I went in today for a headlight. I d looked on YouTube and knew I needed to remove the battery housing over the headlight. I was nervous. The autozone employee walked out with me and replaced the headlight bulb for me. It was awesome service.

Patrick is Super helpful and goes the extra mile. he saved me money by not just reading the error, but finding YouTube videos on how to locate the faulty part and use the products I bought to fix the issue. I learned a lot yesterday thanks Patrick!!

Went in just before closing had been given wrong oil filter 2 times by O'Reilly and was not happy first gentleman did what he could but was unable to help then a younger tall guy came over ended up going out of his way back and forth with 4 different oil filters finally got the right one while trying to get the store ready to close. Thank you for your help...

I was helped by the store manager, Patrick. He gave me great advice and helped me with a dead battery, even offered to install it himself. My family and I have been coming here for years and everyone's always been so helpful and clear. Thank you guys!

Came in around 8pm to get my battery replaced and could tell it was a long day for the two guys working. AJ still managed to be respectful, adaptable, and efficient. The guy who helped us at the register was great as well, forgot his name but he had a septum ring & sharp prioritization skills. Give them both raises NO CAP!!!!

Horrible location surrounded by homeless beggars, drug addicts, and the parking lot was even dirtier than inside the store. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work there.

The kid who helped me out, I don t remember name but he wears a beanie, was super awesome and patient with all my questions. He ran my codes and explained it all to me, so helpful! I definitely recommend this location!

I needed to replace a headlight bulb and Patrick went so out of his way to help me! Not only did he help me replace it for no additional cost, he checked on a few other things and helped me with those as well. All in an incredibly quick, efficient, and kind manner. The manager helped me out with my car battery he was an hour over his shift and treated me like I was his granddaughter. He was patient, kind, caring and gave my friend and I good advice lol. I really appreciate him and will for sure be going back if I have any other maintenance. He also made sure my uncle was okay with my decision of getting a certain car battery. You don't get that kind of service anywhere.

I walked into this store to buy a battery. I was approached by an employee who asked if I needed help picking one out. I told him no thank you , to which he said why not .I asked what he meant and he responded with I just want to make sure you don t get it wrong .What a weird way to approach someone. Unless I walk into a store that has an open sales floor with commission based employees, I would expect to only need to tell an employee once that I don t need their help.I just found this whole interaction presumptuous and mildly disrespectful. I knew exactly what I needed, I was simply comparing their prices to their competitors next door.Though their competitor has higher prices, I took my business there based on this interaction.Don t be so weird, dude! Not everyone needs to be graced with your presence.

I had a great experience at this AutoZone! I'd been having issues with my battery, and I brought my car in to get it tested. A nice associate did the test and let me know I needed a new one. I bought a new battery and Patrick installed it for me, even though it was a busy time of day at the store. It was even snowing outside, and Patrick cranked through the job with a smile on his face while having a pleasant conversation. I'd highly recommend this location!

Thought I needed a new battery, turns out I just needed to clean it. I believe his name was Patrick, had me buy a coke for himself and I, poured it on the battery, cleaned it up and it worked like new. Saved me a few hundred bucks. Great, awesome staff!

Stars if my choice august 13th 10:15 am the 2 dudes working are rudeDo not know how to use a ocb scannerAnd the older dude wanted to act tough and basically talked down about his own employee and not knowing how todo things store is a disgrace and the managers don t make it any better use oreilys

The employee with the backward hat and glasses is incrediblya rude every time for no reason. We were only in line for maybe 2 minutes and had the part number already pulled up and this guy was being as rude and condescending as possible. We'll be avoiding this store from now on.

I'm not a car person at all and needed a new battery + some brake fluid. I walked in looking for help and Hayden was friendly and informative, he helped me pick out and installed my battery for me, and I was out within 15 minutes. I'll be coming back if I need anything else! Thanks!

I ordered brake pads from this location/online and chose the same day delivery option. Pretty cool option when you need something quickly delivered.The person that delivered the brakes, asked my husband to see my ID. Never had that happen but ok seems legit, I guess. My issue was that he was questioning my husband since my middle name is on my ID but wasn't on the order. The address on my order and the one you showed up at is the same as the one on my ID. Just seems ridiculous to me.

I came into AutoZone scared about all the warning lights on my dashboard but thanks to Patrick's expertise, patience, and creativity I left with confidence that my car was safe to drive and having learned a lot in the process. I was especially amazed at his knowledge of parts, ability to troubleshoot, and how when we had to add transmission fluid and the opening was small and hard to get to that he experimented with multiple funnels and contraptions eventually making one out of a plastic water bottle that was the only thing that worked. Genius, kind, and beyond helpful!! Thank you, Patrick!

These guys are great! My check engine light came on and I stopped to see if they could plug in the diagnostic tool to see what the problem was. They used the tool and found that a fuel vapor tube could be blocked or have moisture in it. Instead of having to take my car to a mechanic, they told me to try adding some Techtron fuel additive when the tank was half full, then fill with gas. Within minutes of me doing that (and after driving a few days to bring the tank level down), the light went out! They saved me a lot of money right before Christmas!

I just have to say that I honestly love coming to this specific AutoZone location in Shoreline, right next to the Fred Meyers. Not only do I love this store location for it s early opening/late closing hours, it s vast selection that they always keep stocked with every part that I have ever needed, but also because of the amazing service that I receive from the employees that work here.What set today s trip off from the rest and urged me to post a review, was the incredible service that I received from Caleb. I have had yet to receive a level of service such as this until today and I am truly impressed and very happy that I came in today and at the time I did. Caleb not only helped me with my issue that I originally came in with, he also gave me advice on specific questions that I had and recommended certain products over others leading me to the final purchase that I have been putting off until the last minute due to my indecisiveness. I feel as though Caleb really went above and beyond the normal level of customer service that employees typically display, PLUS he seemed to genuinely care about helping others and putting his best effort into his job, which you don t see very often anymore.I am incredibly impressed and think that someone (*ahem* Caleb *ahem*) should definitely get a promotion/raise/or at least some sort of award to be praised for his good work so that he can continue his journey of being awesome.If you are reading this as well, Thank You Again Caleb!!- Autumn

The associated sales manager Malina is the worst here. I was here 2 days ago to get a car battery, the the guy who was there was willing to help and offered me to replace or charge and tested my battery and he removed my battery because I didn t have the tools but told me i need to replace it.I came in two days after to buy the battery and i met Melina and see was rude to me and didn t want to help with putting the battery on.She said we can t put the battery on for u neither get your battery for core, you need to get it ur self, I don t have enough employees here. Although 2 people were in the store and no customer was present. Im surprised because 2 days ago the other people helped me with the battery.She is rude and doesn t want to help at all. She just lost a customer who was there to purchase a battery over a non sense reason.Just bought my battery from Oreilly.

I was in auto zone on the 14th of July and Melinda helped me with a battery she also took the time to take out my old one and help put in the new one. She was very knowledgeable on other things that I needed to know as well. Her and the younger guy working there were very polite and pleasant. Thank you again for the help!

This store has knowledgeable staff with great customer service. They've always been professional and extremely helpful. Their store is always clean and we'll organized and I couldn't be happier with them. 5 stars for sure.

I m not sure how you can get a part wrong when they ask you to give the year make, model and all the details but Patrick was great in helping me exchange it and give me some solid advise. Thank you Patrick!
