Well official dealership does not do transmission fluid replacement on my KIA vehicle. Being said by the phone you don t need your transmission to be SERVICED. Well I assume they think I am stupid and just wait until your vehicle transmission fails so you can come there and purchase a new vehicle. Otherwise I don t see the reason not providing this kind of the service. At least they could have said your vehicle is old and we can t take that responsibility instead of that he said that your transmission don t need fluid change. Lol

Justin is always knowledgeable and friendly! I bring my Kia here to the service dept for everything except body work. The staff is awesome!

I drove in without an appointment with a worry/issue. Was greeted and taken care of immediately by Matthew, who put aside what he was doing and fixed the problem for me. Absolutely 5-star customer service. Thank you so much - you now have a happy and loyal customer.

I had a horrible experience this morning when taking my new 2023 GT Forte vehicle for service today. To begin with and was very rude during the initial process of me checking in. One service rep, Matt at this Kia dealership service center, did not acknowledge my presence, and continued to answer service calls coming in while I'm just standing and waiting to leave my car.The entire check in was disorganized when I got there, and my paper work was confused with another customer which made things worse.It was the bad attitude and rudeness by this service rep in front of another customer when I said my name, apparently, Matt "didn't like my tone" and said he wasn't going to deal with it. Body language and expressions says a lot.This was at the forefront of the service center, and a negative experience. No company serving customers should ever tolerate this because it creates a hostile environment that is not safe.I ended up settling the issue with David, the service manager. From this point on, I do not ever want this person handling anything that has to do with my vehicle at this service center.

very impressed by the service of rick and noel here. we bought our kia minivan here and love the car, but the service here is what will keep us coming back. they always get the job done right and on time. we are pleased with the cleanliness of the waiting area, the wifi, the professional staff, especially Rick and Noel who are excellent communicators and really know their stuff. I trust them and it is their great service that will keep us coming back for many years. they are dependable and very friendly and honest. great place to get a car serviced!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I came here back in May to have my oil changed. Rick and Noel were both very kind and helpful, but the technician really screwed up. Whoever changed my oil did not tighten the drain plug, and my car lost all its oil. I had to have it towed elsewhere to have everything fixed.

Bought my Kia Niro here, as well as had it serviced several times. Absolutely professional, friendly, and courteous to your needs and wants. Never felt any pressure to buy.

Terrible. Been a platinum package holder over 2 years and they NEVER have loaners. All the men working here are misogynists, mansplain and talk over you. Awful. Just awful.

Called for check up and oil change, got scheduled quick, they changed oil, checked Sorento, rotated tires washed car, have me ride home, picked me back up and I didn't spend more than $70. This is why I will remain a Kia customer in addition to loving my Sorento.

Great service with minimum fuss. It s 30 miles away and they gave me a loaner which other dealerships refused to give.

They know what they re doing, have decent prices, communicate well. I have gone to other shops but keep coming back here because they are competent.
