Huge thank you to Bobby Aid. He is an AMAZING car salesman. I was in a bind needing to get my daughter a car before her 16th bday. I decided on a 2024 kia forte gt line , called up and with much luck got Bobby on the phone. My first question was can you bring me a car that is a ferry ride and probably 6 hour round trip. He without hesitation said no problem. I have a crazy busy life and had zero time before her bday to get her this car so I am so so grateful he took time out of his day ( sunday) to bring me this car. Not only that, he also walked me through all the functions , all the info I need with engine as well ect. , he had someone waiting on him to give him a ride back to shoreline, yet he never once rushed through anything, made sure to answer all my questions and guided me through the entire function list the car has ( which is alot I highly recommend this car I may even get myself one) . I am someone who absolutely dreads the car buying process. So much the last 3 cars I bought where sight unseen to avoid the dealership. However with that said Bobby never pressured me in a different direction , he respected my wishes fully, and he went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a car on her 16th birthday. I'm super grateful and if your thinking of getting a car, I highly recommend asking for Bobby. He will not pressure you, won't bother you every 5 minutes, he let's you make up your mind and just gives useful information. Car dealers like that are hard to come by. My whole experience was super positive and that's truly a first for me out of the 20+ times I have purchased. 10 stars Bobby!

Great experience at Chuck Olson with Blake and team. I was new to the EV world and was nice to have a sales person so product knowledgeable vs just trying to make a sale. In my search, I found many other dealerships where the sales person didn't know much about the car they were selling, so it was refreshing to connect with Blake. Chuck Olson pricing was also more competitive than other similar makes or even other local Kia dealerships. Thanks for the great experience!

Good service. Nice environment. The waiting chairs were now comfortable at all, the floor was nicer. My toddler loved the toys. Service guy did great on my car but needs some customers service training. If you see someone struggling with 2 kids and full hands, maybe offer help, get the keys faster and/ or open the doors to the vehicle so I don't have to struggle to find a button since you have my keys. Otherwise great job on my car.

I didn t think an experience like the one I had was possible at a dealership but it was fantastic. Brought my car in for a regular check up. They were absolutely slammed at 8am but you wouldn t even notice. They handled the busy traffic so well. I was estimated about two hours and decided to wait in their great waiting area. Had a cup of coffee and got some work done. In a little over 90 minutes my car was ready to go.The service just seemed above and beyond. Everyone was so kind. I wish I remembered the name of the front desk employee who helped me today, dude was a rockstar.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing the Kia EV9 from the Chuck Olson dealership, and I must say that the entire experience exceeded my expectations in every way. Had a great experience purchasing our first Kia brand vehicle. Our sales associate Bobby was attentive and treated us exceptionally well.Definitely the friendliest salesperson to date. Our finance coordinator Muhamed explained everything with great detail, took the time to review and answer any questions we had and just went above and beyond to make this transaction smooth. Woody who joined us on our test drive was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the car. Amazing customer service all around!Mr. Olson your staff is phenomenal and I can't wait to take a Telluride off your hands.

Great dealership and from where i got my Kia Sportage Hybrid 2023 without a lot of fancy markups compared to the market. VJ and German here were very helpful and definitely went over and above to get my first vehicle purchased. VJ and German seemed personally invested in my purchase and ensured i got a timely delivery . on sales, availability, and the way they treat customers.Update: Service reminders, quality and attendance isn't upto the mark. Didnt get car service completion reminders, car was badly washed, didnt offer shuttle service as promised, attendant when recieving the car was rude - said i dont know anything, call my manager on monday.

I am very thankful for the service I was given at chuck Olsen. My car went in with severe idle issues, and thanks to the hard work that was preformed I drove my car home. Before i brought my car here it had been at other shops, next time my car needs help i will return to chuck Olsen. Im happy to report It runs great. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Ahmed set us up with a few test drives and helped us narrow down the EV9 we were looking for. He answered all our questions before and after our visit. Once we were ready to purchase, he guided us through all the payment options and extra protection packages. The rest of the Chuck Olsen team helped us at every step of the way from walking in the door to driving off the lot. We re loving our new car! Big thanks to the team.

We worked with Michael and had our first positive car buying experience! We leased an EV. He worked with us via text for a few days leading up to our in person visit to agree to terms, financing, complete the credit application, etc. When we arrived at our appointment time, there were no surprises, he had everything ready, and we were in & out quickly with our new vehicle. He went out of his way ahead of time to ensure everything was set up before our arrival. Michael was exceptional to work with and we highly recommend. Mohamed in the financing department was also easy to work with, didn t try to upsell us and explained just what we needed to know. The paperwork was 100% ready for us with the correct agreed to terms before we arrived. Again, highly recommend.

