Don't even waste your time here worst experience ive ever had. I should of saw the red flags when I couldnt even get anyone to answer the phone in the Auto care center I had to book my appointment on the app. I bought some new tires from walmart and had them scheduled to be put on my car. I showed up 10 minutes into my appointment email said they hold my spot for 15 minutes. I WAS THERE but the associate was to busy talking to people while I WAITED! by the time he got to me he said I was too late! On top of that he had a bad attitude and didn't want to help me at all. I spent 500$ for new tires and their service to put them on. Since they didn't want to I have decided to return my order all together.

They were unable to mount my tires and had no reason why other than it was against their policy. They said that it was unsafe to put the tires on that I had but they could not explain to me why or how it was unsafe. They were however willing to order me brand new tires at an outrageous price.And as I was leaving one of the workers directed me to a different tire shop who was able to help me so I do appreciate that.And the tires can't possibly be too unsafe because I've driven from Washington to Florida on them with no problems.I do feel strongly that they should have told me the reasons that they said it was unsafe to mount these tires though especially before a road trip that seems like important information that was kept for me for some unknown reason. Or maybe they just did not know themselves.Anyways the road trip went well and the tires are fine so that's good.

They would not balance my brand new set of tires because they were manufactured 10 years ago, "dot regulations". nothing was wrong with them. They did swap some other tires for me. I was given a slip when i dropped them off, that said i can pay at the checkout. Went to pay up front, was sent to the auto desk where they said they couldn't either because there was no paperwork done for my tires. Which were sitting there ready and i had to wait.Service: Auto tire replacement

Called Walmart Auto Center at 5:00 asked if they were busy. Lady said "no". Asked if I drive up there can I get in? She said "yes as long as your here by 6:30."Showed up at 6:15 gentleman told me I couldn't get an oil change. I told him the lady said I could as long I was there by 6:30. The older gentleman it's not happening bud as spit was coming out of his mouth. Drove to the location from Olympia.Update:Went back today right when they opened. Definitely better customer service. Oil change was quick, easy and simple. So I brought the stars from a 1 to a 2.

Thus used to be my go-too car center but for unrelated reasons, I switched to another company. This shop always did good work for me. They can be short staffed and slow some times but that's anywhere you go honestly.

Very unpleasant experience slowest moving people I've ever seen in the automotive department. Had a appointment even. Find another walmart or any other tire shop in my opinion. If your in a hurry stay away. Must be nice to be paid to stand around and talk.

Had an AM appointment but they were already behind. No big deal but very anxious worker requested my phone number. Work was done in a quick 30 min. but no call or text to inform it was done. More importantly I purchased these tires at this location and they installed stick on weights. I was here now for a rebalance and rotation but when I got the car back they had installed hammer on weights. They told me I had to request them even though they had to remove old stick on weights to rebalance... Now instead of solving the issue they told me to make another appointment to resolve it. Not how Discount Tire would have handled it.

We go here frequently. My 6 year old was very concerned because a guy was there last time we were and said he was going to give the automotive center a bad review for not having the tires he wanted and he drove for an hour. Piece of advice, if you're driving in that far (which we do too) call ahead to see if they have the tires you need. Especially during winter. The service is always great, they work so hard and are always busy. Some days more than others. Be sure to call ahead though for tires!

The guy behind the counter was useless and wouldn't help me when I first came in, and then the mechanic guys were rude and sketchy. They claimed that "policies" prevented them from selling me only 1 pair tires, and that I could get a quote for 4 tires. They could only help me if I buy a set of 4 tires. I understand that two of my tires were bald, but I'm at Walmart. It should be pretty obvious that I can't afford more than what I asked for, since that's what Walmart is for, you know, supposedly being affordable.I'd rather leave a scathing review and never come back to Walmart for anything ever again, other than "safe-ish places to take a dump at 3 a.m."

I have been calling for days to verify that you have tires for my truck. I called at least 5 times every day this week since Monday... Today is Friday. My call was never answered by anyone. Pretty lame. I know it's Walmart but I am still really disappointed that the tire and service is so poorly managed. I blame the store leadership.

