Poor service, which was really surprising and disappointing compared to my previous visit. I was the only customer there on 3/9/24 about 3:30 p.m. Neither"Toby" nor his assistants seemed interested in working; maybe I was interrupting a college basketball game. I had to ask to have the air filter checked, the tire pressure was never checked, and worse, "Toby" wanted to debate with me about the oil change interval. And someone, not me, scribbled some gibberish where I should have signed authorizing the service.Also, the employees need their hair and beards trimmed. Not a good look, and not a good experience.I have had much better service there previously. Very disappointing.

I had a great experience taking my own car in, very friendly and efficient. Today I took my dad's car in and the guys found that it was too early for an oil change. They topped off all the fluids for free and filled up his tires at no charge. I really appreciate how honest and helpful they were.

I reccomend Jiffy Lube in Sequim, only! Been taking all our cars here. The crew is awesome, they do a fantastic job. I've had nothing but issues at several Jiffy Lubes. This place is hands down the best. From service to communication, efficiency and respect. Thank you!

Best place ever. Highly recommended. I was told from an establishment 2 blocks down the road that my anti freeze was dirty and needed replaces...I took it into Jiffy Lube and was told the anti freeze was brand new....didn't need it changed. Rob Bell was the general manager and I was so grateful he was honest. I'm 70 and know NOTHING about this stuff. Can't praise the establishment enough.

Walking on the beach and watching the Whales and Sea Lions, and Dolphins swimming. And the Eagles,and Geese in the air is wonderful. Being in such a beautiful place humbles you, brings you peace, and makes you feel closer to God.

I went in today for an oil change. The general manager went far above and beyond to make sure I left with safe brakes because they found a leak coming from my caliper. He thoroughly explained the problem so I can get it fixed properly. All of the employees were very polite and professional.

These guys were absolute rock stars. I thought maybe I needed new antifreeze (based on statement from a different oil change place), they tested it. All good. Transmission fluid. All good. I had to come up with something (I actually didn't need an oil change) just to give them some money for being so honest. So, I got a rear diff top off and an new air filter.Top notch crew here

I knew I needed more than an oil change when I went in, so I was not surprised by the extra work or extra cost. But the whole staff was very helpful and friendly and professional. I never felt like they were taking advantage of the situation. Curtis was really helpful explaining what they were doing and why. I know they even threw in a few extras for free, though they didn't announce it. Will definitely return.

Service was quick, Staff were friendly. BUT the cost knocked my socks off. $100.17 for 3.5quarts of synthetic oil, an oil filter and less than 1/2hr labor!!!I was expecting approx. $40 (I supplied 1 quart of Duralube to make the full amount of lubricant needed)For comparison, I had originally intended to do the oil change myself & had purchased 1gal of oil for $17.54 & an oil filter for 4.98.Due to time constriction, I decided to go to Jiffy Lube. Very positive experience. The manager, Rory, made sure I was well taken care of and all my needs were met. He was very polite and knowledgeable and his whole team was very efficient. Rory made sure I got a discount on my oil change and on the tire rotation. Everyone was very friendly and took all the necessary precautions during these COVID times. I needed an oil change and they noticed my headlights were very foggy and when I said I also needed a light replaced and they said they could do it. I never knew they did anything like that. I was in serious need of headlight bulbs. They were in stock and installed very quickly. Very reasonable price. No more stopping at the parts store for bulbs for me jiffy lubes the place to go. Thanks for coming through, much appreciated!

I want to let everybody know if you need any service to your vehicle come to this Jiffy Lube and have Rob Bell and Curtis Dailey work on it for you. They provided great customer service, were professional and showed they can pay attention to detail. I took my car to Sequim Jiffy Lube because it was over heating & the heater stopped working. CURTIS quickly diagnosed that there was a air bubble in the coolant. He fixed the problem and I was on my way after 30 minutes. I was extremely pleased with the quick & professional service from CURTIS & crew.

Just had my van serviced. Oil changed..which used to include a check of tire pressure, windows cleaned, other fluids like window washer, etc. and vacuum interior, check exterior lights, wiper blades. I understand not vacuuming but to use the excuse that they ONLY change the oil since the pandemic is ridiculous. I also understand the price increase..$107+ !! But I don't understand not receiving any of the other exterior services. NEVER AGAIN!Service: Oil change

This was our 1st time there. Helpful and professional. Customer oriented. Took a little longer than expected but they were short staffed this a.m. Will definately go back and use them for all our future oil changes.

I love this place. I know many mechanically inclined people scoff at the idea of taking their beloved vehicles to a Jiffy Lube, and I totally get it. This Jiffy Lube has always gone above and beyond to provide both excellent customer service and an efficient, complete oil change. I have always received a new filter, my drain pan nut has never been stripped/over tightened, all fluids are topped off appropriately, and all caps are always replaced. Upselling is offered (I have no doubt it's a required part of their job), but is never pushy. Technicians are respectful and speak to me like a human being. While I usually prefer to do my own vehicle maintenance, it's nice to have a place I trust to do it for me with no appointment and for a modest fee. I'm not sure what else you could ask for in a quick change oil service!

Rory at Jiffy Lube in Sequim exceeded my expectations. I noticed I was overdue for an oil change and decided to swing by to see, just on chance, if I could get it changed before my day trip south. I had a timing issue so I didn't expect they could take me, but Rory determined the length of time both current customers would take to be complete, and got me in and taken care of literally to the minute of when I needed to leave. He also answered several questions I had about my car battery. I felt safer on the road, and appreciated the professionalism, friendliness and great service of my experience. I will gladly return to Jiffy Lube again for service. I am never disappointed in their professionalism, and level of knowledge of their work. Their Customer Service is Outastanding as is their Team Work with each other. It was literally a Pleasure watching them problem solve, learn (those being trained), work on my truck,and other customer's vehicles. I witnessed them keeping all customers informed of total service process and wait times. I did not see a single customer out of the other 4 I observed display indicators if frustration; just the opposite they (customers) seemed quite eased with their service, as was I.Services: Transmission, Oil change
