Great experience. Very quick and efficient saved me loads of time.2nd experience Not as quick as previous. Waited approximately 20 minutes, however there was a car in front of me. Price also seemed a bit higher at $100 even with a coupon for an oil change for a Honda Odyssey minivan

I was always happy with their service until the last time. I came to flush transition fluid and was asked if I need to change oil as well. I declined the oil change since it was done fairly recently. Part of the oil was drained before I declined it and they never add more oil, just closed it and didn t inform me. Therefore, I was driving with very little oil, until my car started running weird. I am very disappointed they never informed me about it.

The guys were FREAKIN AWESOME!!!! Gave me 5 star service for a $uper low cost. Even showed me where my thermostat stay cuz i need to replace it!Def recommend this place.

They over tightend the oil filter on our 2008 civic. Made it impossible to take off even while using an oil filter wrench.

My go to for a good old fashioned oil change in selah WA. Staff is fast, precise and not overly pushy for additional services like other chain lube shops.

They do well by me. I'm always 4 or 5 times getting fluids checked before my next scheduled maintenance, and they always take good care of me.

Very nice staff. I get my oil changed there regularly and I just had my AC serviced. I've only had one issue which ended up being my car and not them at all but they were trying very hard to help me figure it out.

I went in for my FREE veterans day oil change, however Valvoline doesn't do that any longer, bummer. Nevertheless the manager offered me a $30 off the regular price. I'll be back in 6 months.
