The crew here are super fast, brought my truck in for new tires before the snow hits this year, from the time I got there til the time I left including paperwork was about 1.5 hours not bad I ll be coming back for sure

I cannot tell you how awesome this shop is. These folks go above and beyond to help you get your car working, the service here is the best around. Special shout out to Gus and Vanessa and the rest of the team who got our little car rolling again. We have come here for years and it s always been amazing. The worst Les Schwab I ever been to. Jesse looks up my account and I explain I got the tire 4 months ago so it should be under warranty. He says nothing of the sorts that it is only partially covered stating I only had 1/4 teed left and the will only pay 1/4 of a new tire that s B.S why has no other place ever done that to me they cover the tire if it can t be fixed. How could I have used 3/4 of my tred in 4 months. I drove maybe 3000 miles. Do not go to this store unless you want to be ripped off. Ian super pissed. I wouldn t have had them fix it knowing he was going to charge me. I don t have the funds to cover it and now I am screwed. Thanks Jesse I would have said no I didn t want them to fix it if it wasn t fully covered. He should have said something before he assumed I was ok with it.

Discovered a puncture in my tire this morning and dropped in with no appointment, my first time visiting this location. They patched it for free and I was out an hour later. Great service! Will definitely be back next time I need a new set of tires.

First off, not all Les Schwab locations function equally so consider this a location based review.I first came here for tires a little over a year ago after a friend had been through some mishaps at other locations and had a good experience. They were great! Fast and kind even though I can be a bit of a nervous person.I recently had a bad experience with another location and couldn't decide if I should leave and try this location or not. I struggle to complain because: - everyone has bad days and - you never know what's actually causing the problem behind the scenes. (I don't like getting people in trouble for reacting to bad situations.)I digress. I called this location (Shoreline) and explained my difficulties. I was immediately taken care of and understood. I drove up and they got me in and out post haste (maybe an hour?) with everything done. (I realized after the fact I hadn't even had a chance to ask about tire rotation which was likely needed and they just did it. They even reset the TPMS without asking which doesn't always happen...even when you ask... when you get tire service. (how many times my car manufacturer has not reset this has become a game for me. Love getting my brakes done w/ balance...only to set off and leave the TMPS flagged.)Anyhow. Quick and Kind even when I'm not at my best. I don't know a better way to thank them than reviews. So here yah go:Go here. They may be upper edge tire cost wise but if you look into tire reviews they have a good range of prices for well rated tires(going cheaper you're going to be running in to quality sacrifices) and their service is awesome! It pays for itself in the long run. Trust. If you're my friend and need help, I'll go begging for yah. I don't think I've ever had a tire shop I've felt comfortable or confident with in 35 years of driving until now.Thanks again guys!

I made an appointment a week in advance. I showed up on time for an 11:00 appt. At noon, I asked them why my car was still sitting there, work not even started. Uh, you re next up once we get these other three cars off the lift. Sorry about that was all the manager had to say. I asked for my car keys back and left.

I was pretty upset with the customer service. I went in and talked to someone trying to get a spare. He said they have one that I can buy at another store, and he'd call me in the morning. I waited, no call. I called in 2 days later to ask how it was going, the guy on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and gave me attitude like I hadn't even been there before and I was making it up or something. He finally said the guy I talked to wasn't in and hed have him call me. 2 more days later no call. I called again and they said they had nothing in the computer about anything I had talked to 2 people about. So I finally gave up. No call back, no follow up at all. Not a great way to run a franchise.

2 punctures in the sidewall of a tire not a year old. They replaced it with a pro-rated price because of the damaged tire! They were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I'll continue my business there!

Went to get my tires rotated and checked for air,they did it with no problem or hesitation,I asked if I needed new tires and they said not yet check back in 5,000 miles,I was impressed by the honesty and prompt service,offered a tip and he said no, it's our pleasure,can't speak for other days or times but my car was serviced rather quickly,I went an hour before closing during the week in case your wondering.

Made an online appointment 2weeks ago and checked in on time. After an hour (1 hr. 7 minutes) back from walking and saw my car still at the same spot, I decided to leave. Hence the negative review.

