We bought a beautiful Cadillac XT5 from Cindy Ortega. She was the best car salesperson I have ever worked with in my life! She was frindly and kind, and we never felt pressured. If you want to have a wonderful experience buying a car, just ask for Cindy. Throughout the process, the entire team honored the deal we made, and we felt very taken care of. I recently bought a used Chevrolet Bolt EV from Brotherton Cadillac. The closing process was successful, and the car is in very good shape. It took a lot of effort to get the closing handled to my liking.Brotherton employs a lot of salespeople, and I found myself getting bounced from one to the next with little hesitation, but the closing process included long waits and multiple financial mistakes. I bought a car that wasn't a Cadillac, so I didn't expect the dealers to be trained on it; still, it was still disappointing to get so little substantive information about the car, compared with the volume of basic sales cliches and amateurish errors. One salesman said that the mechanic who inspected the Chevy loved it so much that he considered buying it himself; I guess the mechanic had a change of heart. Another salesman offered to deliver the car to my home on a Sunday night, less than an hour after he accepted my offer, only backing off when I told him I didn't have anywhere near enough cash on hand, and that banks weren't open on that day. The dealership repeatedly put the wrong sales tax on the closing statement, correcting it only after I pointed out the electric vehicle incentives that, admittedly, most Cadillacs don't qualify for. I put a deposit down to hold the car, but the final payment didn't reflect it, requiring me to once again call the dealership to request that it be refunded to me.My car wasn't the only Chevrolet, nor the cheapest one, in Brotherton's inventory. I encourage any used car buyer to do their homework carefully and negotiate a price by phone, to save yourself at least some time while buying from Brotherton.

Thank you Owen for helping us get my mom the car of her dreams! After doing some research online we decided to come in to test drive the car. Owen greeted us upon arriving and was incredibly kind personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that he was so patient with my mom and didn t rush her at all to make a decision. By the end he just felt like family!! We are new to car buying and it couldn t have been a better experience. Thank you Owen and the team at brotherton! I stopped in randomly without an appointment at the service reception area with a question about my key fob for a Chevy Silverado (not purchased at this location). Chris not only researched my question about the cost of a new fob but he also took the time to examine my fob and discovered it had dirt and other materials inside.He quickly cleaned the fob and explained how it can get dirty over time. Chris saved me $150 for a new fob and demonstrated the highest level of customer service and empathy. Thank you Chris!

I prefer Doug's Cadillac and likely won't buy from this dealer again. I was misled to think my car included more features by the salesman than it has. No floor mats, only one key fob. I have never been more disappointed in a new car than this 2020 CT4 we purchased. It has already been to the service department in less than a month after purchase. Was told nothing was wrong, then my check engine light came on once my car was returned. I emailed the sale manager to discuss my experience, no response. When you are wanting to purchase luxury this dealer misses the mark. Would not recommend.

All of the staff members were very respectful and courteous. Sales Associate Dru acknowledged our presence right away and offered his assistance even though he had an appointment scheduled with someone else. He was very patient and forthcoming.

I worked with Emad and Johnny when buying my used 2022 Camry, and it was a better car buying experience than the two new vehicles I recently purchased from other dealers in the area. Emad was friendly, very funny and knew the vehicles inside and out. We mainly communicated over email which was easier for me but usually makes this process much harder. Emad went above and beyond in providing me with the information I needed to move forward and come into the dealership. He also had the car cleaned and ready when we showed up and made the test drive very easy. The finance manager Johnny was friendly and great to sign up paperwork with. He explained everything to us in detail and made sure we knew what what going on and when. My experience here was amazing, My car is in flawless condition, I got it for a very fair price, and the process was easier than any car buy I've ever made. Thanks again Emad and Johnny, I will recommend Brotherton Cadillac NW to anyone looking for a new car.

I have purchased a few cars in my day and I can honestly say that this dealership really made the process pleasant. We came into this dealership on a bit of a whim, having been sniffing around for a new Buick. However, after trying out the model we thought we wanted, we found ourselves disappointed. So at that point, we were thinking of leaving when I saw the vehicle we wanted. Aman was our sales person and Keith was the sales manager. They were each very personable and where most people have come off as being your typical car sales person, these two made us feel like they truly cared about our goals. I would one hundred percent buy from them again.

