They had exactly what I was looking for. The internet price was a fair deal to me. The pressure to buy was relatively low. I recommend working with them on financing your next vehicle.The warranty I purchased was useless and felt like theft. It took 3 months to be refunded. The vehicle didn't have its 30k maintenance done even though it had 34k miles on it. I bit irresponsible. So, I wont be back.

On a Tuesday evening my husband found Rocha Family Auto Sales online, and looked at available used cars. We saw the exact model of Nissan we were hoping to find so I immediately sent an inquiry. We literally heard back from Matthew within an hour. Figuring it was an automatic reply (which it was NOT; Matthew had responded that quickly!) I decided to follow up in the morning. Wednesday, Mitchell set us up for a test drive that day when we got off work. We loved the car. ALL the history and information was in the vehicle, which we really appreciated and perused during our test drive. We worked with Michael Rocha who did all the preliminary paperwork. On Thursday, Mitchell finalized all the paperwork and financing, and we drove away with a fabulous used car that meets all our needs.This is a remarkable team of professional, kind, forthright (and fun!) dealers. I went in to purchase a specific vehicle that I was interested in. Throughout the process I didn't feel pressured on buying anything. Mitch was the gentleman to help me and ended up finding me something on the lot that I didn't even know was there, that fit my needs way more than the other vehicle I was looking at. I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future and will recommend family and friends. I love my new vehicle and enjoyed the experience of buying it. I placed my car with Rocha for them to sell. They sold it and I got exactly what they promised. Such an easy process. And Mathew and Mitchel make it a pleasant experience! I highly recommend this company if you have a vehicle to sell.

Best experience ever! They had the vehicle I was interested in and by the time I got back from test drive my financing was ready to go! I had my keys and the deal was done. The staff is extremely friendly. Offered fresh cookies and coffee while I signed.

Purchased a vehicle from Rocha Family Auto Sales about 2 weeks ago. No new or unexpected issues with the used car purchase.Came 5 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. Experience was painless. Even though I kept the guys waiting with a 45 minute thorough inspection and test drive, there was never any pressure and they even helped me with some of the inspection items that needed a 2nd person (brake lights, turn signals, etc)Was able to drive away with a fantastic car with an unbeatable price. Recommended.

Wow! What a great and painless experience. We bought an incredible car with the help of Mitch. He was so accommodating (to the point that he came in to finalize our deal on a holiday). We could instantly tell these were trustworthy people. He walked us through the whole process and answered every silly question we had without a blink. Great guy and we will be back.

I gave it 2 stars for the number of times I was let down by these guys. I took my sister to buy a car there. They said was available. They let her check it out, then proceeded to tell her it not for sale. My bad. Took my employee there to buy a car. Would not start with out a jump. Ran great no check engine lights radio didn't work. Agreed to buy the car when they got a new battery and radio fixed. 7 days later after no calls or communication what so ver We finally called to see. And was told it is no longer for sale.

Great experience buying my car from them and referred a friend to buy from them only to hear they are struggling to get tag and title because their is no registration and dmv has no record of the care being sold at all. REALLY??? She informs me when talking to Rocha she keeps getting the run around as if they are stalling. I am a man held to his word and my word is normally gold. So when I refer someone to anyone it is not done lightly. Her experience with them has embarrassed me and made me look like a liar.

Integrity is important, and these guys have it! I haven't bought a car from Rocha, however, Mitch in sales found my lost wallet along the road and contacted me immediately about it. The next day I visited the store and was greeted by Mitch, Austin, and Michael who were all very kind, professional, and friendly. Based on this encounter alone I would recommend this store to anybody on a budget looking for a used car. Thanks guys for being honest - every single item in my wallet was there, untouched!

