My wife was hit by a drunk driver, luckily everyone walked away without too major of injuries, but our van didn't fair too well. We opted to have work done at Frankfurth.While there we decided to have some unrelated body work done -- our van had an issue with the factory paint where it started to peel off the roof in large chunks, along with other bumps, scratches and dings. Frankfurth worked with us to get the rest of the van painted (so the new work from the accident matched the rest of the van). All things considered, it was a great price and their work looks fantastic.I'll definitely be back for future work and will refer others here as well!

Prompt and quality service was just as advertised. They were in constant communication via text and phone throughout the whole process. My truck looked good as new after completion and one of the employees was even able to meet me after hours so I could pick up vehicle. You can definitely tell that Frankfurth and Sons care about costumer service. Having an accident was stressful enough and I was very happy that this went as smooth as it did as to not add to the stress. Would highly recommend!

They were so nice and very professional. They did an awesome job repairing my car. Can t even tell anything happened. And, they are VERY reasonable. I had another estimate done and the other place wanted to charge me over twice what Frankfurth s estimate was. Very happy and will recommend and use again if the need arises.

Frankfurth was recommended by Koenig Subaru following my wife being hit by another car in July. I was met by a very prompt reply by Emily about bringing in my car for a check first of the frame as the receiver took the brunt of the hit. At the same time I made an appt. for repairs. My greatest fear was that the new paint would not match that of my 3 year old car as I had in the past seen some pretty nasty paint jobs on repairs made at other shops. Everything was beyond perfect. In sun, in shade, all light conditions, the match is magnificent. I would highly recommend Frankfurth for any body work you might need as my car looks new again.

Asked if they would look at my 1978 Wagoneer for paint and body work and I was informed that they aren t taking clients, or looking at any more work. I guess they re busy for the next few years and don t want to help anyone else. Local business not providing service to locals .wish I could have gotten an opportunity to use this place, everyone seems to have pretty positive feedback.

Very friendly, very professional, everyone I encountered was a pleasure to work with. They strive for excellence in making sure you are a satisfied customer, and they did an excellent job on my vehicle, which was a difficult and tough job to tackle. Highly recommended.

The service received from this company was so shockingly poor that I had to immediately post a review to warn anyone else from using them. Long story short is that my daughter's car was disabled in the middle of nowhere in the dark. I called 2 tow companies and waited to hear back from them on ETA and price. Meanwhile, her mother was calling insurance to see if roadside assistance could make it to her first. Frankfurth's driver called my daughter and told her he was on the way as the insurance company said they had a different company dispatched. So I called Frankfurth's back to tell them thanks, but no thanks. The driver was immediately hostile and said he was already on his way, that he had been dispatched, and that's all he knew. So I repeated myself and clearly explained the situation. He said he wasn't playing games and that he was going to my daughter's car anyway. I told him that I'd get the sheriff on the phone if he didn't just turn around. He screamed that I was an a**hole and hung up on me. He then called my daughter back. She didn't answer. So I called him again and asked him to please stop calling my daughter and to just turn around. He again became very hostile and threatening. I had no choice but to contact the sheriff's department to send a deputy to ensure my daughter's safety FROM Frankfurth's driver. Absolutely insane. If I could leave these guys multiple negative reviews, I wouldn't hesitate. Steer as clear from these people as you possibly can.

Recently the family had two car accidents and I took both cars to Frankfurths to get them fixed. Couldn't be happier with their service top notch!!! I would recommend them to everyone.

Stopped in after hitting a deer that bent my bumper in, which was damaging a tire. Quickly fixed the bumper and the price couldn't be beat. Excellent customer service!

Frankfurth Auto Body repaired my car when it was in an accident. They worked with the insurance company, repaired my car and took it to the dealership for calibration. I couldn t be happier with the service I received. Emily was on top of everything.

The best tow company on the peninsula, the tow staff know how to properly tow you car and the body shop is comparable to none. Best on the peninsula