Great personnel and easy check-in/out process. Not enough workspace/outlets or comfortable seating available for those who need to stay for a couple hours. I wish some of the snacks were free but nice to have the coffee/tea options. I used to be a Subaru owner and the waiting area at their service center was so much better that what is here, so that is my benchmark.

Synthetic Oil change and tire rotation. They were super efficient in and out 30min. Nice clean waiting area w good coffee. Front of the house connection was very polite and professional. In my opinion a $100 well spent.

Service is amazing, they always let you know what you need before they start, the services you should consider doing to keep your car in a healthy state. Prices are competitive compared to other places, work is guaranteed. I ve been servicing my vehicle here since day one, best decision I ever made. I recommend Kia in Shoreline on Aurora Ave. North.

First time coming to this location to get my car serviced and I was greeted with smiles and compliments! The whole experience was 10/10. Thank you Matthew and one of his colleagues (I didn t catch his name but his desk was near Matthew s) for making me feel special during my visit today. My car was serviced within an hour and got it back with clean floor mats and windshield. Thank you again for the amazing customer service. I look forward to returning!

I was initially told that my car might not be seen until the ne next Monday; I had it towed there on a Wednesday evening. I was very fortunate that they were able to take care of my car in a very timely manner. I picked it up on Friday evening of the same week. I am very thankful to Todd and everyone involved with the needed repairs to my car!! I will certainly call upon them again should a need arise!! Thanks!!!

Never in a million years did I think I d leave a good review for a car dealer but here I am. Thinking about it now, I m surprised I never thought to review these folks before Google asked me to because I have had nothing but fantastic experiences here.My family purchased 5 vehicles so far from Mike Kristolfilis, who besides being a beautiful soul, is a true professional who wouldn t hard sell you if his life depended on it. I always shopped around, and Mike always gave us the best deal.James is right on the money whenever we need parts and always remembers me even though I seldom need parts.Last but not least their Super Star - Rick Villa - who in my opinion is the heart of the operation. Beside keeping all of our vehicles serviced he is someone I ve come to trust. He always listens, is willing to go the extra mile, gets us in quickly, and offers options when available.Rick is the main reason I drive an hour to this dealership instead of one closer to where I live.My extended family and friends I have referred to this dealership have had the same experiences, so it s not me, they are consistent. For these reasons I would highly recommend Chuck Olsen Chevy/Kia!

From the moment we arrived Tony greeted us at the service bay with a smile and a willingness to help. He directed us inside to Matthew at the front counter.The showroom was amazing. And the extensive break area was so large that even though there might have been ten of us waiting, we were able to spread out and not be crowded. There were ample outlets (for charging phones) as well as a couple vending machines and a Keurig system. We were told that it would be about two hours, but they were faster than we expected.We will be back for future services.

we have done three transactions at Chuck Olson Kia, and each of of them has been great. they are a straight shooting, good people dealership that treats customers well and fairly, even when you don't end up buying from them.between my husband and me, our last four cars have been Niros. i bought one of the first hybrids in 2017 before we moved to washington; my husband bought one of the first plug in Niros at Chuck Olson in 2018 or 19 (cause they were the only dealership within 250 miles who had one); i replaced my hybrid with a plug in Niro from a dealership closer to our home in 2020; and, because our interactions with our local dealer were so unpleasant, we went back to Chuck Olson to trade in my husband's plug in for the full EV model in 2022, even though it was 90 miles from our home.in every instance, the sales people were super helpful, answered all our questions, didn't pressure us in the slightest, and gave us transparent information so we actually knew what the bottom line car payment would be (instead of tacking on taxes and fees, etc. after we agreed on a price). we did our homework each time and went in knowing the fair price for the car (and also our trade in value when that was relevant); they didn't do the "well, let me go talk to my manager in the back and see what i can do" spiel... they saw we were discerning customers and they treated us as such.we bought my plug in Niro from our local dealership, in part because they offered free oil changes for the life of the car, and in part because it was during the covid lockdown and driving 90 miles felt way less safe than it does now. even though we got free oil changes, the buying experience was not pleasant, and any service that wasn't an oil change was overly expensive. they quoted me $800 for a 30K service, and that was supposedly a promotional price. i found that exorbitant, so i called the service department at Chuck Olson. Their price for the same service? $450. ridiculous! so i drove down to Shoreline and had the service done there.this week we came back to Chuck Olson again to look in to trading in my plug in Niro for either the newer version, or a full EV. i was considering other cars as well as the Kias, so i went to the dealership asking for info while also making it clear i would not be buying anything that day because i was still doing my research. Brody and Henry inspected my car, offered me a fair trade in price, and gave me transparent numbers for how much the new car would cost.in the end, we went with a car from a different brand instead of a new Kia (not a bad reflection on their cars... just the right decision for us given our circumstances). thing is, the other dealership offered us less for my Niro than Chuck Olson did. so i asked Brody if they would be interested in buying my car even if they didn't also get to sell me a new one. He and Henry agreed, and they honored the price they originally offered me (i just assumed they'd lower the offer to buy instead of trade).turns out the day i needed to drop off the car was Brody's day off, so he arranged everything so that i could come in, fill out paperwork, drop off keys, get a check, and be on my way in a few minutes. He even texted me several times to make sure i was all set and didn't need any other help... again, on his day off. I really appreciate the effort he put in to making the whole process easy for me, even though it didn't include a commission for him on a car sale.bottom line is that Chuck Olson is a fantastic dealership to work with. we love the Kia brand and will seek out their cars again in the future. if/when we do buy another Kia, we will absolutely make the trip down to Shoreline to get it from Chuck Olson, even though we have a dealership in our town (i am not including the name of my local dealership because i want this review to highlight the good things about Chuck Olson and not also denigrate another business).

