I've had some work done before by these guys, and generally the work was done correctly. But they are difficult to work with, put up lots of barriers to actually get scheduled for service, and give all sorts of reasons why something can't be done before relenting and just doing it. I'd be a loyal customer and encourage others to be as well if they actually treated their customers with some respect rather than behaving like we are a burden. I would strongly encourage you to seek alternative sources for your RV work before dealing with these guys.

They have kept my 21 year old Chinook fully functional for many years. All the work by the mechanic (Jeff, I think) has been of the highest quality. And in spite of me being a very experienced electrical engineer, Jeff found the problems I couldn't diagnose. Like when a spider made their nest in the water heater burner. Who would have thought? And fixing older vehicles is all about finding the parts. Yet they got it exactly right when the plenum under the windshield cracked. I'm finally about to get a new RV, but I know I'll miss my comfy, fast, and, with their care, reliable Chinook with it's big block 8.1 liter engine.

They know what they're talking about and selling. They consistently provide me with exactly what I need. You won't find these gentlemen passing off generic parts as OEM.Buying directly from a local business means you not only support the local economy, but you have peace of mind knowing you purchased a genuine part. A few years ago, in a pinch, I purchased a cage wheel online. Within 24 hours the supposedly OEM plastic cage wheel spontaneously destroyed itself, taking out the sail switch and littering the furnace and ducts with shrapnel. Upon closer inspection the cage wheel was not OEM - void of manufacturer information.I would love to see this independent family run shop and retail space returned to what it was before online competition gutted their local market.Everything I've purchased so far has cost me less than buying a mystery product online. Unlike the corporations who've bought out local shops and inflated prices, these fine folks do not inflate their prices. Which is why, in my experience, their authentic parts have been cheaper than online and chain dealership parts departments.Indeed their hours are not convenient for all. The reason is simply, their operations had to be scaled back to remain competitive without raising prices to keep the part store open longer hours with hired staff. I would love to see this shop so busy they have no choice but to hire staff and reopen the big beautiful main floor retain space again.Thank you gentlemen for all of your assistance and quality parts and services.Cheers!Cameron

Nick is an amazing mechanic and a straight shooter. He found something multiple dealerships didn t even look for and was really honest and upfront with us on why we kept having the problems we were having with our RV. We would trust him over anyone else and we were so grateful we found him. The hour+ drive was well worth it. I agree the phone skills of the office could use some improvement, however, I didn t call to make friends with them. I called to get our RV fixed and they were the only ones with the knowledge and integrity to do so.

Don t waste your time with people who don t value their customers. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago and tried to drop my RV off this morning. The technician, Nick, was rude and annoyed with every interaction from when we got the initial estimate up until I left this morning. Even the people on the phones have been rude. When I asked to show him something in the van so we are all on the same page before I left, he yelled back I don t have time for this and when I asked why they treat customers like this he replied you can just leave . So I did. I don t want someone this rude and angry to work on my expensive RV if they don t value their customers. Tacoma RV has much better customer service, I m going with them and recommend you do as well.

I haven't been to this place, but I tried, and I wanted to inform the public of my experience. I set up an appointment for my RV to be assessed for some damage to the heater. In my initial conversation, I was told that there were usually problems with insurance companies and that there wasn't much they could do. I persisted and was able to make an appointment a month out. I called a week before my appointment to confirm the time. I was told that everything was in place and informed on what to bring in terms of insurance verification. I questioned the timing of the appointment due to inclement weather being forecasted for the day we scheduled the appointment. I was told that if there was a problem, I would be notified. The morning of the appointment, it was lightly snowing, but I was never notified the appointment was cancelled. I hitched up our trailer and drove over to the shop. No one was there. I called the office numbers (the 2 listed) and no one answered. I sat waiting for 30 minutes. I left a message and never heard from anyone. It has been several hours and I still have not heard from them.I would advise that you do not do business with this place. They are incredibly unfriendly on the phone and do not have the decency to notify you if they're not coming in. Plus, they do not return messages. Such poor customer care leads to me to wonder how they are able to stay in business.

OPEN - Despite closing their street-facing store front, Evergreen RV is very much open. Drive around to the back entrance. Lots of good items including a very unique fitting that I really needed. And Jeff offered the expertise I was looking for. Thanks Jeff!

I was going to come in here to pick up a couple of things for an upcoming trip, but the guy who answered the phone was such a mansplainer that I decided I d rather just order online. He did give me some helpful information (hence the 2 stars instead of 1), but the way he talked over me and lectured me based on his assumptions about what I did and didn t know (likely simply because I m a woman) was incredibly off putting.Looking through the reviews, it s interesting to note that most of the positive ones are written by men and most of the negative ones by women, so my experience tracks.

