Great service, nice guys, couldn t ask for a better place to stop in the middle of a road trip! When I heard a sketchy noise coming from my car on the road, the idea of finding a mechanic in an unfamiliar town was daunting, but Hudson Car Care was a shining light on my potentially ruined road trip.From the moment I walked in the door they were helpful and friendly. They were busy, but still took time to drive my car around and check it out to see if there was anything to be concerned about and willing to book me in asap if I needed it. Thankfully I didn t, everything was fine. Thanks to HCC I can keep driving with confidence!

Competent, honest and good pricing. That's been my experience. I called to inform them me 1999 300m is zippier than ever after their work. I am happy. And they didn't rip me off.

Customer service was amazing, we stopped in for a quick repair on a road trip, they had us fixed up and on our way in minutes. Even recommended a place to eat! Genuinely kind and knowledgeable people I trust.

Excellent experience! My car needs some work, but they weren't pushy and did what had to be done to get my car running reliably enough, and only focused on what I brought it in for, while ensuring I was aware there was other work that should be done. They were completely upfront and honest the entire time.I'll be back for the next catastrophe

I ve been going to Hudson s for about 3 years now and I ve been very pleased with the overall work they have done . They have fixed my Head gasket and radiator when my head gasket when out , to fixing my breaks , to just Basic oil changes I ve never had a problem plus there really nice people and I believe it s a very solid local business I definitely plan to keep going there

I saw the local reviews as well and thought this was going to be a good shop. Dropped my son's 1970 Ford F250 off to get the steering fixed. It had a crazy amount of slop. They had the truck for almost 3 weeks. I was told it was bushings or something. Came by to pickup the truck when they said it was done. Noticed as I walked up someone stole the original in cab fuel fill cap and tube. Walked out with Keith and he mentioned someone stole your cap and laughed. I wasn't laughing, that was stolen while the truck was in their care. On top of that the steering was 50% better. The truck still walks all over the road. NOT SAFE FOR MY SON TO DRIVE. I'm not sure where his guys took it on a test drive. Anywhere out side of the parking lot or down the road it would have been obvious you didn't fix the problem. Thanks for the bushings I'm sure that helped but it would have been nice if you fixed the problem. Might have taken the sting off the fact you let someone steal parts from my son's truck while it was in your care. Bottom line, took the truck in to get steering fixed. Left with steering not fixed. Drove that truck from shelton to black diamond with white knuckles. Taking it to another shop tomorrow to get it fixed again.

Wow, this guy calls us looking for a specific Trick Flow Big Block Chevy top end kit. We told him that we did not have that exact kit on the shelf and ready to ship, just like everyone else. But we did have a very similar head in stock, just with different springs and different retainers. We said it would be possible to change the parts or setup a custom kit, but couldn't do pricing on the phone since it would require labor and there is a discount built into the specific kit he was looking for, so we would have to figure out the pricing, and suggested he send an email and we would be able to figure that out and get back to him in a little while. He responds with a profanity laced tirade upset that he cannot get a price instantaneously. Good luck getting parts when you act like that.

Being new to the area it was important to find the perfect shop to care for my F-150. After 3 other shops in the area,no problems, I found Hudson. WOW! These guys know their stuff and customer service. It's so great to have the peace of mind when I need their services. I highly recommend them.

I saw all the good reviews and thought I would reach out to them and get a quote/idea of what I would be paying. Going to the website and filling out the quote email two different times does nothing, and even when I called them during business hours they did not answer nor call me back. If you can't do the job that's totally cool there are other shops that can, but just be professional and say so. Hope you have better luck with your experience I'm personally taking my cash somewhere else.

