Advisors were great to the point I brought another vehicle in. Then I realized execution was as bad as it can get. Was promised the owner would follow up to help clean up repairs on two vehicles. Five months later no follow up. We still have broken taillight rattles in a door torn door seals and headliner issues if you don t want these problems go somewhere else

Will never take another vehicle there again. They said they'd have my car for 10-12 days and had it for 49 days. And they returned it with a cracked windshield and scratches that weren't there when I dropped it off. And the person who was handling my car wouldn't answer or call me back for weeks on end. I talked to him 3 times in the 7 weeks they had it. This was the second vehicle I took there. The first time they told me 12-14 days and had it for 32 days. Not as bad, but still; I would NOT recommend taking your vehicle there!!!!

Fixed my car good as new, didn't take terribly long. They work with your insurance well.

Brought a car here and they had it for a whole month and didn't do anything to it. Made excuses left and right. Didn't even bring the car into the shop. Left random parts on the floor board. Don't take a car here unless it's an insurance job for them

Extreme collision center are professional, and expedient business. Despite parts shortages and increased demand, I really appreciate their patience and professional business behavior. My car was in a minor accident and needed a bumper replacement, John assisted me through the entire experience and provided updates promptly. Thanks so much for excellent the great service and helping my family get back on the road.

Just started working with this company. I came in to get an estimate for my Jeep Wrangler that had been in an accident. They were pleasant, polite and very easy to work with. We are waiting for my insurance company to OK the estimate to begin work.

If you are willing to wait a VERY very very long time to get your car back; you can use this shop for the collision repair work. They might have a fine workmanship and doing good job at the car but it may drive you crazy dealing and understanding their timelines which the shop does not give any date or date range that s reliable. It s due to shortage of their staffing at back at work shop but never been disclosed prior to selecting the shop.Service: Body & Trim

Deer Damage Repair, needed new front bumper / grill / passenger headlight. Was given an estimate of 2 weeks, maybe + 1 day, it actually took another day past the estimate. Work looks good. If you've never worked on cars, keep in mind that an estimate on time is just that. You can't always see everything below the surface, which could mean more time needed, more parts needed, and sometimes you get the wrong parts delivered, or sometimes, the right parts don't fit and need to be massaged. Happy with the work, I would return again, thanks!

We dropped my daughter's car off on Halloweeen. Never received a call on any status updates one time. I call to check ok it early December and was told it would be finished December 28th. The new year came and went, guess what? Still no call. Then I get a call from the insurance company a few days later saying that the body ship identified several thousand dollars more in damages, TWO months later. To date, no actual work has been done on the car and the insurance of the at fault party won't cover all of the damages, because the estimate increased by $5000 dollars. Four times I requested a call from the body shop and not once did they call me. Now they are telling me if I take the car to a different vody shop, that there will be restocking fees for parts and no work has been done. Absolute trash.

I had my Ford Ranger repaired after having a front and side collision with a deer (same deer). Extreme Auto did an excellent job for me. They handled all details with my insurance. Other members of our family have had the same excellent experience with Extreme Auto on multiple occasions. The point is, Extreme Auto is excellent every time we have needed their services.I happen to have been looking up Extreme's phone number for another body job I have coming up.After having "other experiences" with body shops in Shelton in the past, I will go no other place for body shop work.Cheers,

Very professional and efficient company. Worked seamlessly with my insurance and rental companies. Answered my many questions and did an excellent job on a complicated repair. I would definitely recommend them, though I hope I never have to return, lol.

I had my car repaired at Extreme Auto and am very imprressed. The car (2006 Mustang) actually looks better than before it was hit, and they came in over 1000 under another shops quote. The work and time frame were both fantastic, and they will get whatever automotive buisness I may need in the future.

I took my 86 Corvette to have door glass seals and hood prop installed and I was turned away because it wasn't enough money for him to bother with.. Really!... must be nice to be able to turn down a 300 dollar job because it isn't enough money... I have owned businesses and those little jobs is what keep the doors open while you have jobs your waiting for parts or its a long term project... I'm not going to recommend this shop to anyone for anything....

Took almost a month to fix my car. Good body work. Car drives worse now than before it went in for body work. Got shocks??? I'm missing mine.