Michelle in parts is so sweet and helpful! And Corey the mechanic is very upfront and honest with with that's needs to be done. I'm very appreciative of all the help I've gotten!

I arrived at 8 AM in the morning for my car to be serviced for a recall item to be repaired. When I arrived they said they were just about to call me to tell me that a an online piece of equipment was not working and this was necessary to start the installation of my new antitheft equipment. I was disappointed that I would have to come back but, I was assured they would make it up to me. When I returned the next day my car was promptly serviced in 2 1/2 hours which included a complementary oil change and check up. I really appreciated the extra effort they went to make up for the inconvenience. Everyone there is extremely friendly and they have a very nice waiting area with complementary coffee as well.

Chuck Olson Kia has unrivaled service - I was having issues with my car and couldn t get in for a month and they were able to squeeze me in and get serviced that day. The guys are SO NICE and really are dedicated to high service. For my next car I m always tempted to get a Subaru but think I might stick with Kia because the service is so excellent!

Upon arriving, the service desk was eager to explain what they would be servicing and inspecting on my vehicle and any estimated costs. When the service was complete, the service rep went over the findings, and answered all of my questions.

I ended up at Chuck Olson on accident meaning to go to a repair shop of the same name and not realizing that I brought my car into the wrong place and obviously without an appointment. Matthew in the service department was incredibly engaging and accommodating including pricing my repairs in the same ballpark I was quoted at the other shop. Then Justin oversaw the repairs and was super hospitable. I have never taken my car to a dealer unless my car is under warranty, but after this experience I may be changing course!

The service experience was fantastic. Professional, friendly intake staff, work done in a timely fashion, clear and detailed explanation of services and onsite confirmation (with further follow-up) when I still had a minor issue (door lock). My only criticism was that they were unable to take the car until the following day (it was a roadside assistance situation requiring a tow I understand not having a service appointment that day but they insisted they couldn t even take the car until the following day; this is a large dealership and they could have found the space for one day). I had to leave the car overnight in a not terribly secure location.

The quality of service was great and I appreciated the thoroughness. However, I was quoted $292 out the door. I left spending $350. I bought a $22 paint pen, but that should not have added an additional $50.

Been shopping for a used Kia Soul in the past month, found a nice one at a different dealer, and they offered a good trade-in value for our car.Just to do my due diligence, I was going to check out one more car at Chuck Olson. As always with used cars there were some positives about the one I had already found and the one for sale at Chuck Olson.Ahmed was helping me in the process, I shared I had found one and they asked if they could see the offer, which I did. They matched the trade-in value for my car, but, the Soul offered by them was a little more expensive. It had one major plus, it was a Kia certified pre-owned and would come with with the full remaining warranty.I was struggling with the difference in price, both cars had plusses and minuses, but the full remaining warranty wasn't worth the price difference to me.Ahmed was patient, super low key and no pressure to make the deal happen. When it was clear that the price was the price, I was just about ready to go get the other car and Ahmed said, make us an offer and I will go ask my manager.I suggested that if we could split the price difference we had a deal, to which they agreed.Overall I had a really good experience with pretty transparent pricing (not a bunch of weird fees added to the offer) and no high pressure to make the deal happen. Which is not something I can say for a lot of other dealers I have visited in the last month.It was such a good experience that we decided to do our maintenance at Chuck Olson, even though they are a little bit out of our way.Super happy with our purchase.

Great experience with receiving service for a manufacturer recall. Gave me a multi-point inspection with helpful info for very minor services which I could do myself, (e.g. air filters.) Zero pressure to do any extra out unnecessary work. Everyone was very helpful and communication was good.

Daniels and Todd are very best service writers you could ever hope to get when you re having a problem with your vehicle. They each explain everything well, and you can count on the accuracy of their advice. And they also adapt very well to accommodating your schedule if you need something done in a hurry.
