The car wash broke down right after spraying my car with goop but before rinsing any of it off. The night operator said "Talk to my manager next week. He might give you a refund.". Meanwhile, I had to hose the drying goop off my car at home in the middle of the night in 35� weather. I will never use this car wash again, and I doubt I will get gas here in the future either.

The store manager during the day is horrible! He was yelling at the female cashier and then turned to say something to another employee. Completely disrespectful to customers also. I will only go there when Sal is there at night, he has the best customer service around

Person working here is great. the gas pump will not let you finish pumping. I put $20 on an empty tank and it would only let me fill up 19.99 I know it s petty but that adds up.

Store closes at a random time every night between midnight and 1, and reopens whenever the guy feels like it. There is never a sign on the door indicating when it will reopen, so it's a fun surprise everytime you try a new time of day to avoid the trash service but still end up walking away empty handed.This store is NOT 24 hour, regardless of what the listing says. If you end up in the same boat, file a complaint with the corporate office, and if they get enough of them they might force the store to honor the "24 hour" claim.Edit: closed at 11pm on 05/03/2022

Easy location and set up. Pump's are newer and separated conveniently. Car wash is cheaper than most. $6, $8, $10 depending on which wash you choose and don't have to get gas for those prices. Also does a really good job, except under the roof rack,, but that's expected.

The late night graveyard shift worker Heather has ALWAYS been so nice to me everytime I have come in for either gas or my late night coffee/hot chocolate. Everytime she asks me how my night is going and is in such a cheerful mood and attitude. And it actually seemed genuine. Not like most workers. She offered me a free coffee when my card didn't work. Much appreciated! I will come here every time I'm in the area and in need. Thank you Heather! Give her a raise!

Just needed a bag of ice. The cashier rang me up, said $2.09...I handed her a $20. She asked if I had the 9 cents. I said not on me and sent my hubby out to the car. She rang it up and instead of skipping the 9 cents, she charged me $3 for a frickin bag of ice. She only handed me back $17. I think that's some BS. I will not ever go to this station for anything again!!!

The short blond lady (Amanda something) there had her boyfriend (or whoever) loitering at the coffee bar in the mini-mart, around 9pm.. Albeit her extremely rude 'customer service', her shirt said 'Assistant Manager'.. She really seems to not care about her job. Not going here again, disrespectful people.

I just went there and pumped gas on pump #6. When I pumped gas then went to turn on my car my gas gauge did not go up it stayed at the same spot. I drove off and thought maybe it's taking longer to go up which never happens. I went and pumped somewhere else and it instantly went up. So when I pumped gas I was charged but the pump didnt actually dispense any gas. Last time i will ever pump gas there.

Do NOT WASTE TIME OR YOUR $ HERE!!!!If you value yourself, good customer service and would rather reward Businesses who show appreciation for their customers thru caring actions like ensuring their employees represent their brand in a respectful manner as to show the customer courtesy and show them that their money,time and choice to go there is appreciated and valued as a life source to that business & that your days not tobe spoiled by some rude condescending clerk creating problems for the enjoyment of arguing & had a The voracious appetite for your disspleasure. If this sounds like the place you want to spend your $ then look no further than the Chevron in Shoreline for your Shangri-La of horrible customer service & guaranteed disrespectful treatment. You ll absolutely love how they treat you like garbage You might finally be able to rid yourself anymore trouble from that pesky self-worth always attempting to convince you that You matter and have worth.
