had phone appointment but by mistake went to Shelton office and was helped by Lola Vazquez. Very helpful and days later when I had questions about e-mails and mail received Lola explained all to me in a very professional and helpful way. We actually both ended up laughing. Very refreshing, enjoyed our visit and phone calls.M.P.

We have had numerous policies for many years with Melanie's agency. We are so impressed with their customer service. Over the last few years we have delt with Kay Peterson. Her knowledge, professionalism, and dependability always keeps us asking specifically for her. She always follows through and completes what she tells you she will do.In today's busy world, this is a much appreciated quality. My husband and I highly recommend Kat and Melanie's State Farm Agency.

We discussed life insurance possibilities with Cara Angell and were so impressed with her knowledge and guidance! She helped us find the best plan for us. No pressure, just info tailored to our needs presented in an understandable way. She also went over our current homeowner's and car insurance coverage and will be helping us make very low-cost adjustments that are incredibly beneficial. I highly recommend Cara and this office!

Ben Johnson did an excellent job of helping me navigate thru the world of auto insurance. Ben was able to answer all of my questions, e-mail copies of my insurance card and provide information and help with my request for emergency roadside service. The world needs more Bens, Thank you.

We changed most of our policies over to Melanie Bakala s State Farm agency in Shelton, WA last summer. I have worked with Cara Angell to make sure we had the right policies and coverages in this change to State Farm. She has worked with us/me and answered countless questions truly going above and beyond what any agent has ever done. At Melanie s agency, customer service still exists.Cara has earned our trust, and that says a lot! She can handle all our insurance needs and I will refer you all whenever I get the chance.

They will not let you talk to Melanie, the person I talked to on phone refused to take a message, saying she was out of office for weeks and would not talk to me. Just wanted help with a hit and run. Had state farm over 25 years. Just upset I can get no help. This review is about this office. The company is a different rating.

Kat was excellent in helping me transfer my car insurance to my new vehicle. She was on top of it as far as answering any questions I had and quick responses. Kat was very personable and kind throughout the process. I have loved my coverage with State Farm and highly recommend them to anyone.

I was having difficulty finding insurance for my company, and then I crossed paths with Cara Agnell, and BAM. She was inquisitive about my situation, reviewed past policies, contract terms, and listened to me rant about the joys of insurance. Didn't just throw a bunch of forms at me to fill out that I didn't understand. She was personable, professional, and helped me understand what I needed to do and the types of insurance I would need to bind for my type of work. I have full confidence that should something go wrong, I can call Cara in this Bakala State Farm branch and learn what I need to know! Thanks for your hard work and help!

I've been a client of Melanie's for a few years. I received a call to schedule a review of my policy from Annetta Miller. I informed her that I had moved to Idaho and she immediately calmed my fears that I could stay with Melanie. From the start of making the appointment, she was very helpful( I recently moved to Rupert Idaho from La Conner WA and was thrown off by the 1 hour difference in time lol). Annetta was on time and explained my policy in such a way that even a 5 year old would've understood. I showed the chart to my Fianc� who is with USAA(we're both veterans) and she saw I had a better deal than USAA had to offer and want to talk to Annetta about us bundling. Thanks Annetta for your help and insight. I'm looking fwd to speaking with you again soon.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. This morning, we discovered we were missing an important paper for our records, misplaced during a late afternoon visit: Levi looked for it, and, when it wasn't found, obtained a copy from claims and sent it to us via email. We are so grateful!

I had a 5 Star experience with Anna! She helped write a new construction home loan policy. I felt supported and cared for. I was asked good qualifying questions to help sort out what protections were needed to get the right coverage! I am grateful and happy with my new policy.

While Anna Fercoq seemed to lead the charge, everyone I spoke with was ready, willing and able to help. The entire staff was able to grasp my needs immediately. I started shopping insurance again after our current carrier s prices increased drastically. Cassie was amazing at explaining the policy quotes with State Farm! I am highly impressed with Anna. She helped me learn that I didn't have enough coverage and it was an easy process to get the correct policy using email and texting! I remember the old times when I'd have to take time off work and visit the office to conduct changes. This was simple and fast. I can rest easy knowing my items are covered in case of a loss.
