Overall my experience was neutral. Nothing good, nothing bad. They did make me feel obligated to purchase both of the cars we ordered even though our trade in estimates were extremely off. Nice try but no. We took our ST, I love it.

We have a commercial vehicle that was needing a full service and had a leak that was coming from the brakes. They were booked so I had to schedule it a month out. I was told they would do the full service and multi point inspection on the day it was scheduled (Monday), order any parts needed (if available) and could have it completed most likely by Wed. I told them I would shut the vehicle down for the whole week so if there were any issues, it could be addressed. Took the vehicle in after waiting a month. They performed the service and inspection. They found where the leak was coming from, recommended we not drive it until the repair was complete, told us they could get the parts next day but couldn't fix it for another month because they were booked out. It was a 6 hour repair, on a commercial (revenue producing) vehicle. So we basically waited a whole month for a full service and to be told not to drive it and we would have to wait another month for the fix on a revenue producing vehicle. We took it somewhere else and they fixed it the same day. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

We just completed the purchase of our 6th vehicle here at Pingrey Ford. The process went smooth as usual . Dave Scott was easy to work with and the price was competitive. Everyone at the dealership is courteous and professional. The business has a relaxed air about it which makes your visits comfortable. There is no hard sell involved. The shop technicians work is usually excellent. At times it can be hard to get a quick appointment for mechanical work as they are usually very busy. Pingreys is a good Ford dealership to do business with.

Edit on 2/22/23: I spoke with Dave Scott on 2/14/23. The first thing he said was that he never left the comment on here asking me to call him. Huh?! I explained what happened and he told me he would look into it and call me back. That was over a week ago. Obviously Pingrey doesn't care about their customers. I've been going there for years for oil changes and service but I will not anymore!Brought my car in today because of a check engine light (which I already had checked at O Reillys for free and given a diagnostic code for, AND told them that at Pingrey.) I wanted some further information on the code which is for the PCM. I waited for an hour for something that should have taken no more than 15 minutes to check but they charged me for an hours worth of work at $173 just to be told that the part is on back order with no ETA. I was charged $173 for them to plug in a laptop and drive it around the block with no resolution.

Great customer service. Small town vibe and kindness which was very welcoming. I had shopped around at various dealerships before making my purchase. Pingry Ford was the most honest, friendly, and patient dealership I have ever experienced. The owner Barb was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with also. I purchased a 2023 F250 Tremor and would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

I made the trip to Selah from the Seattle area to check out a F-250 Lariat that they had in their inventory. I have to say that this was a great buying experience from beginning to end. I have previous experience in auto sales, specifically selling Ford trucks, so this recommendation does not come lightly. I feel that the value given on trade, purchase price, terms, and payment were exactly where I needed to be. More importantly, there was no adversarial exchanges to get there once we "got on the pencil." These folks value relationship building with the customer. That fact is very clear. I am recommending Pingrey Ford to all my friends and family. It is worth the drive over the pass to give them their business.

Last week I found the rare truck I had been searching for at 7pm on a Tuesday night on Auto trader.The vehicle was listed at Pingrey Ford. I immediately called and Joe answered the call on the first ring. I was greeted pleasantly and began to inquire about the truck. Joe was happy to immediately go out and verify what I was asking about and called me back within minutes. He told me all about the history of the truck. The truck was exactly what I was after. I told Joe I would make arrangements to make the 200 mile drive in the morning. He assured me it would be there waiting.I arrived at 9 am the next morning to find the truck defrosted and warming up.I inspected the truck and it was EXACTLY as described and advertised.The finance process was complicated due to my bank being closed for veteran's day, but Toran the fiance manager quickly worked through everything and had me ready to drive home within an hour.The conversation and environment was amazing with all parties involved. I am an automotive technician and have worked at dealers. I have seen how bad the sales world can be and this was the opposite.This place does business the old school way, the way it should be done. They treated me like a friend and didn't pressure me for anything.Anyone looking for a new or used Ford need look no further than Pingrey Ford.I will send everyone I know on the 200mi journey from Portland to buy from themThe experience here was barnone.I absolutely love my 2016 F350 and will drive it and create memories with my family for years to come. Thank you Joe and Toran!Keep doing everything just the way you are Pingrey.

Overall I have always been satisfied with the service and support from Pingrey Ford. My first experience with Pingrey was the purchase of a pre owned vehicle. It was purchased as is with no warranty but when it had issues Pingrey went the extra mile to provide service anyway. I have since purchased another pre owned as well as a new vehicle from them. They have a pretty straight forward no haggle approach to selling which I like. I have on occasion used their service department. It's best to make an appointment but twice I had a vehicle towed there without an appointment. Both times as expected it took them a little while to work it into the schedule but the wait was not overly long under the circumstances. They do good service work and they stand by their service.