I continue to use Hudson Car Care for all of my automotive maintenance needs. My experience has been that if a problem arises they make it right instantly. It is difficult sometimes to find a shop that stands behind their work and refuses to do work that is not necessary. Hudson Car Care is totally honest, reliable and dedicated to great customer service. Dave and his staff are fantastic. They are service oriented and very knowledgeable. I have taken all of my vehicles to Hudson car care over the years and have always been treated fairly and respectfully. Additionally, their are times when I have gone in without a prior appointment for an oil change and they have worked me in. The service is the best. Their mechanics are very good at what they do. The prices are reasonable. Their integrity is above reproach. They will always give it to you straight and never sell you something you don't need. What more could you ask? If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We just moved from Texas and needed to find a new car repair service. Finding a business you can trust and does not overcharge is difficult. We received referrals from 4 new friends about Hudson's skills and honesty. They were correct and we couldn't be happier. We have older vehicles and our repairs came in under estimate and quickly. You CAN'T go wrong with these guys. Thanks.

Awesome shop that figure out my Toyota pickup & got it back on the road running perfect! I took my truck too 3 other shops & they were the ones that finally figured out the problems it had. I highly recommend this shop & their crew!

Over all services not terrible. Price wise they are out of there mind want to charge me 3 to 4 thousands for a 5.7 vortec head job. New heads cost 8 hundred brand new and 600 for rebuilt. So I asked how much to replace whole motor they told me 7 to 8 thousand my motor only cost 2000 new with new heads and valve covers. So I told them never mind due to me being able to do my self just didn't have the time, but to top it off took off with my car and smelled antifreeze so pulled over to a streaming car opened the hood hole in hose spraying and pcv valve off air cleaner was just handing there and stuff was still zip tied out of way kicking hoses. I herd good things about the guy more good than bad ,but as for my experience won't ever take my car back there once they found out I knew exactly what I was talking about things changed a little bit.

These guys did a great job all around! Got to me quicker than promised. Kept me informed of their diagnosis and progress. And their quote was accurate. They treated me very well and even followed up after to make sure everything was running well. I would definitely go back to Hudson Car Care.

The crew at Hudson Car Care is always friendly, courteous, honest and fair! I've been a customer for about 8 years and have always been satisfied. These folks go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. As long as they are in business, I will be one of their happy customers! Thank you for all you do!

Our cars check engine light started flashing so we had it towed to Hudson car care and they took care of it right away. Never had such great service from a mechanic before. I've always been unlucky in that the place I've gone to isn't on top of it like this place was or took forever for a special part to come in but not here! They got us home same day with our vehicle driving better than ever. Their place looked very busy and it was also a Friday but that didnt affect their outstanding service. I don't know about pricing but it wasn't a whole engine rebuild so we're happy to spend what we did since we worried it was going to be worse than it ended up being. Nice people and trustworthy as well. We will be back if there's any future trouble with our vehicles and highly recommend them.

I wont take my vehicles anywhere else! They are fair, honest and do great work! I paid 1/3 what it cost me at the dealership and my performance has never been better! I love being able to trust my repair shop. So rare these days!

I recently had a clutch replaced, a tune up and a bunch of oil leaks fixed by Transmissions Plus and I believe they did excellent work. This was my first experience with them; they proved not just competent but highly trustworthy (they went out of there way to make sure I was charged a very fair price). I plan on being a long term customer and would recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with Transmissions Plus Automotive has been nothing short of excellent. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and will listen to what you have to say. They will tell you up front how they will fix your vehicle, and give you a fair price on their work. I will not hesitate to take any of my (4, including a classic Buick) vehicles there. This is the third time that I have needed a repair service, once for my motor home and twice for a car. I am so impressed with the quality of work that they do and their costs and their honesty. I would recommend them to anyone for any kind of vehicle.

I would bring any of by vehicles to Dave for service. Very honest and timely. I have a 17 year old Ford pickup that is my daily driver and it has to be kept in good working condition. When it developed a noise that sounded serious to me I took it to Dave and his crew to diagnose and repair. Finding the source of the noise was a challenge but Dave kept looking. We finally found it was a failing front wheel bearing. In the process of finding the source of the noise they also found that the brakes were almost critically worn. So after 2 days in the shop I was back on the road feeling safe and well treated . Thanks!

I have a 87 Chevy 1ton dully that had a really bad shack when I applied the brakes. They determined there was a problem with the rear drums. The truck now stops without feeling like going down a really bad dirt road. I will have them do further work on my vehicles.
