Great crew here! So amazingly helpful when I needed a check-engine light code analyzed. They offered good insights, and explained everything I needed to know to handle the situation myself. Made no attempts to nickle-and-dime me. Highly recommended!

Earl s has been our go to shop for years now, I have gotten my family and friends to visit because of their friendly and very honest service. They have worked on our Hondas, Subarus, Chevys and even my mom s Mini! I trust these guys and they treat me with respect when I come in with an automotive problem. I never get second guessed and I always get good communication. No upselling here, it s a true working person's shop. I highly recommend them!

One of the mechanics came to my daughters aid on a busy 15th Ave, in the rain, crawled under her car, ran back to the shop to get a tool and got her driving again! Jack from Earl's you are an angel!

Very good shop. Installed new tires on my German SUV. There was a small pressure issue but they fixed it the next day. Extra point for doing it ahead of the schedule!

Our company LOVES Earl's and trusts them to take great, personal care of our fleet. They are reasonable, don't take advantage of you thinking you don't care what the charges are (the previous shop we used charged us $73 to change out windshield wiper blades). They are also personable, and will go above and beyond for you whenever they can. That personal touch makes the difference. And you can TRUST them. Just had my car looked at by earls. The time to get the assessment took a little while because they had a backlog of cars but Tim did such an awesome job for me and found out that the part I need for my car is covered under a warranty that I didn t even know about! It s a 10 year warranty and I got in 11 days before I hit the deadline! Greatly appreciate the assessment and the extra effort of reviewing the potential warranty. Have had multiple good experiences working with the team at earls. Highly recommend!

I ve lived in the neighborhood and taken cars to Earl s for years. They have consistently been straight forward and fair and I ve never been disappointed with their customer service. 2.5 stars.Scheduling and communication skills suffer.Previously got multiple vehicles serviced there, from CV joints, to general repairs. Recent visit was for a "possible" bad alternator; just needed it tested and replaced (if bad); which would be a 5hr job and run about $1,300 for parts/labor. Called on a Thurs, and they said they'd be able to get to it the following Tuesday. I dropped-off first-thing at opening on Tuesday morning with a stated Thursday return. Come Thursday afternoon - No call. I called on Thursday prior to closing, they admitted they were busy, and had not-started yet, and promised to have the vehicle ready on Saturday. Again same story, no call, but i couldn't get through prior to closing -- meaning it would be the following Tuesday (now there a week) before i could get any info. After (again) not hearing from them by close-of-biz on Tuesday, I immediately called Wednesday morning. They indicated they'd only done "systems check" on the alternator and starter, noting the parts passed the check and I didn't need the potentially costly repairs originally quoted (or... they never actually did the diagnostic?). I informed them I would be by within about an hour to collect my vehicle; and while they didn't charge for the diagnostic they kept my vehicle for eight days to do that diagnostic. Their communication to reach-out about this was... basically zero, I had to call them each time for inquiry. While they indicated they were busy multiple times, but their time-management, scheduling ability, and communication skills seemed to have seriously slipped from the 2019 days when i last visited. They were honest about the situation (as far as i could tell) and didn't charge for the diagnostic, but due to loosing access to our primary [and apparently functional] family-mover vehicle for over a week, which only eventually got a systems-test / diagnostic is borderline unforgivable for repeat biz. I'll be seriously reconsidering where I go next time I need repairs.Quoted price = 7/10 (cheaper than dealer)Scheduling ability = 1/10Communication = 0/10Honest / Ethical = 10/10 (no wrench, no charge)Would recommend only if you don't mind waiting and not knowing what's going on for over a week.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Though I've only been here one time, they treated me like a regular. The total I paid was less then the quoted estimate on my gauge cluster diagnostic, even with the oil change and tire plug, though I did provide my own oil and filter. Customer service was like talking to a friend. I'll continue to do business here.

Someone stole the catalytic converter from my work van and I didn't notice until the day before a big job. I contacted Earl's Garage around 9:30am and they were able to have my van repaired and ready to go by 3pm the same day! They were polite, professional, and worked with me on a short timeline so I could still make it to my work. I've also used Earl's garage for other work in the past and they've never disappointed. If you also need automotive work (even an oil change) I highly recommend them.Service: Exhaust

I worked in the auto repair business my parents operated and have done considerable work on my vehicles at home. Over the years, I have done extensive service on my own vehicles and Earl's is a shop I'm happy to take my cars to be worked on, as I can no longer do some jobs on my own. They are excellent at communicating, do superb work, and are conveniently located for my family's needs. I've had them work on European, Japanese, and US-made cars. Went in for a service 4wd message. Overall very kind, helpful people and knowledgeable in what they do. 3 stars for long delay from drop off to actual work being done. Had an appointment for Tuesday and work did not begin until Thursday, only after frequent calling. I have been having Earl's work on my vehicles for years. They always have done great work. This time it was for the check engine light on and it was only a sensor. Could not be happier with the service I have received.

Excellent service. Earl's did only what was needed on my car even though they could have justified further work. They called me to discuss possibilities, and did only what I requested. That's honest and reliable. In addition, when I took it back in for a review related to the work they had already done (as in -- let's do this first and see if it solves the problem), they didn't charge me for the related checkup.I'll be taking my car there from now on.

I've taken my personal truck and work vehicles to Earl's garage. There were some issues on one of my vehicles that required more attention and they called to update me and give me options. I believe their shop offers very reasonable prices for the type of service you get. Highly recommend.

Could not be more happy. I have been going to this mechanic for the past three years, and I will continue to do so. I've had a variety of issues with my car (as a result of buying it used), and they have always been able to fix it, and have been honest with me about what they are charging me for and why. I always learn something new about my car every time I go in, because they are always happy to explain what is going on. They all are down to earth, kind people with on site and equally sweet shop dogs. Their part/prices are about average, and they do a super quick job which ends up not costing you too many labor charges. Go here, you will not regret it.

My father has been going to them for years and referred them to me. The price was reasonable, they are every straight forward with good customer service and will not dick you around when it comes to a diagnostic on your vehicle. These guys will get the job done. I plan on returning to them if ever another issue is to come of my car.

Not a happy customer. All I needed was a scheduled service/ tune up. About 2 hours after I dropped it off, they called to tell me that they found problems. The tune up was an estimated $199. If I wanted the additional things done, it'd be just over $2,000. I hadn't been having any problems with it so I was surprised they found some. When I asked what was wrong, one thing was a timing belt. The problem is my car has a timing chain, not belt! I told him that, he put me on hold for a 30 seconds and he came back on and said I was right. That my year was different than others. Wrong. I didn't have them fix what they supposedly found but walked out with an almost $500 bill. Not even close to the estimate.