This is hands-down the BEST car dealership I have ever had the experience of working with. They certainly live up to their online ratings! If I could give six out of five stars, I would. They won t sell a lemon, they truly take care of you as a buyer, and truly care about their customers. I won t buy cars from anyone else! They ve saved me from a very tight spot as a single mom who needed a safe vehicle and I could not be more grateful. If you re looking for a reliable place you can trust with you vehicle purchase, look no further. :)

Just bought my first vehicle through Rocha family auto. Their customer service was spot on and communication was amazing. After numerous attempts at trying to find a good deal on a used vehicle, not have to deal with sleezy salesmen and able to work with our bad credit, Michael at Rocha Family Auto Sales came to our rescue. I have never experience such a great salesman and customer service. Every question I have had has been answered in full with the most knowledgeable answers! And trust me, when I start something new, I sometimes have a LOT of questions, especially since I am not a car savvy. The prices are phenomenal, and contract wise, who couldn't ask for better service?I will seriously recommend anyone and EVERYONE to go to Rocha Family Auto Sales because there's no place better where you'll leave with the car you want AND a smile on your face!!!!

Michael ,Michael senior, Mitch and Thomas . The best to help you get into the car you want. They all performed a miracle to get me into my dream car. They are honest friendly and very helpful for everything as all you Locals know once you buy a used car around here once you drive it off the lot to bad so sad when something goes wrong. Not Rocha Family. They will honor their deal. This is the 3rd car i have bought from them so you might say they became my family dealer. I had to start small because of credit issues and now i'm working my way up. I love my Rav 4. and a deal of a life time. You will love these guys too. They will become your family dealer. If its not on the lot Michael will work hard on getting it for you. I promise you that. Thank You Michael and all

I normally do not write reviews but I will this time because my experience has been excellent. This is the first time I have financed a car and I went in there and got a car that was not practical at all for me and also ended up having some problems. They did keep true to their word and fix it for me. However things started to go wrong again. When I went back in there and explained that I just had made a mistake and wanted in a different car they helped me to find a car that was right for me, and I absolutely love it. They are all very professional and stand by what they say. I would highly recommend them!

This family owned auto sales is the better than better! They made financing a breeze, was always honest,&went way above normal dealerships. I arrived home love my car and warning lights came on Rocha said take it straight in to our go to auto shop I did and Rocha paid for a full tune up! They are the best my son bought a car as well. Overall an extremely disappointing experience.Soon after purchase I began experiencing multiple issues with the car and immediately documented and communicated this with Rocha Family Auto. I was instructed to have it checked out and was told they would cover the costs because it happened immediately after purchasing. However, once any of my email communications involved estimates, payments or any type of receipt I was time and time again ignored.This was extremely frustrating in itself, however when I finally was able to reach Michael on the phone he was also very unprofessional. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a young adult that he thought he could take advantage of me or try and manipulate the information I had presented, but nonetheless I had to hear empty excuse after empty excuse presented in a patronizing tone. To make matters worse after that condescending phone call, he wouldn't even answer the phone when a close friend of mine tried to find out more information!Not a place to be trusted. A sad way to operate a business, especially for the surrounding community.

Despite the stigma of used car lots and the 'car salesman' persona that I have come to expect from the industry, these guys have exceeded my expectations at every turn.I was struggling to sell my truck via private party and Rocha reached out to me through our FB ad. We were able to work out a consignment that got truck sold in a matter of weeks. Not only getting us out of debt but putting a good chunk of change back in our pockets.Of coarse it's expected that used cars may have some underlying conditions and anything I looked at on their lot they were extremely forthcoming and pointing out possible flaws seen or unseen.In conclusion I would not hesitate in the least to purchase a vehicle from Rocha.

Nice guys and all but what salesmen aren't nice guys! It is a clean place and alright cars but iv never had such a hard time with a car lot before so the first time i went in i test drove multiple trucks and found the one i wanted and so i went through all the steps for them to check my credit and they said they would call me back the next day and never did so i said forget it but i ended up getting a different truck there and they ended up giving me the truck before they even approved the loan all the way and they for their money from the bank so i had to keep hoing down there on my spare time to give them stuff because they cant keep track of their stuff and gave the truck away before they seen the money in their account.

I went in looking at a cheaper "I'll settle car". I qualified for a loan. Got affordable payments on a 2013.We were treated so well. Quick and please experience. I'm sending everyone there. EVERYONE!!!!