Our experience with Drew Dussault was what car buying is supposed to be. Helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Brotherton went above and beyond to get us a great deal but also make sure we got what we were looking for. I ve tried out other dealerships for service near my home, but have not been satisfied with their level of service. This by far was the best experience I have had in a car dealership in my life. Our car salesman, David, was on top of his game and had answers to every question that we asked. We purchased the Cadillac Lyriq and he went out of his way to show us a ton of extra cool features. We were upfront regarding our time (not wanting to be at the dealership all day) and I can honestly say this was the fastest we have ever purchased a car. They were flexible with price and willing to work with you. Their finance team was very explanatory and the finance process was very quick and thorough. If you need to bring your car to the dealership for any issues, they can get you an appointment the next week, not months later (this was very different from our last car manufacturer). The whole experience from the time we showed up to the time that we left was a 10/10. The entire staff that we interacted with were genuinely nice and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market to purchase a Cadillac and would recommend asking to work with David! Don t ever buy from these guys!! They will sell the car from underneath you! The GM/Sales Manager and their sales team will rip you off. Buy from Bellevue Cadillac instead. They care about their customers and won t screw you over.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle on New Year's Day at Brotherton in Shoreline, and I can definitely say it has been a very Happy New Year so far based on this car-buying experience. We had inquired several weeks prior about a vehicle and spoke to "Eddie." Eddie took the time to go over the details of the vehicle over the phone and discussed our trade in as well. Living 150+ miles away and with the weather/mountain pass to deal with, it was appreciated that someone would take the time to answer some questions and details over the phone. Although the vehicle we called about was unable to meet exactly what we were looking for, we did receive some text updates from Mauricio. Mauricio was totally down to earth, non-pushy, and just an overall nice guy to deal with. When he let us know that a vehicle was available meeting our desires and needs (AWD), we made a last-minute impromptu visit to Shoreline to go look at the Cadillac that was described.We texted Mauricio upon arrival and he showed us several vehicles and promptly took my wife and I on a test drive. Never once did he discuss finances, price, or the constant sales pitch that everyone is so used to dealing with when visiting car dealerships. He was just a down-to-earth normal guy that made us feel comfortable and just made the experience fun. We were on a very tight deadline to make a pre-arranged appointment in Seattle, and after some negotiation and receiving TOP DOLLAR for our Trade-in, we got our fully loaded Cadillac, AND EVEN A 4 YEAR Warranty, within the price range we had set for ourselves. Yes there were some negotiations, but never any pressure from Mauricio, the sales manager, or the finance director.I am often quick to write reviews from any type of business when I feel I have had a poor experience or feel mistreated, but the same is true for when I get to give praise to a business or company that I feel delivered excellent customer service. This was our first time purchasing what I consider a luxury automobile and all I know is that we felt like we were treated with total respect, kindness, and just an overall fantastic attitude from Mauricio and all the staff at Brotherton Cadillac NW. They did not obtain a customer on New Years Day, they obtained a couple of customers for life! Here is a picture of my wife and I on our New Years Day purchase with Mauricio (my wife was so excited she always wanted a new car purchase with a big red bow on the hood and not only did Mauricio deliver, he even made up another key fob and keychain as well while we were signing the papers).PS - I would deduct .001 stars if possible due to the fact I heard the owner is a Coug (along with my wife), but hey, not everyone or everything can always be perfect! I regret having bought from that dealer because they sold me a car and lied to me about the repairs they were going to do to the car. It's been more than eight months since I bought it and every time I call they only tell me that they are going to call me back and never They do it, I think they take advantage of people who don't speak English well. If anyone here knows a good lawyer, please send me his number. I'm tired of this.

Don't buy car from this dealership they mark up the cars over $10000 and they don't show you the sticker price by the time you find out it's to late. I bought a car for $73800 later I found out that the car was only $63500. Last week (8 months later) i took the car for trade the they offered $44000.and didn't get my floormats.

This is about Drew he was on time, and answered the questions we posed to him. Since we pre-ordered, there wasn t a great deal of negotiation needed. The issues I ve had with the process had nothing to do with him. The 7500 credit from Cadillac was helpful.

I love Doug's. I bought an ATS from them in October and everything went really smooth. I felt great about the price and Ron Johnson was super helpful and low low pressure. My car was getting a new Cue system and they gave me a newer model of the car I bought as a loaner all week.I took it back for my free oil change and regular maintenance this week, and they gave me a free loaner as well (Loaded version of my personal vehicle). Thank you! You've earned yourself another long-term customer.
