We stopped here while boating out in the San Juans and we realized we forgot the ketchup and mustard for our hotdogs so we found this little gold mine. This store has it all from the Rustic Feel, Friendly staff to all you d need for a small resupply on a boating Journey. The best part is the Lopez Island Ice Cream they serve which just tops it all off! This store is a must go during your summer travels!

Best store on the island!! Incredible selection of quality foods, gifts, and local products. Swing in for a cup of Joe and a delicious baked good. Top notch store. 10/10 recommend

This store is so wonderful and special. It has been around forever but more recently been beautifully updated by a family who live on the island. It's a must go when visiting Shaw Island.

Super cute store! They have essentials & even cool treat options for this dairy free gal! The vegan/gluten free cookie ice cream sandwich was great!

The Shaw General Store is a true treasure! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of items is vast for such a small establishment including many gluten and dairy free choices. The dairy free ice cream is so delicious and if your lucky there will be fresh baked goods in the glass case at the check out counter! This store has everything you need and more serving its local community and visitors with lots of heart!

This store had everything that a visitor would need. We were able to tie our dinghy up on the dock outside. They have a wide selection of foods, many of them local and gluten-free. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Staff was pretty rude. Walked in the open door as you come up from the dock.. was quickly informed this was the employee entrance that had no sign to indicate it was. Was asked to walk back out the same employee only door and around front so I could come back to the exact same spot I was in before, to continue looking at the ice cream. Thanks for the pointless exercise, rude attitude, sign-less doors and great lopez ice cream...seriously...the ice cream is great...just buy it some place else.

Well stocked general store with old school charm. We found gluten free items which were appreciated. Friendly people. Right at the ferry dock for Shaw Island. Small marina has some space for dinghy tie up if you patronize the store.

Lovely little general store and caf on the water (only one on the island). They serve freshly roasted coffee and local ice cream in the back that are both to die for. Be aware that the store is closed during late fall and winter months.

New management trying hard to provide the right good and services from a small store. Plans to open a Tap Room, soon! Stayed open late to accommodate ferry that was running more than an hour late!

One of the most well curated small stores I have ever been too. Excellent.

Still my favorite store after 14 years of visiting. They even have a bulk section which is ironic, but the friendly staff and far above average service makes it a gem. I wish we had stores like this on Mainland.

Such an amazingly cute store with a wonderful selection of island trinkets and great food. The ice cream is stellar and the workers there are so sweet.

Great island store. They roast their own coffee, have fine icecream, and the store is run by lovely people: Rebecca and Jonathan.

Great store. Lots of staples, health food and island produced goods. Make sure to check hours. They can vary based on time of year.

I experienced little to no customer service at all. Perhaps I came at the wrong time. Prices were expectedly extremely high. If you come camping on this island make sure you bring everything you need it will cost you if you don't.

I've been a regular at Shaw since the early '60s, and I've seen the changes. The store, as it is now, is wonderful! I love what they've done with it!
