Good business hours and variety, but certain people must rub them the wrong way.I only go in maybe twice a week tops but I step out of bounds and ask for a receipt I then have started a passive aggressive war. I live in a low-income home arrangement where I have to provide receipts to prove I'm spending my money correctly, but I shouldn't have to explain my living situation. Idk what message they took from me to start this, but I still get attitude or crumpled receipts from them.I have been more than patient, all the times where they pretend to be too busy to come to the register or when I've used Google translate to figure out if I was crazy or they were talking smack. Wish I was

Poor customer service the clerk even threatened me for no reason because I walked in with the product from another store and accused me of stealing from his store, but I tried to show him the receipt from the store, and he still accused me of stealing from his store, and proceeded to threaten me and tell me how he is gonna kill me and like yeah that store is no good to go to lived in this town since 2001 and I m shocked I can t believe it

really good variety of beer and seltzer and the store is always clean. the bathroom is on another level as far as gas station bathrooms go, it was even warm. all the staff are pretty chill too. i pointed out that a tall boy had some mold on it and he cleaned it the same night, i know it was a specific one because it had a dent in it i remembered. the gas prices aren't even that bad compared to other chevrons. i almost never get gas at chevron its usually like 30-50c more than everyone else but this one is usually within a few cents of Fred Meyer

So I've been going to this store for some yrs now , but long story short my card wasn't working and the ATM was also not working. So the younger guy that was working " go ahead and take what I had and pay me tomorrow ".That's what I call a Neighborhood store.These guys are freaking awesome.

Stays open most of the time, however they do close between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. so that way they can cook so does the ampm here in Shelton. Other than that stores pretty well-kept floors are clean shelves are stocked parking lot is almost all the way clear of debris. However the service of the owner and his son are very poor they both have an attitude problem that sometimes does cause them self in issue but if you don't have any attitude issues yourself you'll be fine.

No human decency! I lost my wallet here last night and didn't realize it until I got home (15 minutes away) I called to see if I dropped it and The man who answered the phone told me that he was the only person working in the store so he could not walk ten feet out the door to see if I had dropped it in the parking lot. I went back into town and I could see it from across the street (thank goodness since it had my ID, social security card, and $100 in it). I was a frequenting customer but I will never return!

Employees are super friendly and hard workers. They've been around since the store opened in the 90s so they know what they're doing, provide great customer service, and always keep the place clean. Also there are a lot of products, and variety is always nice. A lot of customers are loyal to this store because the people working there are freaking amazing!

I usually have good experiences here, but my last experience completely ruined it. I was in line waiting to pay and there was a white lab sitting in the store. It looked like it had been lost, but it was doing no harm. The owner grabbed a mop and whacked the dog on the head with the handle. The dog fell to the ground yelping and then ran out of the store. I understand that he has a business to manage, and there is no room for dogs. But, he could ve handled it a lot better. For instance, he didn t even try to shoo off the dog first, he just grabbed the mop and whacked the dog. I tried to get out of the store quick to find the dog and try to see if it had an address or something on the collar, but it got away too fast.

Not open 24 hours. If you close, post when you are closed. That way, I can just go to AM/PM and not waste my time.

They claim to be 24hrs but if you try to go there between 2&3am Dev had the door locked and will scream and yell at you to never come back. Only place open on the hill.

None of the window squeegees rubber things worked and the worker was cleaning the gas pump when I pulled up and didn t acknowledge me or step to the side so I had to wait for him to be done

Always friendly staff, good selection of gas station food, and the place is usually fairly clean for such a busy gas station.

They make fresh chicken tenders every 30 min. It is better than KFC and a better deal.
