The app discount was the only reason we stopped at a Chevron with such outrageous prices.First, the machine wouldn't authorize using the app. Used the machine manually, and it knew how many reward points I had, but wouldn't apply them saying invalid card (then how did it know my point balance). Decided to throw in $5 to get us to a current gen Chevron, and the machine wouldn't acknowledge that a card was inserted and held, then wouldn't release the card.When we managed to get out, we left. I'm not rolling the dice again.

Was waiting for an Uber here and the red headed man that works there told me I couldn't wait there for 5 minutes unless I bought something. And I was waiting outside anyway not bothering anyone. I also showed him proof but that wasn't enough he treated me like I did something wrong. Not fair and very rude!!!

Interesting. I pull up and am told they are closed by the guy working. I go to take a photo, and the same guy who had hassled me before asks why I'm taking a photo. I say "since you're closed" and he says he's calling the police. What ever. (don't expect good service here... They will hardly acknowledge you)

Paid for deluxe car wash, an had huge dirty stripes on my hood, roof and trunk where they weren t cleaned at all, I went in and asked if I could go through again and they said NO! Two different employees, an one took me into the car wash and explained to me, that ONLY the side brushes wash your car! that the car wash does not and has never, washed the hood roof and trunk of your car, It only cleans the side!! I said sir I am 52 years old I have been using this car wash on and off since 96 don t know what s changed but people will be here in about it

Not a great car wash, the mitter will retract as soon as it touches the windshield and skip the rest of the car over. Lots of clogged nozzles. Very aggressive brushes knocking mirrors out of alignment and the dryers dry VERY poorly. For $12 I would expect a better wash. That's fine I can take my business elsewhere... The only reason it's 2 stars and not 1 is that the employees at the coffee stand are nice!

The card reader at the pump took my card and wouldn't let me enter my pin or anything. Asked an attendant for help and he literally said, "I'm not a mechanic, thats not my job. What do you want me to do?"It's literally your job to assist with things like that. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. And the most expensive in the area by far. Save your money and go elsewhere. They don't deserve your money

As an employee of 8 years standing here I can tell you the only way to get a car wash is if you hit the 'YES' button when offered at the pump. Is that what happened? But you can always come in for one.Short change? Most cashiers here try rounding up to a nickel if close, so we're not gouging anybody.Open 24 hours and that includes propane and all except espresso stand. Numerous awards on wall received for inspections passed. Please give the place a try and form your own opinion.

Rip off artists! They charge you for carwash whether you want it or not! Stay clear!The touchscreen at the pump will register that you want a carwash. You can't cancel. When I tried to get my money back, the clerk said "Sorry, this was your mistake."Buyer beware! I'd get my gas elsewhere, if I were you.

This location is close to the freeway and therefore more expensive for fuel than other locations. However, for food, snacks, drinks, etc. they're in line with anywhere else. The staff is usually pretty cool and they have one of the better car washes in the area (recently revamped).

This station is actually dangerous. They do not keep things maintained, their pump spilled gas all over my car and when I tried to talk to the owner about shutting the pump off for safety and assistance cleaning up my car he started yelling and cursing at me and attempted to blame me for breaking it.

The night clerk is very difficult person plus he has got a huge ATTITUDE!!! I don t know what his motive is but he never actually cared for the current pandemic.Manager: please try to talk to him about not touching customers stuff with bare hands weather he is ordering them in shelves or selling them to customers!!

Maka thx for your comments,but I wanna let you know I work there day time,I always have mask and its not snow mask or if you think it s snow mask still gud because customers also have mask and in the middle of us have one glass sheet,so don t worry every single person who work here,he care about customers and his self ,,,,,thx and have a gud day

Same guy always tries to rip me off on change. Watch your charges, they like to ring you up for the wrong things, give you back wrong change , double charge you . Then called me an idiot when I caught him,

Car wash is bad. Costs 10$ with tax and left dirt all over. The whole hood is untouched.

cannot get ahold of the staff by phone! Been trying for hours. Goes straight to voicemail. I would drive to this location but I don t live with in the area.Insane that I cannot reach someoneI d give them zero stars if I could
