Since 2010 I've been a customer of Discount Tire. I've worked with four locations around Seattle and I've purchased at least 10 sets of winter, summer and all season tires over the years. By far, the best experience I've had has come from their Shoreline location where Mathew and Todd have provided outstanding service. They both are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and show genuine interest in taking care of each customer.

Best prices and great service. Fixed two tire leaks on a car that I hadn't bought tires from Discount yet. Same price as Costco but much less waiting and better service.

These guys are amazing. Brought my car in with the low tire pressure light on this past Monday. A screw was stuck in the corner of the tire that can't just be patched so they recommended for me new tires as two were wearing down to the point of needing them anyway. Then today, Friday, my car had a flat tire in the rear passenger side. So went back, luckily it was in the rear so they patched it up and done!

Had a flat with a run-flat tire and limped in to the store right before closing. They stayed late, balanced all the tires and were very accommodating. I didn't hear a single complaint from anyone about staying late, just exceptional service.

I had a first and an excellent experience in discount tire. It's my first time here. Thank you for making a very good impression on me. All the employees in the store are very friendly and always keep a smiling service attitude, and I admire him for having such quick and skilled technology and helping me to install the wheel hub in the shortest time. Thank you, now my wheel hub looks much better

Been here a few times and just wanted to leave some stars for the employees here. Love that they honor warranties and genuinely want you to have a good experience and not waste your time or $. Had a huge screw in my tire and they fixed it and aired up my spare in about an hour and I paid $0 because of my warranty. Do yourself a favor and go here.

I booked my appointment and ordered my tires a week in advance. On the morning of my appointment, the shop called to let me know two of my tires were stuck in Utah, likely due to weather, and the other two were in a local warehouse. It ended up being a complex series of events that took up my whole Saturday.That said, Silas did his absolute best to make things right. When we couldn't get the two tires from the warehouse, he offered me an upgrade to more expensive tires. When it turned out there were only two of those in stock, he found a full set of tires (also more expensive than my original purchase, and arguably best-in-class according to some tire sites) in a slightly different size that still fit my car. Then he got those tires installed same day.Bottom Line:While my "tire journey," as Discount Tire likes to call it, may have gone from a 1-2 hour appointment to an 8-hour ordeal, it was almost entirely external factors out of the shop's control. Silas did an excellent job of getting me a full set of solid tires and preventing the need for a second appointment.I will definitely be returning here for my future tire needs.

I LOVE this place, I blew a tire on the freeway and Discount tire handled everything, eased my mind and had my car back to me expeditiously.Matt and Todd are INCREDIBLE and the other staff were all so nice!

Lots of positive things to say!- purchase was quick and easy. You can do everything online, but I walked in and spoke with an employee. They quickly verified the tires I wanted could be installed by the shop. The order was placed and I was given an estimate of when they d arrive. Smooth. They even price matched another retailer that was selling my chosen tires for less!- installation was seamless. The car was ready within 30 minutes. The techs and front desk people are all phenomenally friendly. Special shout to Todd.- after installation, I noted that I wanted to keep my old tires, not recycle them. After they noticed their error, 4 guys came out with high quality tire bags, bagged my old tires, and loaded them into my car. I fully expected them to just leave the tires on the side somewhere for me to deal with them; didn t expect white glove treatment there!- funnily enough, one of my new tires had a nail get into it the day of installation. I took the car back and was out 20 minutes later with a plug/patch fix.I m going to them for absolutely any of my tire needs. Not even going to think twice.

We are from Canada We had a brand new Tesla Y and we got a nail in one of our tires and came to Discount Tires, We were served by Andre Ruiz who was amazing very polite and friendly took in our car for the repair the tire we were very much impressed with the reception and service we got from Discount Tires and it's wonderful staff specially Andre.

Very helpful. Replaced all four tires years ago when I bought the car. Needed a new spare wheel and tire now and they were able to reasonably hook me up. Great then great now.

My experience at the Discount Tire on Aurora in Shoreline was excellent. The customer service was friendly and kind.When I first walked in, and I let them know my tire light was on, he was very calm and friendly , letting me my options of wait time or just getting it checked. He listened to me and I made me feel at ease. A bit later I returned , and talked with Cyrus. He helped through the process. He explained everything and also it didn't feel like high pressure sale. When my car was ready to be pick up and there was a line. Cyrus saw me at the back of the line and stopped what he was doing and got me set up quickly in my car.The next day , the tire light was still on , and I returned, to be sure it was ok . Cyrus took the time to figure out what was going on, make sure it was safe. He explained it to me what happened and I was good to do. And my tire light was finally off!Great job , Discount Tire. .

I've been a customer of Discount Tire for decades now. Here's one more reason I'll continue to stay. Recently I had a TPMS problem, which persisted after Discount Tire calibrated the TPMS a second time. So, I went to the dealer and spent some money to get a new sensor installed. That was a mistake and I should have went back to Discount Tire one more time. Discount Tire refunded the cost of the sensor that the dealer put in. Thanks guys!!!

Amazing. Service. We drove from Portland to Seattle, around evening we got a flat tire. Most of tire and service shops were busy and booked out. We called 30 mins before closing, we arrived a lil bit late but still they accommodated us . We were stressed out and hungry, but they gave us a warm welcome and reassurance. Thanks to Kelsin (red shirt) and their entire team that shift. Thursday 5:30pm. I would recommend their services to strangers we might meet in the future.

I brought my 2012 Escape here for new tires. I had to get the tires rebalanced 3 times within like 6 months. Then when they rotated the tires I found that they lost my hub centric rings. Do not go with these folks they are inexperienced.

Kelsin was awesome. Super personable, quick and to the point when explaining charges to me. I also watched him professionally handle a customer that was upset due to something that the store couldn't control, and he did a phenomenal job and handled it extremely well.

Todd is the reason to come here! This discount tire in shoreline has always provided seamless and honest service. When there s 50 tire shops to choose from it s nice to have a consistent reliable place for all your tire needs. Warranty certificates are always honored no questions asked. Again, Todd is the man, many thanks!

Got new wiper blades and they don't work. Also got a quote from on line discount tire then got a quote in store for some tires and in store the quote was several hundred more. They used to be good at this store . But things have drastically changed

I really like this location as they re always friendly and quick. This trip I replaced all 4 tires and Matt was super helpful, knowledgeable, and really friendly. Highly recommend an appointment as peak times can be several hours.

These guys once again deliver top notch service. I needed a set of winter tires that literally no other shop was able to get a hold of. These guys got them in a week even despite major weather closures. Very helpful, friendly, easy service. This is my favorite discount tire Location even though it isn't the closest. Will continue to shop here for all of my tire needs. Thanks for the great service.

Ran over something on the road, went to Discount Tire and Todd fixed me up with 4 new tires and wheels etc. Was out of there in an hour. They provided me with a detailed receipt that my insurance company accepted as is and paid me back promptly. I am a happy customer.

Excellent service. They were able to order the exact tires I wanted in a matter of days. (Even if they don't have them available in the site, shoot them a call because they can get pretty much any tire or rim for the best price too) I had new tires put on brand new rims and they did not get a scratch on them. I also had some specific requests and they worked with me on them . If you are particular with your car, this is a good place to go.

had a tire with a screw in it. dealer said it was un-reparable and I should replace all 4, almost new tires. You guys repaired it for free.
