Natalie provided EXCELLENT customer service this afternoon. I came in to get a new set of tires to replace my winter studded set. Unfortunately, the Shelton location didn't have any that fit my Volvo, but Natalie was able to secure a set of new tires for me at the West Olympia location & it worked out great. I appreciate the friendly and prompt service! Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for tires in Mason County.

Had to take my truck in today because there was a screw in the middle of one of my tires causing a slow leak..I chose not to wait because the time was a little bit extensive based on appointments that were made and I was a walk-in.But I got the call that everything went well and they were able to patch it.. although my tires have nitrogen and Les Schwab doesn't carry nitrogen.. I can take it back to Ford and have a deflated and re-inflated with nitrogen no problem.The staff are all very friendly and helpful.The waiting room is very clean and tidy.Best news today was that it was no charge as they don't charge for flats..Highly recommend this Les Schwab location

Theyr so nice.they tightened our lug nuts and checked our air in our tires for us for free. If you are worried bout your tires at all even if your broke just go ask them to text them they will just so your safe.

Really disappointed. Been going to les schwab for over 20 years and never been treated like this. They Refused to even look at my truck to do a safety inspection to help me identify the source of a grinding noise coming from my front end unless i bought new tires from them first.

Curtis was thorough and attentive to not only my poor description of the issue but also in attempting to replicate the sound and adjusting the only thing that might be causing the noise. Thank you for your quick attention to my vehicle and getting me safely back on the road. :)

Was driving through Shelton on Feb10 and low tire indicator came on. Drove to Les Schwab and they were immediately able to determine the tire had an issue. (This was a busy Saturday) Two hours later the tire was repaired and we were on our way, at no charge. Have used Les Schwab for all vehicles and trailers. Tires, brakes, alignment, etc.Good company.

My family has been doing business there for over forty years. After today's experience we'll never go back again. Erika tried to charge me double what I was quoted and then argued with me about it and threatened to dismount my tires.

Wish I could give a higher rating.These workers did an amazing job, went above and beyond, and saved our trip when our rental caught a flat just before a major holiday.Natalie was so friendly and Miguel did an ace job at the service. They even put our spare tire back for us. Waiting room was clean and nice. Overall it was a terrible situation but if you find yourself in a bad situation, here is a good place to find honest people providing good quality work. Highly recommend.

I dropped my Tahoe off the night before my 8am appointment, it took them all day to work it in even though I had an appointment to get 1 wheel bearing replaced. They waited all day. Unacceptable. Every time I called for a status update they said it hasn t been worked on. At all. The manager bob is the one who told me to set the appointment. With all that said I won t be back to any les Schwab. Appointments mean nothing to this place.

$180 for a used tire. I wasn't thrilled they didn't have one cheaper but what can you do. The mechanic who looked at my car was able to spot the problem I was having. Everyone was friendly informative and professional. And my overall experience was good.

I called at 4:30pm on a Saturday night desperately trying to find the tires I needed. Bob, the manager, was tremendously helpful! He tracked down the tires in Olympia. One of his employees picked them up on their way to Shelton. I had an interview that I could not miss. I arrived early and called Bob. He had the Les Schwab van out front waiting for me to borrow. When I was getting in the van to head back, I received the call that my car was ready for me. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced at any Les Schwab.

Ok so had some front brakes installed. After which there was a problem that appeared to be on Led Schwabs side. After an initial investigation it appeared they had "possibly" and mistakenly caused the issue. This "issue" created a major issue for me getting my clients taken care of. Well without hesitation, Joel and Jason offered their Rigs for towing my trailer to my client locations. I said thanks but it didn't feel right. Then found out my new client wasn't happen even if it wasn't my fault for the delay. So they offered me their van which was perfect. Held my tools and my ladder. Additionally I found out after returning that it wasn't their fault but bad timing. My brake switch went out which stopped me from putting in gear, also another part related to ABS and my,master cylinder was leaking causing the issues I've felt get worse over the last few months. After it was all done, not only did they come in early for me, they let me their vehicle and filled it with gas, but also gave me a SMOKING HOT discount on everything. Shelton led Schwab really stepped up and will always be our go to shop for tires and other items. Thank you all for being 5 stars

I've been going to several Les Schwabs for over 25 years, all have been great.. then welcome to shelton. I was told if I come in at 8:00 a.m. they can see me straight away. When I showed up they told me it was a two to three hour wait. Customer service was horrible, tire tech was a total d@ck. Not sure how this overpriced place can stay in business. Local mechanic can do the work cheaper, better and with a smile

They tried to get me to buy one tire at $170.00 because they said they couldn't fix it but I took it to back to discount tire and they fixed it for free

After seeing how busy it was after my last visit, I made an appointment for alignment, tires and sensor change which I was told should take 1-1.5 hours. 4 HOURS later when I finally got my keys back I was told was that after my alignment was done I was "put in line" for the tires. I had been told for hours while I was waiting that it was almost ready.

Amazing service. Every time I come here, I have this fear in the back of my head that it will be awkward like all car-maintenance situations end up being. But not the Shelton Les Schwab. They always know what I'm asking for even if I have no clue how to ask it. The staff are fast moving and direct, but they're efficient as h***! I live in Olympia and I come to this one.

Brought my 2022 gmc 3500 in to get airbags installed. When I dropped it off at 8AM They asked if I was waiting for it. I said I was dropping off. Noon i called They said they needed a drill and needed to get one somewhere and it was not done yet. Came here at 4pm and still not done and the guy said he told me it was going to take six hours when I dropped it off and nobody said anything of that sort. They also told me they ordered wrong part and had to send someone to get the right part. Don't tell a customer you told them something when you didn't. 3 stars only because of good customer service most of the time.

This location is the best!! Curtis the manager went WAY out of his way to help me and my husband to get some tires quickly so I would not be without my car for long. He was patient and courteous. All the associates there polite and never make you feel like you are bugging them. I have gotten my tires from them twice now and I will always go back.

Every step with this shop has been a complete nightmare. Do not bring your RV here. I 100% suggest that you drive several hours away just to avoid this dumpster fire of a branch.From lying about the work they did, to frying our battery and lying about the warranty on it, to scheduling 5 vehicles for the same time with the same mechanic, to ordering the wrong parts, to completely rude staff.This branch is terrible. Avoid this place!

Very nice facility. Answered all my questions. Was able to get a free brake inspection on a walk in basis. This was middle of the week at about 4pm. They were already busy.Took about an hour for the car to be pulled back, and about 20 minutes for the service completion. Was able to enjoy a cup of coffee while I waited. They also have a serve yourself popcorn machine there, but was there were no bags out to put it in at that time. The restrooms were also very nice.

One of the front tires on my Kubota tractor just came off the rim during this cold weather cannot explain it. Took it up here to Les Schwab he cleaned it reminder to give it back to me with a smile didn't even think about Charging me a nickel for it. Offer to pain he just shook his head said nope. I have never used this store before and they did not know me from Adam but I will certainly be back with service Like that when I need to. Thank you

I wouldn t recommend these guys at all had a problem with my car went there to get it fixed and it dint get fixed they made it worse and they re very unprofessional worst customer service I ve ever gotten from anyone I ve been to so do not go there unless you wanna get ripped off