I always am treated with respect and friendliness at Evergreen. Mark and Debbie are pleasant and have gone out of their way to serve me. Don't be fooled by the reviews of a couple of disgruntled customers who probably wouldn't be happy no matter how they were served. Evergreen has been in business for decades and you can't last that long without good services and competitive prices. I'm definitely a return customer.

Jeff and Nick were fantastic to work with. I am a new travel trailer owner and was feeling a little overwhelmed by all of the power, battery, propane water heater, water tanks and pumps, etc. Both Jeff and Nick were very patient and helpful and took extra time to help me learn and understand my new trailer. They came up with some great suggestions and solutions to fix what needed fixing and a couple of installed products to help make things more "do-able" and safer for me.Their prices are good, the expertise cannot be beat.I read some of the negative reviews posted by others here about this business and they are not about skill and expertise, they are about personality issues. Honestly I believe that generally in life, you get back what you put out. This is a busy shop run by top notch professionals. If you are after the best qualified professional mechanics, you'll find it at Evergreen RV. Extend respect and a good attitude and that's what you'll get back here - along with top notch advice and expertise.

Called looking for Torklift Stable loads for my camper. Didn't have them in stock, but put me on hold, made a phone call, got them coming in by this afternoon for me and the price was better than Amazon. Super friendly and fast.

I've tried to hold off writing this review for quite some time now, but frankly people should know before they walk in the door. I've been a regular customer here for about three months. Every time I walk in the door these people have nothing good to say - and say it with a terrible attitude. Expecially the woman at the front desk, she won't acknowledge your existence until you ask multiple questions, which by that time she seems aggravated. Don't get me wrong, the guys downstairs who work in the shop seem to be straight shooters, but if you need a quick RV part or have what you think as a quick question, go somewhere else. You'll leave feeling about as sour as the woman at the front desk.

There seems to be wide gap in opinions on this place. One 5-star review dismissed the 1-star reviews as a couple "disgrunted" customers. This prompted me to chime in.I've called Evergreen RV Supply twice to ask about services and I've made two purchases over 3 visits to the store. In all 5 contacts, my impression was that they were not very friendly and sometimes even bothered if I had to ask a question. I don't believe they ever asked if they could help me find something when I was looking through the store. The lady that answered the phone was even a little condescending / hostile when I asked about one of their services.I like the location of the store and I want them to do well. But my customer service experience was bad. I don't know what is different for those customers that had a 5-star experience.

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant to call but I'm glad I did. I was looking for a new rooftop a/c unit that a few other big name stores only had half of the unit I wanted and needed before heading out this week.....called in told Mike I think it was his name what I was looking for he took my name and number said he'd call me back, thirty minutes later he called said he had the package I wanted and gave me the price and to my surprise it was only about $10 more than Ama*** , so they get my business simply because he was the only one who offered to find what I needed. we picked it up installed over the weekend now we have cold air. thanks Mike for the customer service.

The guy in the office acted as if we were wasting his time. He was always gruff and definitely was lacking in customer service skills. Also, the quotes on parts and labor were not only over the top high, but most of the items listed as needing repair were grossly exaggerated. In a nutshell we did not feel we were treated honestly or courteously. We will not be returning.

Was just there again today. Reasonable prices and great staff. So far they have had what I needed at internet prices.... just a short drive away. The service department folks are not associated with the parts people. I have heard other bad reviews from a friend of mine.I would like to repeat though... the parts shop has most anything you need... the prices are very competitive with the net ( and you have it today )... and I've ALWAYS had OUTSTANDING service from them. There is a dump station here. I think they charge $7.Ron

The manager took about 15 minutes with me teaching me about...toilets and toilet care...of all things! I couldn't believe he'd give me this much time, but he did. I had no idea what I was doing, thought they were the same as home (to a point! I'm not totally ignorant!)By the way, bought a toilet from them, too!