All my experiences at Shoreline Les Schwab have been wonderful. I purchased tires from them and the entire staff were friendly, professional, and kind. Today I went in to have my tire pressure checked, a lovely gentleman named Brent came right out to assist me. I inquired about my tires being rotated ( to comply with my warranty) Brent explained it would take 30 minutes. I went inside and was assisted by another wonderful guy Charlie I think. Well I look out and see another employee helping Brent and 15 minutes later I was out the door. The store was clean, including the bathroom and there was plenty of popcorn! I definitely recommend this location, awesome employees and excellent work.

I can't recommend this shop highly enough! Service has been excellent each time we've gone there; consistently quick and professional accross several years. We were there most recently for a tire puncture on our new car, which was fixed within an hour despite the shop being quite busy with 8-10 other customers ahead of us. And no charge for the repair, even though the tires weren't purchased from Schwab! With great customer service becoming way too rare, these folks really stand out. So glad to have them in our community!

Charlie and the crew did the best job possible. They really went above and beyond, helping us in a time of need. Everybody was simply excellent: in the shop, and in the front end. I highly recommend this particular location, they put our car back on the road. Without their help, it would not have been possible. I hope that corporate reads this and rewards them for their excellent work! They don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk! Real people here! Thank you!

We had one of our vehicles get damaged by an expansion joint on I-5 Ship Canal Bridge and it took out two of our rims and tires. We got the vehicle towed to this location and they were very helpful in providing an inspection to confirm that there was no additional damage and got us back on the road the same day. Thanks for your help!

Brought my flat in to get fixed. Waited 2 hours to get it fixed. Had to come back 3 hours later and wait another 2 hours for the same tire to get fixed because it went flat again. They just inflated it the first time and didn t actually check for a leak despite me saying that s why I brought it in.

We are doing a west coast loop in our RV. Noticed that the rear outside tire was flat. Les Schwab checked and reinfected tire. Back at RV park, we noticed tire was low again. Went back to Les Schwab in shoreline. Inspection noted rim was cracked.Fortunately for us, Brent wrenched the spare off and mounted spare on bus. Also put flat tire and rim back under rear of bus. Surprise, surprise!! No Charge for all the work he did crawling under rear of bus. Thanks Brent and drive that motorcycle safely.A new rim for this bus is $950. It s an aluminum rim and hopefully it can be welded to prevent further leaking.

This is the worst leshwab I came here with a flat tire 30 minutes until closing and they won t help me! The lady was rude and pushed me away said sorry you have to come back Monday and it s closed on Sunday!!!

Look I've been back and forth with several different car shops over the years. And several different Les Schwab's. These guys are great.I had a blow out on one of my tires. It was really scary. I made an online appointment to come in the next day, super easy. Because my tire was blown, we had to order a new one. It's not smart to have 2 different brands/types/styles on the same axle. Thus 2 new tires... They talked to us about the different choices: regular, good, and supreme. We went with supreme as it was only like $50-75 more than the good but had to order and wait (no big deal for us). For both tires: ~$450, which is kinda expensive, but I'm ok with it (so close to our house and super friendly staff) 5000 mile tire rotation included, always free flat fixes, 80,000 mile warranty on these.

I have used this store over the years and it's always been a good experience. The other day I had a screw puncture and took my car in to have it removed and fixed. Even though the tires were from somewhere else they fixed it and didn't charge me for the repair. This store has great technicians that work quickly and proffessionaly and I have no problem recommending them to others. Great job, thanks.

I went in for an alignment after installing lowering springs on my BMW M2. Nick, who I spoke with to set it up, was clearly a car guy and asked all the right questions to understand what I needed. When I arrived they were quick to get my car on the lift and begin work. Turns out that my alignment was still within spec so no work was actually needed. There was no charge and I was back in the car within 25 minutes of dropping it off. Excellent customer service. This location will absolutely have my future business!

Went to Les Schwab in Shoreline and they fixed a flat quickly and without charge. This is the SECOND Les Schwab Tire Center that has done that. (The other time was a few years ago) He just said "remember them when you are buying new tires." I most certainly will. I will purchase tires from Les Schwab for life at this point. Crazy good service. Thank you.

Always friendly service! For my snow tires that are already mounted on rims they don't charge at all. I'm not sure if that's because I bought those tires from the Schwab or not.Previously, I had to go in there for a tire patch and they were able to take me right away.
