks to Tyler for his outstanding care of our car!

I lost what I thought was the last honest car mechanic in Seattle. Until I met Tyler. I had an " uh oh" accident with my car. When I tried to get estimates I told the mechanic I knew nothing about cars. Most took advantage of me quoting me estimates that were more than I paid for the whole car. Then Tyler gave a reasonable quote to safety fix my car. Tyler puts safety and family first. He is honest and trustworthy. I will forever go to him Maaco is lucky to have him.

My vehicle was involved in a hit in run and needed some work done. I decided I would go ahead and have the entire vehicle painted. I met with Tyler and we went over the damaged area, we talked about my expectations as I am a very detailed person. He understood and certainly did not disappoint me. My vehicle looks wonderful. I am very pleased how it turned out and enjoy showing off their work. Thank you Tyler and staff for a job well done.

I highly recommend the Shoreline Maaco Auto Body Shop for any auto body work and painting. I searched for over 7 months to find someone to work on our 2001 Eurovan and had no luck. Shoreline Maaco got our estimate quickly and was able to get it in for service within the month. The owners were great and worked with us every step of the way to make sure we knew what to expect. This is the second vehicle I have taken to this shop and I am beyond pleased!! Not only does my mini cooper look fantastic but the service I received was amazing! The owner is not only easy to work with but unlike some businesses he keeps the customer informed and if you have any concerns about the end product he makes it right!! I am a customer for life!

My black Suburban had really bad clear coat failure over most of the surfaces. When I found out what the problem was, I stopped by Maaco in Shoreline and they gave me a very reasonable quote to fix the problem and do some repairs. Literally 1/4 the price of the previous quote I had received from another shop. I brought my car in and when I went to pick it up it looked like a brand new car. The customer service I received was very friendly, professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've used the Shoreline Maaco on my Maxima (black) and 4runner (white). Excellent service and competitive pricing. I had a few minor spots that needed to be redone and they took care of it. Professional, fast, and quality work. I recently scratched my brand new freaking car. I went to another local place and was surprised at the cost. I thought I'd try Shoreline Maaco based on reviews I'd read. I'm glad I did. The price was more of what I would expect for the repair. Tyler and his crew fixed me right up. He was able to get me in rather quickly and repair my car within 3 days. It looks brand new now and my mind is off my miserable mistake...!! Thanks guys!

Took my truck to get a paint chip repaired on the hood and scratches behind the left passenger door. The folks at Maaco Auto Body Shop were nice and upfront on potential issues for the repair. Issues was seeing if it was possible to buff out scratches. The scratches were located around the door cutout edge. There were high chance of buffing through all the clear coat as it is the thinnest around corners. Unfortunately the clear coat was too thin when trying to buff. But they worked with me and my truck looks great. Definitely will go back for any future paint repairs.

Want to give Maaco Shoreline a big shout out. First time ever there, and they treated me like family. Working with me through a big job and complicated project. They did the job. And when a big issue came up they worked with me and made sure I would be happy. In the end they made me very happy! They are so understanding and respectful. I am no lucky as another Maaco client, I choose Maaco because I hear they do great job with affordable price but I am not lucky with that. I buy Honda accord 2008 with some body issue have to repair , bring it directly to Maaco shoreline, staff great gift me promise to fix it" like never happen " and some discount if I deal at that day and pay for some do an payment. They promised to finish their job in a week but missed it begging more time a few days , after they said finished I pick up my Honda, paying full of cost but when I check the job they done , so terrible, some area they forget to paint , some are of body they doing bad , so I complaining and bring it at another month to fix it but again after second time they fix still bad result and the guy from Maaco office blame me about discount I had make their job not good , so irresponsible reason !!!. Again I ask them " are they anything you can do to fix my Honda ?" He said " No " so with bed filling I bring my Honda from store , very disappointed !!!!!

Great team. Accommodating. Finished by promise date. When no other shop would fix my front motorcycle fender the team stepped up. Bike looks great again. Highly recommended.Thanks.

Great place! Everyone I interacted with was super kind and helpful! My car unfortunately was sideswipe and Maaco was one of the choices from the insurance co. I went through. Glad I chose them as they were very accommodating allowing me to drop my car off before the schedule fix date.Such a smooth transaction and I'm so happy to have my car back good as new!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

BAD QUALITY!!!!!! I bring my bumper to this guys and they over paint on everything and they paint over the dust so looks very bad, don't come in here if you looking for a nice finish....

Great customer service and I am beyond pleased with the finished product. Quoted a price and paid that price, no hidden charges or extra fees. Called my rental car place for me and even got me a discount there. Great all around experience!

I called these guys to get a quote for body work due to an accident. I sent them a bunch of pictures of the damage to my vehicle with a description of what happened (side impact damage) and had multiple conversations on the phone. I had to follow up with them multiple times for a response, that should have been my first clue not to use them. After a couple of weeks I got a rough quote for the repairs, was told they were about a month out to start. I scheduled time to bring in my vehicle a month later. I used the tow benefits from my credit card to bring in the vehicle. As I arrived a couple of guys looked at the vehicle on the tow truck and asked if I was using insurance or paying out of pocket. I informed out of pocket. He then said, "we can't work on that, the airbags when off". I explained that had already set the appointment to come in a month ago and had a representative review the damage via picture and phone conversations. The guy was like, "sorry, you can call the owner but we can't work on this". I had to pay the tow truck drive $350 to take my vehicle back to my house. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend using these folks.Service: Body & Trim

I had side swiped a concrete wall in a parking garage and caused a dent and scrape on the bed side of my truck. I was quoted $4600 and 2 weeks to do the repairs by a shop in Lynnwood so I started shopping around Maaco quoted me about $1150 and 4 days for the repair and paint. They did the job in 3 days and it turned out perfect. They were very professional from start to finish and I would recommend them highly to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Impeccable Customer Service!! Amazing Quality!! Tyler worked with me on a price I could afford and exceeded my expectations of what would be included. My truck looks brand new!! Tyler also worked with my schedule and allowed me to drop off and pick up before business hours. They could do better on communication of delays or the need for additional cost when original quoted parts are not available, which they openly admitted. Again impressive. They also handled a mishap/accident extremely well, they called me right away and quickly resolved it. Those calls are not easy to make and I am thoroughly impressed with the way it was handled.
