Thy did such a great job with the replacement of my cracked windshield and even let me know before I committed to using them that they may not be able to calibrate my electronics connected to my windshield with the tools they had. I have a 10 year old Mercedes and he said they sometimes need a special tool. I decided to take it there anyways for at least the glass and knowing I could bring it to the dealership for calibration if they couldn t do it. They were able to do it there and everything looks and works perfectly! Wonderful people, thank you!!

We had our front wind shield replaced on our 2017 Ford F-350 with Advance Glass in Shelton, Wa. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Communication was outstanding! I had to change the appt 2 times and they were kind and helpful throughout the process. We were very pleasantly surprised when we picked out truck up and they had cleaned and vacuumed the truck so well that it looked 4 years newer! Thank you to all who work at this location, especially Kurt who was the person I talked to on the phone throughout the replacement. Highly satisfied and recommend!!

Friendly customer service. Found me the best price on my windshield. Reasonable scheduling and repair turn around time. Honest business. During a shortage of windshields when prices had inflated due to supply and demand they found a pre shortage stock and passed along the savings to me. I was really impressed as all other windshields offered were twice the price but they didn't gouge me. I wouldn't have known any better but they treated me well. I highly recommend this business because of this experience.

It was my first time going there, I didn't even know that there was an auto glass place in town. Anyway a nice young man greeted me and after my make, model and vin number were recorded, we made arrangements to replace my windshield. There was another young man there as well, they were both polite and businesslike and attentive. I will evaluate thier workmanship soon.

I run an airbnb in Shelton and one of our guests notified us that they broke the glass in our front door this morning. Advance Glass came out today and will have it fixed by the time our next guest checks in this evening. Great service and I was so impressed by the speedy turn around, highly recommend!

The employees here were so nice and accommodating at the last minute. I had a huge crack in my windshield and they were able to replace it. When I called, Kurt had me in the schedule in less than a week, which was extremely fast. Also, when I picked my vehicle up, I noticed they took the time to vacuum my dirty jeep and they took less time than they had initially stated.When I called for a quote, I called every glass place in town and was quoted DOUBLE what these guys did the work for. I hope to not need their services again, but if I do, they will be my number one choice.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The manager here was professional and charismatic. They were able to fit my vehicle in quickly with only two days notice and did a great job installing it, looks OEM . They also took the time to reinstall my microphone for my hands free calling stereo back onto the new windshield.

I have had three windshields replaced through Advance Glass over the last 10 years or so and have been pleased with their quality of customer service, communication, and speed. However this month I had the best experience with them yet. I was looking to have some of the windows in my home repaired as the seal had failed between the panes of glass causing condensation. It was a total of nine sliding windows, 18 separate units of glass, needing installation with half of the windows on the 2nd story requiring ladder work. The quote was fair and reasonable but still not a cheap repair. However, the owner, Kurt, advised me to pursue a warranty with the window manufacturer as I am the original purchaser of the windows. So, I went ahead and submitted a claim. The windows ended up being covered under warranty! I won t have to pay anything out-of-pocket to have them repaired. This speaks volumes about the character of this business owner! Unfortunately these days it s hard to find honest people and I am so impressed that rather than making a sale to me the owner chose to advise me to pursue a repair under the warranty coverage. As long as I live in the area Advance Glass will have my business!

A ladder fell through a window, I brought in the frame, and Advance Glass quickly and professionally reglazed it! The real surprise was the price... I was anticipating it to be at least 3 times what they charged. Awesome experience, I highly recommend this business!

Kurt Shelton is one of the most disrespectful business owners I ve ever encountered. The RV business has been my career for many years yet never have I dealt with such disrespectful, threatening, and hate speech filled person. I truly hope this reaches the right people. I called 4 different places to get a quote on my windshield replacement and Kurt came in $50 cheaper than my lowest quote and $150 cheaper than the highest. He got me in right away, had my truck done earlier than expected and his team did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Advanced Glass.

I have done a few glass repairs here. Always upfront and honest service. My last visit was to re-attach my rear view mirror that had fallen off. 25$ and I was headed home in 20 min.

Fantastic experience, they took care of a windshield that needed to be replaced. Went far above and beyond in cleaning up some problems they found when they removed the old windshield, as well. Solid ethics, solid business, extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I brought my 2000 Buick La Sabre to them for front right passenger window. The window would not roll up. They "SUPPOSEDLY INSPECTED" my window and stated it had shattered and there were no replacement glass available for weeks. They had me pick up my car. I could check with them to see if any glass was available in the coming weeks. My son in King County checked and his local mechanic was able to find the glass and deliver within 24 hours. I drove up to King County, picked up the new glass and delivered the car to a local glass shop for installation. Within 15 minutes, I received a call from the glass shop that I was lied to by Advanced Glass, the glass was intact in the door. The regulator unit needed replacement. They replaced the regulator within 2 hours and my car again had 4 working windows. I gave the score a one - because there was no - 5 stars available. I would of been more happy if they told the truth and told me they are incompetent and don't know how to repair or replace side windows. I hope this helps others.

These guys are really quick at repairing rock chips. I had just gotten off of the freeway after a giant rock hit my windshield and scared the living daylights out of me. I think this was the biggest chip I had ever seen. Luckily someone was available to fix it. Thank you so much for the prompt service, we are definitely recommending you to everyone we know.

I stopped in today after work, just before they closed, for a rock chip repair. The gentleman behind the counter was very welcoming and called to a younger gentleman in the back to ask if he had time for a repair. He immediately came out and took my car in to fix it. It only took a few minutes, and the gentleman at the front desk entertained me with good conversation while I waited. Great service!! Rock chips are no fun, but if/when I get another one, I know where I'll be going!!

If you live in Shelton and you want quality glass in your home or automobile, these guys are awesome! They did great work on replacing my side window in my SUV and I will definitely go there again
