Exceptional service from start to finish. Paolo was very communicative, presented options, and at the end of the day my X5 was running perfectly and I knew I had not overpaid. Honestly, one of the best car service experiences I ve ever had. Plus, the icing on the cake was having fun talking cars with the team when I picked up my car. I m thrilled to have found a great spot to have both of my German automobiles well taken care of. Thanks, gentlemen! Look forward to getting caught up in person again soon . . . well, hopefully not too soon! :)

brought my BMW M2 for an oil change. very friendly staff here who are knowledgeable car enthusiasts themselves. service was thorough, including inspection and wash. excellent experience here and will continue to be a patron!

I ve never had better customer service and pristine results for my Bentayga & Boxster anywhere else. World class communication and these guys actually take pride in their excellent work. They are the gold standard here in Seattle. Go there.

After an initial service visit, I feel like my first Euro car and I will be in great hands with the mechanics and advisors at Car Tender. The three staff members I interacted with were all friendly and communicated clearly. My advisor suggested tacking on an additional service item beyond what I came in for, which was done in a helpful and pressure-free way. Will be happy to give them my business in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Rob and his team at Car Tender. I live out of state, and was in the process of buying a used car in the Seattle area. I decided that I should get a pre purchase inspection prior to making a deal and traveling to pick it up.I contacted Car Tender for this service, and i will admit i was a bit nervous about the initial price of the inspection, however they went above and beyond my expectations. I have never seen a more thorough inspection performed before. Rob emailed me and then called to go over everything on the report. I spoke with him for almost 45 min on the phone and he patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions in regard to the findings, prices for the repairs, and severity of findings. All said, Rob gave me the knowledge and confidence that I needed in regards to moving forward with the sales process.If I am ever back in the Shoreline area, and need automotive help, Car Tender is going to be my first call.

This place rocks. Best car repair experience of my life. When our car was finished, Paulo took us on a tour of the car and talked through all the work they did. We went on a short drive to test is out together and make sure we were happy with how it was performing. Then he gave us a short tour of the shop and introduced us to everyone.They're incredibly knowledgeable and knew what to do to solve our car's problems. Extremely happy with the work and will return with our other cars too.

After taking my car to subpar Mercedes mechanics. It was my lucky day when I met Paolo and David at Car Tender. I have a partner for my 280 SL with Paolo and David helping me keep the integrity and smooth operation of my car. They have the technical knowledge and relations with vendors to do what is right for the car. They truly live up to their name, Car Tender. I cannot recommend them enough.

Took my rust bucket here for a brake job and service was excellent. Definitely one of the more professional, organized, and transparent shops. Provided a detailed assement of my car including lots of photos and maintained communication through every step of the repairs.

Great people and great service! We got a four wheel alignment that was finished within the estimated time and cost.They recommended some other services but didn't give us the hard sell or make it seem unsafe to drive away.Will definitely return when we need more work done.

Car Tender provided quick, good service on our elderly Geo Prism. The customer service was very good! Unasked, they noticed our clock wasn't working and reset it for us. We'll go to them the next time we need something.

Best shop to bring your bmw to. The attention to detail they have is second to none. The status updates and info they give you cannot be matched. They will take care of your car as if it were their own. This is definitely a car enthusiasts shop and if you care for your car like I do, come here! The staff is very approachable and friendly, love to talk about cars and have recommendations for everything.

Amazing service and communication by Car Tender! Stopped by shortly before lunch break, Rob is very welcoming and he went to check the leak that s coming out of my E46. Rob walked me through all the necessary steps needed to further inspect the leak and the general condition of my car. We chatted about BMW and Rob even showed me his beloved E92 (what an amazing car)! Decided to bring my car in for an investigation the following days. Car Tender definitely knows what they re doing and that s why they stay serving the car community for so long. Communication is top notch and everything is delivered in understandable language. I m not usually at a loss for words, but their patience, dedication, expertise, and mostly, determination to getting my 88 M6 back on the road after the transmission died were the definition of excellence! It took 4 months of pursuit to find the parts needed to fix my incredibly rare transmission. They never wavered or tried to put it off. They even kept it stored on a lift out of harms way!!! Words can t express my gratitude.

I was an out of state buyer and these guys are amazing. I needed a PPI done on a Mercedes Benz E55 AMG and spoke to John on the phone. He was super helpful in scheduling a time for inspection on short notice. I learnt that he s been racing cars for years in his spare time and I could tell right away that I could trust his judgement on this car. And for as much as he knows about European cars, he also knows when something could be handled better under someone else s eyes.His tech, David, performed the inspection on this car and went through everything he found that raised concern. Telling me which issues to prioritize first. He walked me through everything from subpar coolant, to old suspension, to notes about transmission shifting. Comfortingly, David shared that he has a ML-500 which shares the same engine as mine. He knew what to look over on this Mercedes and I was now confident I could drive it 1100 miles back home. As I walked out, he was working on a 1960s Austin Healey, fine tuning fuel on its carbureted engine.Paolo is another one of the great people working under John, an avid enthusiast who takes great care of cars and customers alike. If he is your first point of contact, you re in good hands and will be guided towards the best course of action for getting your car working as good as possible. He, along with everyone at this garage, is interested in getting your car to be in great working order.These guys and this shop are standout. If you have a European car, this is the place to take it to.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I ve been coming here for almost a year now, servicing my Audi and doing all kinds of work, I m so happy to have found the Car Tender team everyone I ve dealt with so far was a pleasure to work with! They are true specialists and I always feel happy and confident dropping my car off for whatever work I need done! They never push anything on you they always inspect everything and recommend based off the inspection! I truly mean it if I say that as long as I live in Seattle this is the only place I will go to and recommend to anyone that has a European car and wants the best of the best service! Also their communication is Top Notch, I can t say it enough but if you own a European car this is the spot you want to take it to trust me! Great experience at Car Tender! Everyone that I interacted with was so amazing! I dropped off my car for oil service, and they asked if they could wash and vacuum the car as well, which was really nice! They kept me updated throughout the entire day in terms of what they were doing, what they were finding, and when the car would be ready. When I went to pick up the car, they were very nice and helpful and explaining the findings, answered all my questions, and they even gave me some pointers! Would definitely recommend taking your car here! Amazing service and wonderful people :)Service: Oil change

Moving to a different area has its downside when it comes to services...they are a unknown until services rendered...lucky for me, the service writer for car tender was the service writer for the shop I had work done on my car from the area I just moved away from. I've known Rob for a couple years now..he knows is stuff and would never work for a shop that he couldn't put his stamp of approval on for quality of services. Car Tender did not disappoint...excellent service and repairs...thank you mechanic's and thank you Rob.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I must say, Car Tender is excellent. I recently took a car there to get a pre-purchase inspection. Rob gave me a full breakdown of every single repair that they noted equipped with Photos and Notes for every repair. Then, he gave me a call to talk through each one of the repairs in detail so that way I can understand what was needed on the vehicle. It really shows the amount of care that Car Tender exemplifies. I really do appreciate their business and it s been a true pleasure giving them my business. Highly recommend anyone going to these folks, especially for a Pre-purchase inspection!Service: Vehicle Inspection
