I had such a great experience working with McKay. He is friendly, communicative, and professional. I bought a vehicle remotely (I live in Montana), and I know out of state deals are probably a pain, but he made the process seamless and with a great attitude. I appreciated that he answered the phone whenever I had a question. Good communication is so important and not everyone has that skill but McKay definitely does. Would absolutely come back and work with him again for my next vehicle! Thank you so much!!

I had a great experience the staff was amazing. Kyle did a great job with helping me pick out my car taking me on a test drive showing me all the cool gadgets that my car has to offer. I really appreciated his help and I absolutely love my new car.

I went in to look at a Bolt EV today. After our test drive, we had to pull teeth from Kyle to figure out what were the actual packages on their different inventory. He for some reason assumed we just wanted the buy the one we test drove. After he wasted our time "running numbers" he came back and showed us a quote with $2500 in optional packages for windshield/interior/theft protection. He said they were not really optional and they were already applied to the car and couldn't be removed. The best he could do was a 25% discount since we were Costco members. He then took my Costco card and reran the numbers (how long does it take to hit print?). At this point I was ready to go since I would be shopping at another Chevy dealer if I wanted a Bolt since I have never run into mandatory optional packages, but his manager came over and we had a pleasant discussion and he confirmed that optional packages are indeed optional.We ended up walking out with a somewhat sour taste in our mouths (bettered by our discussion with the manager), but I'm not a fan of being lied to especially when it comes to money. Wasting our time seems to be par for the course when it comes to auto sales, but trying to screw me over? No thanks. Who knows if we'll be back to purchase anything but we will definitely work with someone else.

Michael R was fantastic and easy to work with for our Pre Owned Chevy Bolt EV purchase! They did the used 2024 EV tax credit at point of sale and on top of it honored an online promotion I found. Loan work took a little longer than we planned, but in the end they beat our pre-approved rate. So far I d recommend!

My wife and I recently bought a new Bolt EUV from Chuck Olson Chevrolet. We worked with McKay Rands who was a very helpful salesperson, he listened to our questions and gave us a good sense of transparency. I found the experience to be relaxed and didn't feel too much sales pressure. It's only been a few days but I'm loving the car and enjoying prompt responses from the dealership when I've had questions.

Edited to update changes since initial post.I still don t like Chuck Olson s credit card policy but I am glad I took our truck into Chuck Olson Chevrolet.The media center in our Chevy Colorado was basically going through all the options possible in a random manner including changing destinations on map and calling people fm my contacts list.First visit for media center the problem was fixed w/ software and all seemed good for over 3 weeks. Dealer actually called just after 3 weeks to make sure everything was working, never had any shop do anything like that before.Unfortunately a couple days after call from dealer the media center problem came back. Also by coincidence at about the same time error messages for power steering and traction control started popping up for a few seconds on console.Chuck Olson service department really took ownership on both problems including driving home after work so they could be catch the random glitches in media center to troubleshoot (Of course they don t happen during test at dealership). Found frayed wire buried in harness causing the power steering and traction control errors. For the media center a 'smoking gun' was found in display panel hardware. Part not in stock but once replaced confident media center will be all good.I also was surprised to learn that Chuck Olson charges nearly the same for oil changes, brakes and transmission service as the local shop so I ll be doing more at Chuck Olson going forward. Knowledgeable people and customer service beyond what I was getting at local shop or any shop before.Not happy with Chevy quality, but very happy w/ Chuck Olson Service Dept.

Service staff is professional and I have no reason to doubt the quality of work. 3 star rating is because I m upset about two practices that I don t expect from a Chevy dealer.1- Cash only for services or pay 3% charge to use credit card. Big corporations like Chuck Olson have plenty of margin in their labor and parts markup, even the local shop on the corner doesn t do this yet.2- There is a charge on last line of bill for customer pay shop charge for repair order . Dealer says this is for consumables like nuts, bolts, shop rags. This is not what I expect from a dealer.

I had been on the hunt for a Nissan Leaf, and every dealership I visited previously didn t care to try and sell me a quality vehicle, or even know about their products before trying to make a sale. When I visited Chuck Olson, Michael Ramsey understood the car I specifically came in for and met me at an incredible price. He professionally addressed every concern I had and I left with an EV that is simply perfect for my budget and my lifestyle. Great car buying experience! We visited on our way to an appointment because we saw a car on their website we wanted to consider. Michael R. met us at the door and we went for a ride. While we didn't make a decision at that visit, we did call later to see if we could purchase the vehicle. Michael and the entire team at Chuck Olson went above and beyond to get us into that car...including meeting us to deliver it a few days later! (We live 2 1/2 hours away!) Hello yes, I gave these people my business to put a new motor in my C7 Corvette. The communication from the beginning with Daniel was good until my navigation radio screen went outHe tells me over the phone with With an oil change plus the diagnostic check would be $310. I think Daniel is doing too much for his own good. He calls me and says it will be a couple hours more strange. Then I go back up there to pick my car up. The price is $500. You don't take advantage of people. You're supposed to work with So his little pride in ego got in a way he could not admit to me that he did not say $500 over the phone, wow. Especially around one of his co-workers So if you are a Hard-working person that don't know much about cars, I'm a man Therefore, I would especially tell a woman to be aware of these people don't let them take advantage of you Because of what you do not know about cars So Daniel got nasty with me and told me. Don't come back up there But they made $14000 off. Me replacing my new motor is that not business shame on these people, real ugly and nasty Even the owner he was next over there. In the office, he could have came out and talked about it and reasoned with a person They just wanted that money, I bet they don't do they? Hi, and mighty friends like that I bet you. PS this is going to get good to wear customer service and business should not cross the line so I asked for a quote from Pierre Chevrolet service department the guy that does the diagnostics checks and all was real nice about breaking it down of course I did not tell him what happened over there so the guy was real down to earth and explained to me that the diagnostic checks is one set price he tell all the customers then he says anything after that he will let them know in advance he said they don't do business any other way I'm like wow thank you sir I know we all make mistakes but if I can make my wrong right I will especially over a couple hundred bucks now that's getting a clear understanding about business with customers I need to send this guy 10 customer service skills for success in any business

I had a great experience purchasing my 2023 Bolt EV with Mike Christofilis! He made the process very easy, from when I ordered my car to when it arrived, and kept me up to date with where my car was in the manufacturing process. The financing application process was easy, and all the employees were there to help me out when I had any questions or technical issues! They knew who I was when I arrived. Asked me to take a seat in the waiting room, so I didn't have to stand in line. I was informed when the car was taken into the shop. They let me know the air cabin filter needed changing and how much it will cost. Once approved and they finished servicing my car, they brought the car back to the front of the service doors so i could easily access my car to go home. They're very professional and personable.
