Harley was an amazing help. My mom has brain damage and regardless of her not very appropriate language he was polite, patient and very helpful. Great customer service!

The first time I was at the store I had an amazing experience. However when I had to order a car part it was like pulling teeth to get the store to hand over a car part. My fianc� had me pay for her replacement tail light. When I went to pick up the part for her in December they told me she had picked up the part in October. Turns out she never picked up the part -I was given wrong information i.e. told a flat out lie. Why would they tell me she picked it up? I can confirm these things since I live with her.When I finally picked up the tail light today I had to have her on the phone in order for them to hand over the car part. The clerk asked me Why we took so long? Well working class people are busy and have a lot going on in their lives.Interesting how a company can take 300 dollars from you in an Instant, but have it take months to hand over a tail light.Has anyone else had this much trouble to pick up a part that cost 300 bucks?

I've been lucky, in the past, with finding unusual car accessories items, but I was out of luck this time. Still, it's a well stocked store, with great staff.

I don t just give a bad review, or I never give a bad review. My car broke down two miles for this Oriely location, fault battery! I walked with my old battery all the way to that location to buy a new one. I gave them my old battery, my head and model of the car and they gave me a new one. I was begging people to drive me back because the area did not have Uber or taxi. Finally someone gave me a ride back to my car to find out they gave me the wrong battery that doesn t even fit in my car! I had to walk back and exchange it!!!! The person who helped me buy the batter didn t even say anything other than oh!

Really great experience at this store. I bought headlights for my Jeep and didn't know how to install them and they were kind enough to help me out and install them for free! They are honest and have great customer service.

I will NEVER go here again. Bought a set of speakers, had to order them. When I arrived I got one set of speakers but had been charged for two. Came back with the receipt a week later and the manager said his records showed I picked up 2 sets. Which I didn't. The worker that I dealt with wasn't there and wouldn't be for a week. It costs me almost that much just to drive to town and back, not worth the trip. I restore old trucks and literally spend thousands of dollars at auto part stores, never O'Reilly again though. I'd rather order from China than ever set foot in this store again. It was out and out theft, and to lose my business over $40... Shame. Good job guy.

Consistently, when you walk into an O Reilly s, I always find the staff to be kind, interested in helping me and knowledgeable in their scope of their products and practice.

This is by far the best auto parts store of all the chains. Knowledge across the board and friendly, attentive service! The friendly part is becoming hard to find anymore, so customer service is the biggest factor for me personally. They are and have always been consistent.

This store has had a reputation for it's good customer service and quality parts throughout the years, but lately I've gotta say that the parts have become unnecessarily over priced minus the quality of the part... Not only has the price gone up but the employees have become"know it all's" per say, not all of them there are still a few good ones but there is nothing more frustrating, in my opinion, than the parts salesman behind the counter telling you that you need something completely different than the parts you are asking for, or having them tell you there is no such part when I'n fact you know there is and even have to pull it up on your phone before they will even try to look it up in there system... Hats off to San employee by the name of Jacob at the Shelton branch who took the extra time helping me look up a few parts that I couldn't figure out what the formal term was for them, thank you Jacob...

Made an appointment at the tire shop a week ago to get a new battery. Got there and was told they didn't order the battery. So sent the hubby to O'Reilly and boom battery in stock. Boom free installation. Next time I need a battery this is were I am coming. Thank you Stephanie you are a rock star!

The staff is very friendly very helpful you can borrow tools you just have to put a down payment down and then when you return them you get all your money back pretty awesome deal

They stay open late... And you can conveniently preorder parts online. The employees are always super friendly, too. Being a woman, I appreciate not being treated as if I couldn't possibly know what I'm doing in an auto parts store... Thank you!

Very helpful! The manager made sure I had the right part, problem solved, looked at my vehicle, and explained how/why my car was acting the way it did, AND installed it for me. AMAZING service!!! LOVE THEM.

Great place to get your check engine light checked out for free. They also have very competitive prices compared to any other local parts store. The staff is always friendly here and willing to help.

Great atmosphere, great customer service, great prices, only complaint is the ratio I'm given the wrong part to getting the right part. Whoever does data input now cuts corners and blows through without checking their work and it causes unnecessary inconveniences.

Its great to have an auto parts store some people complain about the price and shop online but when you need it now you can't shop online I bet they don't complain then. Online stores don't have overhead and pay medical ,dental or social security and so on and so on.

Love this place they meet. Beat or match anyones prices and they will come out and install wiper blades turn signal brake and headlights probably more things than I even know. They are awesome here!