Great service no attitudes senior friendly well spoken & they appreciate your business.$ 24.95 for a conventional oil change I can't do it for that amount myself.

Unless you show up in person, don't bother doing business with the auto center. Phone system either doesn't work or no-one bothers to answer. Spent 15 min on hold several times in a row before getting a human being, just so I could schedule a tire install for an Internet order (dealing with the order process itself was incredibly frustrating as well). Never going to buy tires at Walmart again.

Went in, waiting in live for an oil change for over 20min as the lady working was cutting a key.... A line started building up, she never acknowledge any of us. Then slowly walks over and advises there is a 3hr wait for the oil change... Are you serious??!!! Why didn't you tell us this before we waited over 20min??!!!! So annoying and SO rude.

Awesome helpful people. Got a 3 hour run around from Les Schwab and Walmart squared me away in less than a hour. Keep up the good work and thanks again. Without you guys our Memorial weekend would have been shot.

I bought three of the cheapest tires at this place... It came out to 123$ mounted and balanced cost 15 per tire... Comes out to 45$... That's 12345.... Blew my goddang mind... And also.. A tire.. That's why I needed 3 more to match.

A few of the employees working at the Shelton facality are lost, untrained, dont care and oh yes thank you for my tire the 1 you just rolled to the bay doors cleaned it up against the building say heres your tire and walks away! Why thank you have a nice day and as a matter of fact I not only can roll this tire to my SUV but I also can carry it too and even loaded it in back all by myself and you have a good day too sir!

Great place to get a oil change and filter while you shop for those other things you need. The price is cheaper than I can do it at home so it's a no brainier. And they sell good tires but can't aline your front end.

This is the second attempt at getting 2 new tires and been turned away by the same woman. The first time she told me they prefer an appointment.because the "guys don't like to work". This time it was because she was waiting for someone with an appointment. She has to be losing them business and money.

Had them rotate my tires. A blue-haired boy named Sean. Had a flat the next day. Went to change it, and saw one of the lug nuts was literally just hangin on. Took it in to Wal-Mart the next morning. They looked over their work order, and watched video. Said it was not them, despite the lug bolt being clearly over torqued and stripped three threads in. Refused to so anything other than say not their fault. Do not truth them with your tires. Let them change oil and other menial things, but take your tires and such to people who know how to do it poperly.

Friendly service as always. Problems with their handheld machines and the service staff didn't know a work around so they just did some of the service for free. But on the negative, they adjusted the drivers seat, and didn't need to as I had no service inside the car.

Brough my truck in to have tires mounted and balanced. They couldn't do either correctly and when I said something about it they argued with me. Completely unprofessional and I will never bring a vehicle to them again.

I came in. Wanted a FULL SET of tires. They only had 2, asked if they could adjust the size, it's a Kia(common car) they would not do it. There loss. So no tires $800+/- not spent, $49.95 oil change not spent. Stuff I was going to buy waiting $300 not spent. Business's not wanting business priceless.

Bad customer service, I waited two hours for them to put a tire on my rim,it was done in 20 minutes but no one bothered to let me know, then they had the wrong invoice. Never again.

I was at the auto center and asked for the deluxe version of an oil change and all fluid chand and vacuum the whole works for 29.99 and sad to sad the only thing that actually happened was they added 5 qts of oil ,NO WASHER FLUID NO, NO VACUUMING, NO OIL FILTER , ECT I WAS SO UP SET AND WILL NEVEE RETURN FOR MY VEHICLE....I DEPEND ON MY CAR FOR EVERYTHING

You can't get help, nobody knows how to help you. It is so frustrating and unorganized that I never go there unless I have no other choice. And every time I have to go there it is the same thing over again. I gladly spend more money in other places just so I don't have to deal with Walmart and how they do business.

I got tires and now I have a shake in my front end that was not there when I brought it in. Will be bringing it back for a fix.

This is will be the one and only time I deal with this tire center. People are rude and unhelpful!!! They don t answer the phones at all, really just disappointed how they treat people with disrespect and rudeness

It like any walmart really .,it's an older building ,has everything for a small town store..I love the fact that WAlmart will hire older folks ect.
