I had a weird wiper blade that neither Google nor their internal computer would give a clear answer on, but Sara didn't give up and figured it out for me! She had top notch customer service, knew the store, and if her bosses are reading this she definitely deserves a raise! I'd be willing to bet my paycheck she's not getting nearly as much as she deserves.

Ordered a part to which my confirmation said part will be ready today at 10 am. Got a call 10 mins later staying my order is confirmed. 10 mins later they called back and said they can't get it til Tuesday. When I let them know my confirmation stated Monday not Tuesday they said not sure what to tell ya. Best we can do is Monday at 2. Called today( Monday after 2) guess what my part won't be here til Tuesday. Never again will I use napa

Reasonable prices, over the top assistance if you need it. Only place I'll go. If they don't have what what you need? They'll get it within generally a day.

So thankful for the great help from Jeremy and James today. They helped me get everything I needed for my project and were positive and uplifting the whole time they were tracking down parts for me. These guys are always on top of everything you buy here. The parts are always top of the line and great prices. My company has a trade line with them and they give us a good deal. If you need parts that won't fail out of the box, by them here

I bought a gallon of auto primer from everywhere locally possible. Hands down, Napa Auto Parts had the best quality of primer paint. Also, they mixed it for me and showed me how to save approx $30 when combining another offer they had going on with my purchase! That is hard to find these days- thank you staff for going above and beyond! Your integrity is why I will be a returning customer!

I got an alternator and the swapped the pulley over for me in 1 minute for free. Very knowledgeable. Better than other places in this are. I will definitely be back to shop here! Thank you!

The best auto part store with a wide selection, accurate part distribution and if you've got a classic, this is where you need to come for parts in Shelton. The other stores only use computers for part number reference and have a very hard time finding the correct part and they'll sell you the wrong part time and again. Napa, you'll notice, has huge books they'll pull out for difficult parts and classic vehicles and you'll get the right part darn near every time. Wonderful customer service from knowledgeable staff.

Did not have hydraulic fittings, store changes hours on weekly, would not work with customers issue. Retail did not know where in the store was the fitting for hydraulic. Bins were empty. Would not take customers hydraulic hose and sell them a fitting and put it on. Since they got bought out, the staffing does not know the job

85% of the time they have what I need in stock very helpful and knowledgeable and get good decent parts not junk reman parts good prices a lot better deals than cut rate or shucks

NAPA Auto Parts is a Fantastic place for all your automotive needs. The one thing i love about them is their variety. They have a lot of items that a lot of other part stores don't have, like factory fluids and parts. Excellent place to stop in for parts, etc.

This isn't a cheap store, but they guarantee the parts you spend your money on and they are a great group of people to interact with. Don't go cheap, go Napa!

Absolutely the best place to get parts for your car or truck! Accurate part matching! Knowledgeable staff! They still use the old big books for the older vehicles! If you've got a hard to find part, I suggest trying Napa! They may be a little more expensive, but you still have money with not having to bring back a part that was mismatched or misordered, not to mention the wasted time. Great friendly environment where you're comfortable discussing your mechanic issues and getting some great point of views!

I have always used Napa for their awesome customer service. This was my first visit to this particular store. The gentleman who was assisting others was kind enough to let me know someone would be with me shortly. On cue, someone from the back walked up and asked if he could help me. I inquired if they had batteries for key fobs. He said yes and pointed to an end cap. When I turned around he was gone. In my past experience, the clerk would WALK me to the area and actually help me figure out which item I needed AND offer to help insert/replace the item. If being pointed in the area is what I needed I would have stayed at Walmart.

Hit or miss. Sometimes staff knowledgeable, other times I have to educate them. Last tool loan I had was incomplete causing a lot of inconvenience. Went to O'Reilly's after returning NAPA tool and found deposit price cheaper and tool superior.

I don't recall ever having a good experience here in the last 14 years, and their prices are always higher and everywhere else. In addition - their staff does not seem to be very educated and and we always seem to get wrong parts or parts with pieces missing and have to go back. I'm sorry to post a poor review, but hopefully this might make the management step up a little bit.
