The last time I went to the auto center, will most likely be my last time that I head here for auto needs. I went in for an oil change, and they offered to change my windshield wipers. I said yes, & wait like I usually do for them to complete my change. They usually send me a text to let me know that my car is finished- however, this time they didn t. I went outside to look for myself to see my car parked in the parking lot. I pay, and head on to my day.The first time I had to actually use my windshield wipers was in the most recent snowstorm, driving home from work, I noticed that my driver side wiper had such a large gap between the wipes that I had to look either above or below the leftover snow on the window to see.I also noticed that my passenger side windshield wiper was loose, and not put on all the way so I had to continuously realign the windshield wiper on. Then one day, while using it in the rain, it flew off mid wipe. Im now left with scratches on my front window, and decided to take a quick trip to Autozone to have them put on a new set (for free) and they now work great!All in all, I would not recommend getting any work at this place. Do with this review what you will.

would give them no stars if possible. Today after checking online and it saying they had certain tires available for my vehicle I approached this auto care center to purchase them. I was told they only had clearance tires in stock they didn't have what I saw online and when my disabled husband had a episode the tech proceeded to call my husband violent and refused service. His manager made him take a break and they were going to still give me the tires I didn't want but needed and I changed my mind and left. The service is terrible. They don't have what they show online and then try to sell you terrible stock. My husband was not violent he was having a episode and broke his own cell phone he didnt even say anything to the tech. I wont go back to this store.

We got our tires rotated and balanced this morning, and we got to meet Max. He's been working here for five days now and he was a DELIGHT. We only chatted for less than two minutes, but his warmth and friendliness took all of the cold corporate rush out of things. Normally getting work like this done on a car is all about numbers and pushing customers through as quickly as possible, but being assisted by Max changed that feeling. He was personable and friendly and we actually enjoyed the check-in experience.We were extremely disappointed to later overhear a manager complaining to another employee that Max would have to be reprimanded for being too chatty with customers. None of our conversation with Max was inappropriate or unrelated to the visit, and it was lovely to meet and engage with him.

I come here in my van with my dog. They did my tires previously as well as like maybe three oil changes so far. Every single time I get friendly service at great prices. The techs are very competent and go above and beyond.I came here two years ago with an electrical problem and they helped diagnose it free of charge.I'd recommend this place to anybody!! Also... if corporate is reading this, please give your techs a raise and/or a bonus... they deserve it

I ran over a bolt on my way around the Olympic Peninsula, and this center was the only one open in the area on a Sunday. They took a look at it and explained their options, including that it was unsafe to just change one tire. In the end, they determined that they couldn't patch it themselves based on their safety policies, but they were extremely helpful and gracious along the way. I really liked the people who came over to take a look and try to help out. Very good group. Thanks folks!!

Had to get a flat tire fixed on a Sunday and they were the only place open. When we pulled up they were even considerate enough to let us know another place that would fix flats for free (but it was Sunday, so they were closed). Appreciated the suggestion and quick repair.

I called to set my appointment 2 weeks prior to needing services. I spoke to Tina both times. 1st time we set appointment for a Thursday @9am. I was ordering my tires else where and they were going to be a day late. I called back 3 days later, rescheduled. She says "I'm glad you called back, I didn't get your name for the appointment. I gave her the rest of my information, rescheduled for Saturday @Noon. We discussed details of how long it would take because I had scheduled an alignment with Les Schwab for 3pm. She says 3 hours! No problem it won't take that long. No worries! You're all set Kristie for Saturday @noon. I thank her and hang up. Saturday comes. I drive from Forks 75 miles away. Arrive 10 mins early. See a long line. I think not to worry, I've got my appt. I go to check in. They tell me they don't have me in the schedule. I see Tina sitting there. I say hi Tina, please tell this man you set my appointment. I remind her who I am and our conversations. She said yes I remember you but I don't remember when you're supposed to be here. By this time the service manager dismisses me after driving an hour and 40 minutes. I am getting upset. I ask her why I would chance showing up and pushing an agenda. Also reminding her of my appt in 3 hours for my alignment. She says nothing. She didn't care, her boss didn't care.I called Les Schwab and they were able to accommodate my service needs. My experience was great. They were busy, but still took the time to be courteous and service oriented.FORGET walmart. Spend the extra few bucks and go to Les Schwab.I will be filing a complaint against both of these people. Not that anything will come of it. But maybe they might start treating people better.

