Came In with a flip key fob. New key had to be cut and programmed. The key was cut so we'll it looked better than the original Key when it was new . I was in and out in 3 min tops. Key slid right in my key cylinder if not better than the original when it was new . 5 stars highly recommended. Don't let other people's bad experiences deter you from a Business. Some customers act like they are the pope of customers. employees are people too. There's always more than meets the eye. But any who I appreciate the excellent craftsmanship

We had just unpacked to check on our cabin when my Blue Heeler (placed inside while we started the campfire) decided to jump up on the door and locked us out with all car and cabin keys inside. Thankfully we had our cell phones so it could've been a worse situation. After a four hour drive, turning around was not an option to retrieve an extra set of keys. I contacted Olympic Lock and Key around 6:30 PM. We are located 45 minutes away and Trevor showed up in 45 minutes with professionalism and a great sense of humor (which we needed at that time). He was able to pick the lock in under a minute...impressive but also scary knowing our lock could be picked so fast. Trevor is our hero and saved us a ton of money as our other option was to break-in through a window. Thank you, Trevor & Olympic Lock and Key. We appreciate you more than you will ever know. Great service, open late, and reasonable price. 5 stars!

I cannot sing high enough PRAISE for the service I received late at night! Not only did my technician show up quickly to unlock an exterior utility room door to uncover a broken water pipe that had been running for weeks, he tried to shut off the main water supply. When we were unsuccessful, he called the city water company, who referred him to the fire department to shut off the water! He made the call and WAITED for them to show up to assist me! The man was an angel, and shame on me for not asking his name! I would strongly recommend Olympic Lock and Key for you locksmith needs!

I was locked out of my truck and nearly in tears when I called Olympic Lock and Key. They showed up so fast and had me back in my truck so quickly. Thank you for such fast and friendly service! I highly recommend them.

Fabulous employees but I really think they should offer punch cards because I call him too often, always locking my keys inside my car. Like my 5th lockout should be free LOL

My primary lock and keys guy. They have closed up shop and rescued locked cars many times and all hours to rescue my teenagers or me. Without damage to the cars. Very personalanle guys.

Amazing service and prices. Friendly and reasonable. I stumbled across them for just needing a service while being near by needing a new key fob. I honestly can t remember a time I received such transparent and straight forward customer service. These guys are the BEST( sincerely Hyundai owner who will hopefully give an update soon)

Trevor Meyer was just rescuing us by making a new key for our motorhome. We are camping at the Waterfront at Potlatch (a beautiful location) and the door to our RV suddenly got stuck. Trevor said he would be here in 30 minutes (he got here early). We are very grateful to his knowledge and help!!!and saved the day.

I simply wanted a spare key made for my truck. The guy behind the counter says "sure." I didn't even have to take the key off of the key ring. He walked over to the machine and in literally 60 seconds I had a new key, for under $3. Yes, it works fine.

On a Saturday morning, holiday weekend, they were able to get to me quickly and charged a very fair price based on the circumstance, travel time/distance, etc. Nothing but 5 stars from me! Thank you!

Trevor is amazing guy, the Shelton community is lucky to have such a nice guy, arrived on time (early) and even helped me get unstuck on icy road. Worth every penny!!!

A rude rude, invasive, hostile employee (Travis I believe) put us through the ringer for hours, then increased the price which I still agreed to pay, and when I said his practices were foul he yanked the receipt from my hand fleeing immediately with the key and my credit card information. We supplied more than ample proof of identification, contrary to the lies of the review respondant, and feel that the employee was discriminatory toward the person I had called them to help out. The initial call was also on Saturday night but their help did not arrive until monday morning. This business is of the lowest character.

Called them to get a key programmed, which we have never had a problem getting done before. We had the key we needed and everything. It just needed to be programmed. He came out and said he couldn't program the key, but still charged us almost $50 for a service fee, even though the service we needed wasn't provided. Never using again.Service: Car digital & remote key reprogramming

I had them cut a new smart key for me, but I didn't have the car with me and I had a valet key - not the original (unbeknownst to me). So, when it didn't work I took it back expecting to have to buy a new one, and they were able to recut it so that it worked. It was over $80 because it was electronic, and they didn't even charge for the recut! My new heroes...

We got locked out and although I had to call 3 different times, Dan was the only locksmith in the Hood canal area that picked up the phone on a Sunday afternoon. He estimated he would get to our house from Shelton in 45 min but came even sooner than expected! Our door lock was a tight one but he got it open and was even able to duplicate the key in his van. We paid $90 for the new key and his service to unlock the front door, which was well worth it! Thanks so much Dan and hope I never have to see you again

Dan was great! First of all he was the only locksmith to pick up his phone. Second he was super quick and his price was fair. Highly recommended. Thank you.JAN 2021 UPDATE:Well sure enough I locked myself out of the house... and as sure as God has sandals, Dan the man with the plan, picked up the phone at 0930 pm and I was back inside my house in no time.Pretty freakin grateful to have such a reliable expert in our little town

i can not express the appreciation to the shop guy Dan who solve my big trouble today after i accidentally locked my car key at the car trunk. Just imagine i visit shelton with very poor cellphone signal. it is really hard to find one locksmith in the area! Dan picked up my call politely and followed up my request, showed up within 45 mins professionally. The lockout was fixed in less than 2 minutes and Dan even helped to work with AAA. if i would rate a service, this is more than perfect.Service: Car lockouts

I just needed to cut a key for my SUV. Took about 5 minutes total in and out. I will do my business here again in the future. Price is very affordable although I can't say it on here.

My boyfriend and I left the car keys on the dashboard without thinking twice. Triple A said he d be an hour but our locksmith only took 20 minutes. We re able to pick up the kids on time thanks to him. Thank you!!
