Absolute crook! My dad waited almost a year to have the transmission replaced on his 97 dodge with a brand new upgraded transmission. . After multiple calls with no answer or returned calls and even a couple trips to his shop with nobody there he finally got ahold of Jeff and had to threaten him with legal action. Jeff finished the job but the transmission was leaking fluid after 1 day. Jeff also installed the wrong torque converter bolts. The transmission started slipping and completely went out in less than 6 months. Jeff was supposed to warranty it and fix it right but again was not able to contact him. My dad eventually had to take his truck to another local transmission shop and took Jeff to court for the full cost of the transmission. Court ruled in my dads favor with a judgement against Jeff for the full amount of the transmission cost and labor. Now I just hope he actually pays. Garnishments are already in motion.

Scheduling wasn t the problem with this place. The problem was the flat out lies and theft. This guy is/was a complete con artist. Was suppose to replace all injectors and sleeves in a 7.3 Ford. He charged the the full amount for the work and it wasn t running right when I came to pick it up and the owner wouldn t make it right and said it was running fine. Ended up taking it to another mechanic and found out that Stricken had only replaced 2 injectors and kept the rest that I had bought and that was it.

Jeff did some performance on my Dodge, he is a very knowledgeable guy and definitely the guy I want working on truck. It took him a little while to get back but he is a busy guy, as a business owner I understand. I definitely recommend him if your diesel needs anything.

fixed my truck a few years ago. but now wont return calls even when you leave a detailed msg. bummer cause he knows his stuff.

I can't really rate him. I tried to get ahold of him 5 times in the last week of January. Too bad though, I have a 6.0 that needed some work+ bullet proofing. I had the money for the work. Tough Truck got the job, which is ok, I like him and he's not too far from my house.

Jeff worked at cummins for 10 + years he knows diesels inside and out, it amazes me how he doesn t have a scheduling secretary though, get some help Jeff

I tried to call him but no return call. I went to the shop in Selah at 10 am no one there . I don t know how he stays in business
