They did a good job on the needed repairs, didn't suggest anything too unnecessary, and after I saw that they had cleaned the connections on my battery (there was some leaked battery acid/rust) and didn't charge for it, which was a pleasant surprise.

I called to ask if they did auto body repair, which they don't, but they went above and beyond by sharing a local auto body repair shop that could help me!! This is the customer service that creates trust and loyalty.I will definitely bring my car to Arnie's for auto services!

And Again,..As a RETURNING CUSTOMER.Job done in the time,..And for the Price Quoted.As Well as explaining other problems and options. And "0" pressure. Just Advise......................Actually in THIS case...Vehicle not worth the abundant Repairs.But safe and drivable. And on our way.No Charge..................Give them a Try. You'll be back as we will !!!As for the Dog Hair left behind....oh,.. That was Already There : )Yeah,... Good Doggie

Best auto repair shop! Carlos is honest, fair, and always explains what is needed, or not needed, in terms that are easy to understand. He makes time to get our cars in for repair. I ve not had to wait weeks to get scheduled. I m a customer for life. This place has been super reliable the couple of times I needed emergency work on my car. They do a great job, and I'm sure they're all nice, but Carlos is seriously the best. He explains why they're doing what they're doing in a really easy way. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Thabk you, folks!

Price was reasonable , very fair, they repaired everything that they said they would in the expected time and the car continued to function.What more do you really need?Problem is alot of people know about this shop and they are busy. If you don't know when you are going to break down , you might have to wait a week before it is your turn.

After my last mechanic did me wrong and caused some issues, these men got to work pretty much right away and got the job done flawless. Should have come here to begin with. Will be back. Great staff, great Owner, great experience. 10/10

Wednesday, asked them if they could look at my car, said not today but tomorrow. Drop it off early Thursday, they diagnosed and repaired in one day. Didn't charge me for something I asked for because it turned out it wasn't broken just needed cleaning. Four stars only because I don't give out five stars like candy but, if anyone deserved it, it'd be these guys. Thanks Carlos!

Solid, dependable service and quotes that don't change. You can bring in your classic or your new car, you will get a no fluff estimate, the work will be above standard and done within the time frame given. I really appreciate being able to depend on Arnie's and I've brought them everything but a boat to work on...someone else did that.

Thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and fairly priced. I drive from Ballard to bring my car here because I trust these mechanics and never feel like they're ripping me off. Highly recommend.

Have went to them many times over. Carlos always take care of me. If you want honest mechanics who look out for you rather than pick you upside down and shake you til money falls out, go here

Rodger is an absolutely wonderful human being. He was kind, honest, helpful, and fair. We had a car problem while on a long trip, and our adventure was saved thanks to his help!! We came late in the day, and when no one else could help, they got us on the road again. Thank you thank you thank you. Please give this small shop your business. They completely deserve your dollars.

I needed to get some work done to pass emissions. They got me in the next day while working around my schedule. The work was done fast and in line with the estimate. I'm happy with the work done. I will be bringing my truck back here in the future if I need anything else fixed.

I was very scared to take my truck somewhere with so much incompetence theses days.I was straight up with Roger. My truck had sat for 2 years. He got it up and running at a reasonable cost. Also very quick turn around.GREAT SERVICE!

I've had Roger worked on my wife's 2000 oldsmobile many times. He has called me and explained the problem and and costs of repairs before starting the work. His work is excellent and cost on repairs are very fair. Arne's auto repair will be where we take are vehicles for repairs for life.

Every family needs that one place they can trust to diagnose ,and repair their vehicles with skill ,and integrity.. Roger ,and the guys at Arne's Auto Services provide just that level of excellence ... They have done everything for me from complete engine swap on my BMW 525i to fuel pump installation on my suv ,and other maintenance needs in between.. Great can do ,and honest diagnostics of issues . Even advice on DIY projects that I have dacked up :-\Give them a try

Great shop lots of honest people at the shop . Rodger doesn't fix it quick he fixes it right . they get your car back to quick and with price quoted . I've broken my car a lot and he's always been there to fix it . GREAT SHOP WITH GREAT PEOPLE only place ill take my cars

Horrible service. Had to take my vehicle back multiple times after they said it was fixed. I don t think the staff knows what they are doing and if so they do a really bad job.
