Old shop integrity had none! This is Noah and I find him to be honest and caring and not a rip off! Old reviews are reviewing integrity which was not a good shop! Rising sons seems to be ! Thanks Noah

I had Integraty auto replace the engine in my work truck. I was up sold to a Jasper engine. After driving it for a week I had to add a quart of oil every few days. I brought it in and was told they don t see any leaking and the truck doesn t smoke so they didn t know. I was told to keep track of how often I was putting oil in and come back. I did and I was told they still don t see anything and Jaspers wouldn t cover warranty work unless we knew what was wrong. I m not a mechanic that s why I paid them to do it. The owner told me his partner was the one who did the work and he had left and had been doing poor work. There were hoses left off, bolts missing, the seal from the hood to the body was laying across the motor, just really poor work. They do not stand by there work and I don t blame them it was awful. I have only been able to use the truck for short jobs.

My work truck was in dier need of repair transmission exhaust tune up and a few other things. He beat the price of competition by $1,000 easy and haven't had a problem since. He has earned my complete trust and will be bringing the company and our private vehicles here for sure.

You won't find a more honest or skilled shop in the state of WA. I've grown up in the business as my brother worked for Goodyear for 35 years, we moved to WA and were searching for someone we could trust. Integrity Auto is AMAZING. They actually fix your car (unlike some of the shops we tried here) and they do it for a reasonable price. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I was on a trip to eastern Washington when I had all kinds of warning lights come on. Upon returning to Sequim I took my car to Integrity Automotive without an appointment. Alex told me they were swamped but if I could leave it they would squeeze me in. The car was ready to go the next morning. Repaired and at a fair price. I would never hesitate to take my car to Integrity Automotive.

At first had good service, but they changed quickly got my truck back but needed a few more things that had to be ordered, I was told it would take a week now nearly a month later and still nothing not even a phone call. I called or stopped by each week and was always told one more week. And the price I was quoted there was $300 more than what I can get the sensors online. Integrity is a joke of a name for this place

Absolutely great experience. Alex was very honest and straightforward. My brakes were changes and ready in less than two hours. I'll be a customer here for as long as he is open for business.

Was Traveling through and broke down in Port Angelos. A friend that lives in Forks said that her long standing mechanic recommended Integrity and we were not disappointed. They diagnosed what was wrong and got us back on the road same day! I understand that this might not always be the case but rest assure if it is taking longer it is necessary. Their team ensures that you are not waiting around for no reason and are very friendly people. Highly recommend checking them out but hope you never have to. Pricing was more than fair even if they did not expedite it, since they did get it done so quickly I felt that we got a bargain. Pay cash if possible to avoid CC fees.

Appreciate the service, quality of workmanship, and honesty. Always willing to help out with little requests as well (had to borrow a battery charger/jumper once). If I could avoid the dealership always, I would only take my car to Integrity Automotive.

I wish I could give this review a five star rating based on my initial visit with the shop owner, Alex and his facility.I scheduled for an appointment on July 18, 2018 for a cylinder 5 misfire for two months now and decided to have a reputable auto mechanic shop diagnose it before I began my long journey from Port Angeles, WA to Minnesota. I did a few Google searches and Facebook suggestions and a lot of people recommended Integrity Automotive. I browsed their Facebook and saw a Ford Expedition they were working on similar to my vehicle. I assumed they would have experience.I was greeted by the crew July 18, 2018 @ 8AM. Alex, the shop owner, was very nice and even invited me into the garage to see the diagnose process because I was not the average Joe when it came to fixing cars. The diagnostic was going very well. Alex put sea foam into the brake booster to clean any carbon on the valves inside the engine, inspected the spark plugs and ignition coil, checked the fuel injector, used a colored camera to look inside cylinder 5, performed a dry compression test, and a road test. Alex assumed that the valve might not be seating correctly on cylinder 5 because even though it was getting 150 PSI as the other cylinders, it took ten revolutions compared to four. The next and last test he did was to mimic a misfire. This test was done through putting the e-brake on, foot on brake pedal, and stepping on the accelerator up to 3,000 rpm until it misfired. This was done in drive an reverse gear. When this test was performed in drive, the transmission overheated and fluid gushed out of the vent hole everywhere under the vehicle. I asked Alex if this is normal and he said it is if the transmission overheats. He poured in (1) quart of Valvoline MAX LIFE Mutli-Vehicle DEX/MERC, Mercon' LV Full Synthetic ATF Multi Vehicle fluid to compensate for what was spilled. He asked that I drive it up Hooker Rd and back so he can check the fluid. Upon returning back to the shop, Alex once again checked the fluid and everything was in the correct fill range. His conclusion was cylinder 5 valve was not seating right and I was looking at a new engine. I accepted his answer and paid the diagnostic charge and proceeded on my way home.I did not drive my vehicle again until the evening on July 20, 2018 on my way to Walmart. I put my vehicle in reverse and the RPM dropped and would shoot back up but would have a hard time getting into gear. I assumed it was the new transmission fluid not being circulated/warmed up yet. Only July 21, 2018 I started my trip to Minnesota. I was driving my vehicle until I reached a stoplight in Poulsbo, WA and my vehicle almost died. I pulled over to a gas station to fill up, I looked at my transmission fluid and it was dark and burnt. My transmission fluid was cherry red and shifted PERFECTLY before I brought it into Integrity for them to overhear my transmission. The more I drove my vehicle, the longer it took for my car to get into gear. Putting the vehicle into drive or reverse would take 30 sec to a min for in to catch and when it did, it would stumble.I called Integrity Automotive on July 23 and explained to him what happened. He said the transmission could've been weak before I brought it to him and doing the test (e-brake on, foot on brake pedal, and stepping on accelerator) was a clear indicator of that. He said he would call his transmission guy and give me a call back. In the meantime, I brought my vehicle to a reputable transmission shop that I have been going for the past ten years and confirmed the transmission was shot.I followed up with Alex on July 24 and explained to him the situation. I called three shops (two in Minnesota and one in Port Angeles) and they all said I need to have my transmission rebuilt. Alex refused to take any responsibility when I brought it up to his attention. He said "Well you were able to get it to Minnesota and now you expect me to pay for a new transmission? You're wasting my f****** time and I'm not paying s***."

Was referred here by another local business owner in sequim. I have had two separate vehicles worked on by them now and I will continue to use there service and be sure to reference people there as well. Alex offers the price and honesty other companies around just havent been able to deliver. Great experience all in all!! Thanks again.

Late, criticized us for being their when told our vehicle would be done. Very rude and unprofessional. Car came back with parts he put in to fix. Gave date to fix, and didn't open that day.