I had to hit one star to get here, they don't deserve that. First they try to steal my truck for a few hundred dollars. When they said they were done, I went to get my truck, and because I was a little short because the cost was twice what I was led to believe it would be. They could of held on to the parts, the money I gave them was more than enough for the work done on the truck itself, they had no legal right to refuse to give me my truck back, but, they thought they could steal my truck and I let them know how wrong they were. The employee was constantly threatening me with physical violence as the owner stood there and watched. When I got my truck to the camper that the truck was being prepared for and got it on the truck, I discovered the parts I needed to connect the camper to the truck weren't there and neither was the first thing I told them I needed, the power cord so that all the lights on the back of the camper can signal to traffic what I am y. After all this I went to Poulsbo RV and got a power cord and discovered that Evergreen RV had wired it backwards and I needed a cord with two female ends. They changed the plug on the back of my truck to a male plug and a different type, work not necessary because it didn't have anything to do with being used with the camper because it had already been decided that a new plug would be put in the truck near the cab of the truck. That's not where they put it, instead they put it in the side mid truck bed. It was nearly impossible to reach, I couldn't get enough pressure on it to be sure it was in all the way. When I did check the lights I found when I signaled left turn the right blinker came on. And with all this they were not going to correct anything. I was not surprised, I would expect this from crooks, I just didn't know who they were in the beginning. Go to Poulsbo RV, even if they make a mistake they will work with you instead of getting hostile because you pointed out a mistake.

I've had to deal with these folks a few times, and have not yet had a good experience.Just went there for some propane lines to hook up a stove and propane refrigerator. I called and spoke with an older woman who was very rude and condescending on the phone. It was an easy question, "Do you have propane lines?" "Uh... Yeaaah" as though I'm an idiot, "Do you have copper lines?" "Uh.. yeaaah?" sounding even more put off. I drove in 30 minutes prior to them closing and an old man is at the counter looking at me like he can't believe someone would walk in their store within 30 minutes of closing. If you want to shut down at 4:30 then just change the time to 4:30 and leave then. If business is open until 5 then you serve any customer who walks in the door prior to 5. That's business. You may not be able to leave until 5:05 at times, and you should expect that.I told the old man what I was doing and asked what they had and if he could help, and he was clearly agitated that I wasn't just walking in and saying "I need 3' of 1/2 in copper line..." but was asking for a bit of help figuring out what I needed. I made him show me what they had, walked out to my van and made a few measurements and came back in telling him the lengths of line I needed. He cut them and flared the ends for me, so I got what I needed. But like an 8 year old he was doing everything he could to show me that he was annoyed that I was going to take him right up to closing time. He looked at his watch every 30 seconds or so as he was cutting and flaring the copper lines. While he was working on this the old woman rang me up and continued her attitude that she started with me on the phone.I'm assuming the two are married, as they are perfectly suited and seem to make each other absolutely miserable. This place needs some serious new management. I have never been to a business in my life that treats customers as poorly as this place.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Find something else! Don't go there. I took my freezer there and they opened it 2 weeks after I left it and the told me that it was trash and tried to sell me a new one for $600. They gave me back the freezer with the screws out. So I took it clean it up and read the manual and it works. So they didn't do anything and they charge me $80 just to take some screws out and leave them out. NOT PROFESIONAL, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Called them trying to source brake shoes for an older marine trailer. Their service department looked at a photo I sent, matched the shoes to a 3rd party provider and had them in hand in less than a day. Half the price of an online order to california. Worked hard on my behalf for what was essentially a small order. No complaints here, I'd go back again.

Super friendly and helpful with replacing my propane regulator after 3 different shops thought I was an idiot and didn't understand how to slowly open an OPD on a propane tank. The new regulator works perfectly. Thank you!

If you want to be made to feel like an idiot, visit Evergreen RV. I'm a fairly knowledgeable mechanic, that was trying to tie in an external propane bottle to the onboard propane-bottle on a VW Vanagon. After 3 weeks of calling to see if they had the "Extend-a-Stay" product, they finally had it in stock! (everytime I called, they said it would be in a day or so, but took weeks to actually happen). When I got there, they did not have the product "Extend-a-Stay", but had all the bits and pieces to make one of different lengths! (Which is why I'd give it higher marks for Appeal, as they have good selection for such a small store). Which is not what I wanted or had been asking for, but no problem, I'll work with the owner-guy to make one to my needs. At least that's what I thought, the older gentlemen did everything he could to make me feel like an idiot. Who knows, maybe he's used to working with them, but I'd like to think I'm not (20 years on the job as a software-developer and 5 years as a hobby mechanic). I tried my best remember the words of my mom, take a deep breath, don't take it personally, try to work through the problem and come to a common understanding on the requirements and work for a solution. It didn't work and after 10 minutes of going back and forth, just to come to an understanding of the requirements (that's why I wanted the product "Extend-a-Stay", as it was neatly wrapped, with instructions, pictures and everyone could understand)... but in the end, I had to just sigh and say thanks and walk out. I've been to Evergreen RV several times for products to fixup my VW Vanagon and J/24 Sailboat, they have a great selection and the only real store in the Seattle metro-area for these types of goods... but I've never had to deal with the owner/sales and won't ever again.

Today was my first time buying at Evergreen. It was easily one of the rudest, coldest interactions I've ever had - not just in customer service, but in any setting.