Hearing a terrible noise under the truck, we pulled off the highway and drove to the nearest Ford dealer, Pingrey. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed us up and we were on our way. Great service!

Went here to upgrade my tires. They failed to communicate they didn t have a part to fix something under body. Drove over 40 minutes to return to get it fixed when I noticed it was not repaired. While driving back, someone called. I answered and then they hung up. I pull into service and THEN they tell me they don t have the part after first telling me to drive back. But the biggest disappointment was- They failed to check service status of my vehicle. As I m driving back to my campground my change oil notice comes on. No way I m going back to get oil change there. ZERO attention to detail and I have the FULL service package and extended warranty on my new truck. This was my first service visit after getting it. Ridiculous!And I called Dave the day after. He said he d talk to service people. I m on road full time and was seeing family 3 hours away. Another guy sent me an email with a bunch of excuses including they don t up sell oil changed. WOW , I m less than 200 miles from an oil change that I ve already paid for in my service package. How exactly is that an up sell ??? Just more excuses.

I've taken my F150 here for service and a major repair and they've been fast, upfront, and reasonable with pricing. Getting dropped off and picked up from my work in Yakima was a big plus too. Would recommend them to anyone wanting quality work they can count on!

Loved my experience with Pingrey service department. Been here twice and both times they were efficient with my time, took me right in on schedule. Staff is very friendly and even made a fresh pot of coffee for me (its the little things) Service advisor was transparent and forthright on what needed to be done (my truck is an older truck 2002 F-350 V10) and what was recommended for future. I was also impressed with the fair pricing.

Had trouble with our 2016 F350 and had just started on a 7-week trip. Stopped at Pingrey's and their awesome Diesel Service Tech Sol diagnosed the issue and had us on the road again in about an hour! Can't say thank you enough for saving our trip!

UPDATE: About a year after I bought a used car from Pingrey the radiator blew out. The car was not under warranty but I took it to Pingrey service. Their service department was backed up and they said that they couldn't get to it for at least a week. However since I purchased the car from them they gave me a loaner off the used car lot free of charge until the repairs were completed. This saved me hundreds not having to rent a car for the week. On top of that the repairs were completed for MUCH less than I expected it to be.Bought a used car here in great condition for a decent price. Yes, they are obviously commissioned sales but they are not high pressure vultures. They were the first place that we stopped at when we started shopping. After checking about a half dozen other places we got tired of the high pressure tactics at other dealerships and came back to Pingrey and bought a car from Bud. He was great to work with as was everyone else we dealt with here. I will definitely come see Bud the next time we need a car new or used. I have not used their service department but their sales was good enough that I will definitely give their service a try if and when we need it.

The service staff were all professional and were friendly. I was hoping they would let me know how many Ford Points I had to add on this service visit and maybe the points available to go towards the final bill. Other than that, they did a great job.

Very satisfied with Pingrey Ford. Not so happy with my Ford Escape 2014. I have one cracked lens and the other headlamp has a burned out "necklace" light. Only $1400-$1800 to fix one or both! That's rediculous!! Told the guys at Pingrey: I'd trade it in before I'd spend that kind of money on an almost 10 year old car!! Shame on you, Ford!

Pingry has been my go to for many years for my personal and work vehicles. There has been a change at the service counter and now they don't answer their phone or seem to care. I left two messages with no call back. I had to go in person. Recently I was having serious issues with my truck and was essentially stuck. They told me they could look at it in 2-3 weeks. My last oil change they said they cleaned the windows on the receipt and it was still covered in bugs so they lied. The customer service has seriously gone down hill in the service department which is very disappointing because they used to go above and beyond to help.

What amazing service! We were on a road trip from Oklahoma to Seattle and had a sensor go off. Not only did they get us in a bay before they technically opened, they got the recalibration done and us on our way quickly. So very appreciated!If you re traveling and have need of a Ford dealership our family would highly recommend using this one.

I took my 2021 F150 in on the 4th of August for a recall on the windshield wiper motor. It failed the test so they had to order one. The motor is in already and I am scheduled to take the truck in on the 15th of August to get it changed. That was quick and greatly appreciated.

After months of dealing with a noise that continued to go from bad to worst, Pingrey Ford Selah was able to diagnose the problem and thankfully it was all covered under our warranty. Fixed professionally and always in a timely manner.