We had a flat tire on Sunday and no tire repair was open apart from walmart. They assisted us very nicely and help us with tire change.

Amazing people working here! We got a flat tire Memorial Day weekend and they were the only ones open. They took us in, got us fixed up quickly, and provided top notch customer service. Truly saved our day!

The mechanics were quick and fair. The man didn't try pushing extras on me, and was a good conversationalist. I drove over from port angeles after my last mechanic raised his prices and offered $10 off if I gave him a 5 star review on google

The fellow who greeted me first assured me that it would be a very VERY long time before my oil change could be done because there was only two people working that day. When I persisted, he grumpily took my info. He also let me know they were plumb out of high mileage oil. I don't understand why it would cost more to ME for them to grab 5 quarts off the floor, but hey, that's Walmart. They get you coming and going. I gave stars because, despite the service writer's bleak pessimism, my truck was taken care of within 45 minutes.

Went for a quick oil change, told it would be an 1 1/2 hours to be done. Waited around for 2 hours and came to pick it up. First they couldn t find the keys, then they couldn t find a work order. Come to find out there was no work order because they didn t do the work. They didn t call me to tell me they couldn t change my oil. Such a waste of time!

Got our oil changed here. Guy that first greeted us told us he s an expert mechanic for 25 years jus working at Walmart to help them out . We believe he was over embellishing his abilities. He did not know the right oil for our car, tried up selling us for parts he hadn t even looked at. He put the wrong oil filter on after we told him he did that last time. We do not recommend this location for any automobile work.

Needed help with a tire that came off the bead on a Sunday morning, the tire tech that helped me was great very fast and friendly. They didn't charge me for the work and he wouldn't accept a tip either, wish I got his name for this review. Thank you.

You know, I would give 4 stars... but there were some issues here. First and foremost, they broke one of my rims. This is the main reason I'm giving 2 stars and not more. Obviously, they were trying to take it off, and it busted... I get it. It's an old car (1997), but they didn't mention it and I didn't notice until after I got home. I'm very annoyed about that fact. Second, Sunday is apparently a bad day to go as they were understaffed.

We were impressed with Darryl and the whole crew at Wal-Mart's Auto center in Sequim. What started out as a simple coffee run, turned into a dead car battery. Darryl and the crew were fast and courteous replacing our battery and our windshield wipers. We were back on our way in no time ! Thanks guys!

These guys were fast! It wasn't an expensive trip at all, the only thing was, we asked them to change the air filter and they didn't. When asked they said they looked at it and it looked clean. It wasn't they had just looked at the top. Then it turnsout, tbey didn't have any in stock.

The two guys, a younger man and his older supervisor helped me above and beyond two days in a row. Just purchased an 89 Honda and it wouldn t be legal to drive let alone with my self-installed Bluetooth stereo. I hope Wal-Mart is treating them well, customer service is stellar.

Really good employees there. I needed a tire that was not in stock and they ordered one for me. With everyone else closed, Walmart is the only one that opens on Sunday.

You got a 50-50% chance, always someone around to help, just sometimes you get stuck talking to one that doesn t want to help as much. There are a lot of good ones and they have some great services.

Called ahead and they said 30 minute wait for oil change. Get there 5 minutes later and they said minimum 2 hrs

Sorry place for sure , never count on them nobody to count on for service offered.Under staffed and under stocked. Go elsewhere. Bad services.
